Just curious if anyone that registered for the Trade Up program have received their Promo code yet?
I did and accidently delete the email. I contact HTC but they said their system generate the code and they can't resend me the code
I did a while back and it's waiting in a subfolder for my One to arrive!

I received two codes because I registered with two different email addresses. As long as my first one goes through smoothly and you still need one maybe my spare can help you...

Hi,
I tried to PM you somehow it doesn't show up on the sent messages box... So posting on this thread again.
I tried the code you gave me and it works! But the final step to complete the transaction is not live yet. (I think because the official release date of the HTC One is tomorrow...) The only option I get is "save for later" Until then can you edit your post to remove the code from the public thread.

dock as just arrived today and it is the uk layout an also a b60 version.
alot heavyier than i was expecting but looks solid so far.
all in all im impressed but there is still keyboard lag when typing this which is annoying.
I ordered one from (LambdaTek on Friday evening and it says stock reserved in the warehouse, awaiting shipping. Obviously Lambda and CCL are using the same warehouse stock as the stock numbers seem to match (36 at time of posting)
Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow/Wednesday.
As an aside, does it come with another power supply, or is that too much to ask for my £100?? Not that I feel properly ripped off by Asus mind.

1% battery drain in 4 hours of standby on the dock.
Yeay, it arrived from Lambatek this morning - confirmed its the UK keyboard and its a B60.

Does anybody know when ICS for HTC EVO 3D GSM will be released?
It is supposed to be in a couple days. Make sure you keep an eye out in your settings and because it won't automatically push the update... prob a good idea to check every hour or so until it's released. Like I said tho, few days.
I heard if you keep sending HTC email's and posting on their facebook and twitter with your email, Phone number and your phones serial number they will push it out to your phone.
A buddy of mine did it. He said it took a few days of constant emails and facebook, twitter post to get it.
He said he sent one almost every hour until they got tired of him and pushed it out to him.
The lucky bastard he didn't even save it to give me a copy he just installed it now he shows it off to me always saying look what I have on my phone and you dont. Sometimes I want to punch him. lol
I would do it but I don't have the time or patience to do it.
Give it a shot and let us know.
Also if and when they give it to you dont install it make a copy of it and share with us.

lol, if that's true, make a backup of his system and boot partition (not a full nandroid) and restore it to yours....
Send flowers to HTC and with your phone´s IMEI and youll get it....took me about 1000roses and some chocolate for the lady on the telephone and some beer for gate keeper but i have my ICS now! Yeah and pray to the Elders of Smartphones and Allmighty Android....

Just fill out the application on the web for one. They are still sending them out. I got mine two weeks ago, about a week after filling out the applications.

I called them, told them the problem, they said they will send me a follow-up mail, which arrived 10mins later where they said, I should send them a picture. The next day I got everything for the exchange via email, a link for a "free" Nexus 9 (they would only reserve the costs on the credit card) and the UPS parcel stamp.
Two days later my new nexus 9 arrived, I packed the old one into the box of the new one, and called UPS for pickup, that's it.

For now, I emailed and photos, I did not call yet. The answer was surprising.
" After consulting a specialist team, it is not possible to make a replacement, even more so because the issue in question does not affect the device from working properly. As well, it was told me, that it is not a normal only a fact of usage of the device. Regarding your first question, for what I can see, such replacement was not made buy us.
