This is a nightly build of CM for the Galaxy S4 on Sprint.. It may cause all the things in the disclaimer to happen, or steal your girlfriend while you are busy flashing ROMs.
Please submit a patch to our Gerrit instance if you want to help out.
Install instructions:
1. Install ClockworkMod Recovery for "jfltespr". Sorry, CM cannot provide support for other recoveries, although they may work fine.
2. Get the nightly build http://get.cm/?device=jfltespr.
3. Reboot into recovery and install.
Do not report bug to the bug tracker if you are using this build.

Game on! :good:

Well have to try it out and see how it runs bite that we are on nightly status

Awesome! Downloading and flashing when I get a chance!

So which cwm recovery would the jfltespr be compatible with?

Fair question as there is no "jfltespr" Clockwork version on the link in the OP.

The link isn't up yet for sprint is it?

Confirmed: Flashing in TWRP 2.5.0.1 & 2.5.0.2 works just fine - just to point that out so that you don't need CWM if you don't want it ~ I personally like TWRP much more
Yes, you will need to flash a 4.2.2 GAPPS package if you want to use the play store or other GAPPS, they are not included. As with all Cyanogenmod ROMS, you will need to flash it separately. I believe Paranoid Android GAPPS work, they should at least - I didn't test it.
Along with what has been mentioned in not working:
I found that while you can connect to other devices via Bluetooth, it is very slow to do so and it is slow to recognize the other devices from the phone end. It also fails when sending or receiving files - at least for me.
-Waking up from sleep is laggy. Just a tad bit.
-Certain details don't seem as clear as they should be, such as the Google Search bar at the top of the screen, the Apollo Music Widget buttons, and the lock screen shortcuts. Just something I noticed, I am picky when it comes to detail and I noticed those things.
I'm not complaining or anything, just pointing it out for everyone to know.
This is a great start though, I am already really happy with this first experimental release from CM. I am getting great battery life and I'm using a lot, or to put it bluntly.. I'm testing it so the screen really doesn't go to sleep. Lol
I didn't expect this battery performance this early but it's great! Thanks CM!!!:good:

this should fix hangup issue permamently http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/43491/

Is there a link to the channeling for our version?
I types jfltespr in as the device but it's not coming up.
Thanks.

Looks like I'm getting a hangup bug. When dialing out, the phone doesn't change status from Dialing to [Timer] after the ringing starts. Then all attempts to hang up leaves the phone in a weird state but keeps the line open. Cleared dvalik and everything but still happening!

It also doesn't let me dial during a call. Like for inputting a passcode to access your voice mail.

What is this!? I'm very excited about this new ROM.
Glad to finally see this for the fascinate!! I'll definitely be taking a break from Miui and check this out
Sent from my SPH-P100 using XDA App
just out of curiosity, what makes this rom different from cynogen?
I've been watching this develop over in the Fascinate General thread for a while... I'm pumped this has finally come to fruition! Great job man.
WOW r2DoesInc, good to see you guys here, Ive been runing OMFGB on my Tbolt for a week now, it freaking flies! Now I can put it on my girl's fascinate WOOTT! Thank you for your hard work.
If I wasn't heading to work in an hour I would flash this in a heart beat. I guess I'll wait until I get home to test this out. Also I'm a metro pcs user and I'm curious if this will have data. *begins full backups of everything in preparation*

Humm... I must be retarded. I cant find the download link. There is nothing in the fascinatemtd folder and there is nothing on your website.
So the download link isn't in the FascinateMTD?
If you look in the general section, you can find the first build I dropped, but this is for nightlies, which will being in a few hours.

Hmm. I'm a little confused as to what I'm suppose to download and install. I see the gapps, but, where is the ROM. I'll wait to see what happens overnight.

It's going to be a few hours before the ROM is dropped. Read up top.
Side note: Assuming we will be going back to DL09 and doing all this crazy MTD flashing again? Hopefully there will be some instructions for those new to OMFG Roms.
Google Alps can be downloaded and flashed from the god mode appear in the rom.
Install instructions are in the second post....

It's great to see this pop up in the Fascinate forums. I hope you guys keep up the dev work by taking some bug reports and sharing the device specific fixes with the rest of the crew should you come across them.
When would you suggest flashing the GAPPS? After flashing OMFGB package or after you flash the CM7 package again (post 3 finger recovery)?
edit: I'm guessing the OMFGB package means the OMFGB rom and GAPPS?

I have been developing ROMs for my phones for quite some time, but never was able to upload or post because I hadn't made 10 posts. I want to share my ROM in the development section, but need some testers to make sure everything is working well.
I have used this ROM personally now for a week and it hasn't given me any troubles. Those results were for me, so now I need to see how well it works for others.
The idea of this ROM is to get rid of everything that is not essential. Yes, I mean everything. The clock, the calendar, the calculator, the browser and all other features are completely removed. This is a very anti-bloat ROM, perhaps the most extreme anti-bloat ROM of all time.
Anything you want will either have to be downloaded through the Play store, or installed through the APK of the original Samsung apps I will provide. Because of this, the ROM is under 600MB. Yes! It is that small.
If you are interested in being one of the beta testers, I am allowing a limited number of you to try.
PM me if you are interested.
Definitely interested. Which base? NC2 or NC4?

I have personally had no issues with rotation and no one else has reported any bugs with it, but I'll test it a little bit more before I release.
With regards to the camera, I have taken out some of the special features if that as what you are having trouble with. For example, if you were to go to Mode, and select Drama, that specific mode would not work. If you go into further detail about your issue with the camera I will test it more closely.
I downloaded the game "Subway Surfer" and tested volume control with that for about 10 minutes. I found no issues with volume control in that game. If you tell me what specific game or games you are having trouble with, I will download those and test volume with them and see if I still have issues.
Thanks for testing.

Downloading now... will report back
Already booted and running. Rom is buttery smooth and everything that should be working is working. LTE/Data is functional on the first boot. NFC still borked. GPS locked with no issues. Bluetooth with my Moto 360 appears to be working as it should be. Only thing I've seen so far that's kinda weird is with the DPI. If you look in the top right of the posted photo, the DPI has the buttons in the settings area super tiny. Otherwise it's totally on-par with CM12 right now. Nice work! Can't wait to see what direction this one will go in!
Edit: Instead of saying "no sim card" the lockscreen now says, "SIM/RUIM IS PERSO LOCKED - SPRINT". I find that funnier, somehow. Lol
Question...
Is screen cast broken in all of cm 12 builds? It work from the chrome cast app but not from the pull down

ROM looks good. Functioning smoothly. However I didnot see privacy settings option. Also I am just curious to know if you have any plans of implementing a wake lock blocker in the ROM itself?
Have installed it yesterday and will report back on the battery performance in couple of days. Good work though! Thanks for a new ROM
Hey great ROM so far except one minor problem. After setting some custom navigation setting(double and long press), the home button doesn't instantly go home, it hangs for a second. It was an instant transition before tinkering with the nav settings.

That is because you have assigned multiple functions to home key. It will wait for short interval to be sure you are done with your input. When it has no other function other than just navigating to home; it would quickly navigate. However if double press would introduce a lag in having a single press function. Its not a bug. I have seen this in other ROMs as well. Technical limitation i would say!

It's only if you set a function for double tap, with long press there is no delay with the home button

This drain is a first for me. I left my phone unplugged while I slept last night. 34% loss
Oh yeah, WiFi was on all night too

something (like an app) is keeping your phone awake. that's not related to the rom.

@androidfilesharing might be related to your cellular signal.. It sucks.. (apparently)

I have no new apps installed that I haven't installed on any other ROM and my signal is actually quite stable. I was just reporting what I have found after the first night. I can guarantee it is not an app issue

So, this is not intended to be naysaying your reply, but.. Apps working differently between ROMs is not unheard of. Just look at the games that run on some, but don't run on others if you want an example. There's a number of things between different ROMs that could effect the way your apps behave. App updates can also play a role in changing the behavior of the system. Toolchains, various build flags, the use of different libs, so on and so forth.
So, not to contradict you, but the only way you could guarantee it's not an app causing abnormal drain would be to run BBS or wakelock detector with root privileges to see what exactly is causing the drain.
Again, not saying you're wrong, just that you wouldn't know if it was an app without doing proper tests to verify. Or I guess if you were running the build without installing any personal apps.
Just my two cents.

It was a clean install with nothing installed. I do systems and Network engineering for a living. Testing systems is something I do quite frequently actually. I admit I didn't grab a log like I should have, but just wanted to point our something I found off. I'm still testing it out and slowly adding apps into the equation. I'll post updates as I have them
Tethering works....?
