I made that kernel for myself, but decided to share it:maybe someone finds it useful.
Short list of features(not full,I could forgot something):
Latest source code
Patched to version 3.0.101(credits to munjeni)
Compiled with GCC 4.8.2 toolchain(self builded)
Various optimisation flags(-mtune=cortex-a9 -mfpu=vfpv3 -mfloat-abi=hard)
Huge amount of CFS patches(improved load balancing)
Memory unaligned access
ARM RWSEM optimized algorithm
Asynchronous I/O disk usage algorithm
Auto-Root
CWM Touch Recovery
Init.d support
BusyBox
ZRAM(with LZ4 compression)/ZCACHE/UKSM/CleanCache
SLUB memory allocator
Overclockable to 1.2 GHz(stable only with performance governor(for now))
Dynamic FSync Control
Exclusive Bionic libc(improved memory acces efficiency)
Adaptive readahead
RCU boost enabled
Power Saving tuned
...list will be updated, when i remember more added features
Changelog
5.3->5.5
Stabilized overclock @1.2GHz(but be aware-phone is heating very much now(in OC mode))
Dynamic & async fsync(faux123)
RWsem & mutex patches
Several changes for ext4 and mmc subsystem
Added parameter extra_free_kbytes(by default 4096)
Switched to GCC 4.9.0
Frequencies by default:200MHz-1,2GHz
About overclock: For now overclocked frequency stable only with performance governor,in other cases reboots are possible(This information actual till version 5.5). This overclock-real, not just digits in "current frequency" field. Original overclock technology made by cocafe,I am just ported his LiveOPP to our device(only core functionality).
Also, exclusive libc integrated into kernel(I was compiled it from sources and changed string routines to more optimized for armv7).
I want to say thanks to all people with public github repos:there are very little amount of my code in that kernel, most of patches I was picked up from public sources.

The WiFi kernel module should remain as kernel-separate module?
I am noticed a little bug:
- WiFi is activated with random MAC addresses. I have set up MAC filtering on my router, and when trying to connect, my router kicks me
Optimizing libc is a good idea. Works great!

CM Version or Stock Version ?????

v5.5 please..
I can't download it from 4pda.ru:laugh:

17000+ for Sola, but laggy?
Can't say anything about this Kernel, maybe this comes from device's less RAM and/or LMK is to aggressive?
So everything must be reloaded before running? Try to make LowMemoryKiller "softer".
Play with governors - check with i.e. NoFrills.

1. Is this working on blah blah?
> I don't know. Do some research. Keep the disclaimer in mind.
2. OMG! My device rebooted/crashed/exploded?
> Get me the logcat. Check for any conflicting scripts in init.d
3. Battery drains like hell. WTF?
> Not kernel problem. It's your apps that are waking up device from deep sleep. Check the wakelocks. I don't build kernels to worsen battery life. See here for more info.
4. Signal is dropping since I flashed the kernel?
> Again. Not the kernel problem. Check if you have latest ( and proper ) baseband for your device.
5. Is it pre-rooted ?
> Autoroot isn't included. Just download flash-able zip from site. Users may prefer supersu/superuser.
6. App FC's or something crashes?
> Try reinstalling app again. Give me logcat if problem persists.
7. Does this kernel has X or Y mod?

you don't like oc or is it in coming?
For what? You have a quadcore device running at 1.7GHz.
Sent from my One using xda premium
4x 2.0 seems to work better for me.
Sure but for what exactly you need it?
I have a OC patch too and i have try it.
With it i cant feel different.
Sent from my One using xda premium
can you mail me the patch or is it in a different kernel?

your kernel is very good but without oc i have little stucks on launcher
????
Works very smooth for me.
I dont think it have to do with no overclocking.

Certainly nothing to do with overclocking
Come on, dude. It's already more powerful than you need in the real-life apps.
about this OC discussion... no launcher in the world needs 4x 2GHz to run smooth (as no app needs it). Its hotplugging what causes this stutters because mpdecison is simply adjusted that way, to run with less cores as possible.....
try it out... switch off mpdecision.. but u will notice that the cores arent unplugged as they should and tada... the ui is buttery smooth even with a hardcore live wallpaper... even on 702MHZ max... why ? simple.. because the cores arent offline. bad thing on this... deepsleep is then half of the time used as it would use it with mpdecision on.
What this phone needs is a properly handling of hotplugging... nothing else... (if u ask me, 1,7 GHZ are way to much) I run the phone the whole time on 1350MHZ max and everything is smooth with interactive governor as PowerHAL kicks in with this governor....
@pinpong
i was busy with school last 2 weeks but havent forgot about the thing u sent me.. will report asap
dont think anyone needs more than 1.7 Ghz really. its just for stats and benchmarks.
flashing now!
Keep those updates coming!!
cifs modules?
i can't seem to find the cifs modules. flashed your kernel primarily because of cifs support
I know. This should fix in v1.08.
Sent from my One using xda premium
new version for latest cm builds with cifs as module.

ill second this notion. In a perfect world, 1.7 is plenty of processor for the launcher but with the current state of CM 10.1, the 2g OC really helps smooth out the micro stutters in the launcher. Everything else on the phone is smooth and snappy but the launcher lags a bit on the stock CM kernel for me.

[!UPDATE!][MOGAMI][KERNEL][ROM]//OptKernel\\[27.12.2014]

Hello community,
for some time I have been trying to make perfomance friendly kernel and ROM. I obviously haven't missed JustArchi's discovery - O3 compiling flags. Although I was first sceptic, after some days of testing (and feedbacks from brave testers) I found out this is truly masterpiece. After adding some kernel tweaks, here is result - OptKernel. Read more...
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or your mom shouting at you, because of you not being
* able to wipe browser history. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
Features:
- Based on LX rebase branch, brings kernel to upstream (3.4.103) and includes various fixes.
- compiled with Linaro 4.7.4
- both ROM and kernel compiled with JustArchi's optimizations (*)
- overclocked up to 1.6 GHz, underclocked down to 24 MHz
- added Dynamic FSync by faux123
- 1024 KB read-ahead
- Dynamic dirty-page writeback by Christopher83
- Fast charge available (disabled by default)
- added FRandom module
- enabled Zsmalloc
- added governors (list in changelog)
- ability to undervolt separate frequencies via VDD interface
- lowered swappiness
- Optimized read/write semaphore
- Used glibc version of memcpy/memmove (much faster than original one)
- power_efficient workqueues
And of course all features of LegacyXperia as in 20141224 sources
BUGS:
Proximity sensor doesn't work most of the time
Click to collapse
(*) except for /hardware/qcom/display-caf/libhwcomposer, because of compile errors.
Almost all features are detaily explained in Christopher83's thread (hit thanks to him)
NOTE:
- It is not mandatory to use OptKernel only with this ROM.
The only feature of the ROM are -O3 flags and 4.8 toolchain. All other features are implemented in the kernel.
You can use OptKernel with LX's 1224 build, just flash wifi modules (2rd post). Still, this ROM is really fast, worth a try
- Don't report issues on LX bugtracker if you do so.
- Don't ask for ETA!
I don't know when (if) I'll release! I won't respond, even worse, I'll report you!
- I am not a developer. Everything I've done was only about searching and cherry-picking general improvements.

FAQ:
Will you build it for <device>?
I have slow pc, so I can't make it for too many devices. You are free to build by yourself.
Why is ROM/kernel so big?
Because -O3 flags are taking additional hunks of data. More info at Archi's thread. Don't worry, it will install fine.
Can I use your ROM as a base?
Yeah, you're clear. Just add me to credits.
Will you add <governor/io_sched>?
I personally don't like too many governors, but if you want any, post it here.
Why aren't all those tweaks already in LX CM11?
Because they are experimental and maybe unstable. Mike wants to make stable builds for all.
My wifi is not working!
Flash modules (in Drive folder)
How can I help you?
1. Every problem you face report with logs.
2. If you have enough knowledge, help with improving code on Github.
3. If you want to donate, donate to Mike instead. Without him, this kernel wouldn't exist.

3. Now sync repositories (depends on your internet connection)
Code:
repo sync
4. Run this
Code:
curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LegacyXperia/local_manifests/cm-11.0/updates.sh > ~/android/system/updates.sh
chmod a+x updates.sh
./updates.sh
And this
Code:
cd ~/android/system/vendor/cm
./get-prebuilts
5a. Download source.zip, unpack it to the root of your source and overwrite all.
5b. Run this, to give correct permissions to pngcrusher
Code:
chmod a+x build/tools/releasetools/pngcrusher
6a. Download SaberMod 4.8 toolchain and unpack them to /prebuilts/gcc/linux-x86/arm/
http://d-h.st/qsd
6b. For kernel toolchain, use a Linaro 4.7 toolchain (I use Christopher83's). Then put it to the folder above and rename to "arm-eabi-4.8"
7a. Build ROM (takes long time)
Code:
. build/envsetup.sh
breakfast <your_device>
brunch <your_device>
7b. To build only kernel (much shorter)
Code:
. build/envsetup.sh
breakfast <your_device>
make -j4 bootimage
8. Zip/kernel is in /out/target/product/<your_device> ready to install
If you found this guide wrong, got error or anything, write it down this thread.

A detailed guide would be nice...
Thanks. I will try.
Screenshoot pls.
So atlast finally you have released it
Bt does it have everything which is present in 0703 build....????
Cz 0703 build itself is very smooth... and with this...it would just fly
Sent from my WT19i using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Awesome!!
431 MB RAM..impressivee..if there were something..like overclocking the RAM like overclocking CPU...these devs would possibly make 512 MB RAM incresint to 1 GB RAM haha... :silly:
Great rom by the way..blazing fast..but 1 problem,,,i always get bootloop whenever i try to switch to ART on clean install without any apps installed on internal...any possible solution for this?? just wanna try it with INT2EXT
1 problem with camera..whenever i take pic at night there is flash but..the final image is totally black with your rom..and whenever i stop recording the video camera force closes!
this bug wasn't on mikes 20140703 build!!..so fix this dude..
Just want to know what other things change in Rom itself other than kernel and archis optimization..
Any new script or mod
Because want to try kernel but just confused with flashed whole Build OR just kernel with july 3 CM11 build
(*) except for /hardware/qcom/display-caf/libhwcomposer, because of compile errors.
u post this
But it is really matter?
any issue because of this miss?
Downloading Now give u report back.
Thanks for awesome share Dev.
---------- Post added at 11:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:49 AM ----------
One issue got after fresh install that
In Camera at the time video recording preview not shown its only stopped screen not showing anything but after recording complete the Output result gives nice video like CM11 only
What the wrong with preview Dev
I think its because of kernel
And also first boot RAM free is less than CM11
as i got 190MB in CM11 and here only 130MB
Posted both screen for RAM
Sent from my WT19i using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
After ROM stable RAM also stable screen attached
Good to see that..
No issue with RAM management.

Allow others to build and share them
@Vynikal you say you won't make builds for more devices. But will you allow to others to compile roms and kernels with your changes and share them here? So that if someone would compile for mango. Then he would upload it and PM the link to you. Then you'd add the link to the OP. If this could be done, many-many users would be happy:victory:
EDIT: I see that you are Czech, sme susedia
Can someone please compile Mini Pro (Mango) kernel?
Mine only issue is new Theme manager not set the themes correctly basically the CM11 theme only
Need to restart device for correctly set BUT after second OR third reboot it again set to default:crying:
What the exact cause
Before that NO issues occurs with themes
Only working theme correctly till now is Atomic Green+ which is Basically CM10.2 theme with CM11 addons
HELP ME
As I said, all features are clearly performance stuff, small bugs are risk, but expected.
I don't know about themes, I only use Xperia Z2 theme, works fine for me.
About libhwcomposer - it is not important, just a note for devs that there is a bit, which needed old -Os flag.
About camcorder FC. I will look at it, but not much chance.
I have compiled for smultron, will upload today. Also for mango, but only kernel.
Sent from my WT19i using XDA Free mobile app
Smultron and mango added, have fun.
(mango only kernel)
Tried to download smultron build 2 times and both times got an error after 40/50MB of download.
EDIT: Tried it for the 3rd time but still no luck. I was able to download the kernel.

Yes, default CPU governor is set to Barry-Allen.
Glad you like the kernel.
New build is up!

Getting error, finger print hardware not available. Also there are 4 fingerprints saved and I can't delete them. Running smooth other than that
Edit,
Not sure what happened but I can't edit fingerprints anymore, I've even re flashed my old backup and kernel and tried re flashing the rom,
Before I flashed this kernel I took off locks, backed upand the flashed kernel. Not sure what's going on

Yeah I don't know what happened but nothing could undo the issue other than a clean install. Which sucks lol cause I have to redo everything and my backup is useless

[EOL] Boeffla-Kernel (unofficial) for Lineage OS-15.1/16 [kltexxx]

This project is now "End-of-Life" (EOL). Thanks to all of you for the kind support...
Proudly presenting, Boeffla-Kernel (unofficial) for Lineage OS-15.1/16.
/* Introduction */
This is an unofficial port of the well-known Boeffla-Kernel which is developed by the recognized developer @Lord Boeffla. Since the original developer decided to end his support with Nougat, I decided to port his awesome work to Oreo. With the permission of the original developer, here I'm sharing my builds for anyone interested.
/* Warning */
This kernel is no way supported by Lord Boeffla. Please do not bother him with anything related to this Kernel.
/* DISCLAIMER! */
Code:
I am not responsible for any damage to your device. Everything you are doing on your device is at your own risk.
I only own kltelgt (Korean variant). Hence, kernels under the category 'kltekor' are only tested by myself.
Please note that flashing any custom Kernel including mine will void your warranty.
/* Supported devices */
klte: SM-G900F, SM-G900V, SM-S902L
kltekor: SM-G900K/L/S
kltedv: SM-G900P/I
klteduos: SM-G900FD, SM-G900MD
kltekdi: SCL23
/* Compatibility */
This kernel is only meant to work on Lineage-OS 15.1/16 and nothing else. However, it may work on other LOS 15.1/16 based Oreo/Pie ROMs (Please try at your own risk).
This kernel will NOT work in Samsung Stock and other TW ROMs.
/* How-to-Install */
i. Download Kernel
ii. Go to recovery (TWRP recommend)
iii. Flash Kernel
iv. Reboot and enjoy
/* Features */
Built from Boeffla-Kernel 14.1 source code.
Merged with latest LineageOS 15.1 source code.
Built using Bleeding edge toolchain (GCC 8.2).
Added blu_active CPU governer.
All the standard features of Lineage-OS 14.1 Boeffla-Kernel
Support of anykernel concept - flash stock kernel before flashing Boeffla
Additional governors: zzmoove (Note: not considered stable at the moment, you might face reboots!!!), intelliactive, intellidemand, wheatley, smartmax, slim, intellimm, nightmare, lionheart, pegasusq Zzmoove supporting native hotplugging profiles
Additional schedulers: fiops, bfq, sio, tripndroid, zen
Many Hotplug tweak profiles (Default, Optimized, 1 core max, 2 cores max, 3 cores max, 2 cores min, 3 cores min, 4 cores min, 2 cores exact, 3 cores exact)
Wake up gestures implemented (double-tap-to-wake, swipe to wake) Removed from beta-v4 onwards.
Boeffla-Sound engine (Headphones and speaker volume configurable)
Configurable vnswap

Default entropies increased
Insecure kernel (adb has root privileges)
Automatic EFS backup
Kernel survival mode by Boeffla-Config app to survive CM rom flashes
Full support for mpdecision for best compatibility and smoothness
(Important: use Boeffla-Config to configure min/max CPU frequencies + governors + schedulers only - or explicitely allow other apps/processes to overwrite this in Boeffla-Config settings, but expect weird side effects)
Integrated full busybox 1.23.1 (own compilation)
Auto-Root by kernel possible by request, not recommended for CM however (latest su included)
Kernel initialization log file (with the history of 3 log files)
Emergency reset script automatically placed into /boeffla-kernel-data folder of your internal memory
Presets supported in Boeffla-Config by kernel (Extreme power, power, normal, battery friendly and battery saving)
Always using latest Initramfs
Always based on latest Galaxy S5 sm-g900f kernel sources by CM
Kernel runs with SELinux enforcing by default, just as CM12 stock kernel for S5 - but can be configured to work in permissive mode in Boeffla-Config settings

/* Special note to ROM developers */
You are allowed to include my kernel in any ROMs. Giving proper credits to the original developers (including me, if you considered me as one among them) are, however, highly appreciated. Feel free to contact me, if you need any assistance from my side.
/* Donations */
For those who wish to donate to the original developer (Lord Boeffla), here I'm copying his own words.
Code:
If you like my work, feel free to donate: [URL="http://www.boeffla.de/index.php/donation"]Donation-Link[/URL]
If you donate at least 2,49 EUR (to be in line with the donation app prices on Google Play store), you will receive a personal donation code which unlocks some nice little comfort functions in Boeffla-Config V2 on top.
If you like to appreciate my (sunilpaulmathew) work, please consider a donation as it is helpful to continue my projects more active, although it is not at all necessary.

Kernel works fine so far... No probs with undervolting either. But never used this feature for daily use. Because it's not recommended.

Yass! Boeffla the legend, the only custom kernel which performance is faster than any other custom kernels and stock kernels combine.
All the best for you @sunilpaulmathew
You`ll wearing great shoes to continue Lord Boeffla`s legacy
Checked first beta ... fine fine
Cool! Let's check it out!

Hello, my device is kltekor but after I flashed your kernel the second sim signal appears on the status bar, is that a feature or a bug?

Sorry friends, I made some accidental mistakes while preparing the last build and it makes the modules unaccessible (do anyone noticed?). The download links are now updated with proper builds. If you are not worried about modules, just avoid this message. Otherwise, update to the newly uploaded builds (Please note: there is absolutely no change in the file name).
Sorry for the inconvenience...
