Carbon ROM 4.4.4 M470 - Moving Apps to SD
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to move apps to ext. sd card. And how to set it up to download to ext. sd card. I have a Hisense Sero 7 Pro, Rooted, Carbon ROM (latest build). Probably a noob question, but I've searched and searched and cant find an answer, any help will be appreciated! I'm new to the custom ROM scene, but I've successfully flashed my Sero 7 Pro and my Galaxy Tab 3 thanks to the excellent instructions on this site. Thanks in advance!

Go to Setting->Apps
Swipe over one, to On Sdcard
Select an app ( check the box next to it )
The apps "App Info" will appear
Click the "Move to SD" button
Collect underpants
???

recover partition table
Hi All,
I was playing with a Slatebook x2 in order to get it rooted however instead I've managed to completely screw it up by changing partition table so that only mode it boots now is the APX. From the nvflash tool i can see options that would allow me to partition device again and upload data, however no mater what i do device hangs. I would be super grateful for any suggestions.
If you can access nvflash, did you try to partition it with information's from beneaths device tree? If you need any info s from a running one, tell me how to export them the way you need it.

Custom Recovery after KingRoot
Hello there,
Does anyone can answer if is it possible to install a custom recovery after the root with KingRoot? If the answer is no, is it possible to flash MayaMod with the stock recovery?

I was able to flash the Maya Mod perfectly after doing Root with KingRoot 4.5, installing the .img of the listed TWRP recovery (2.8.1) avaiable in the topic, and flashing the MayaMod2.0 zip from the SD card. No need of the cable anymore. I was using stock Android 4.3! Tks for all!

Custom Rom Problem
Hey, I rooted my liquid E2 and used CWM recovery to be able to install a zip via the recovery mode.
I used the V1.3 and everything seemed to be going fine, untill it booted and after showing the changed acer boot screen with bon3ll on it etc. all I get to see is a black screen with white rings on it that appear to move as if it was a snake/worm stuck in a loop. I've let it run for an hour and nothing happened/changed.
I have no clue what is going on and can not find anything about this whatsoever, so I really hope anyone here would know how to solve this and I would truly appreciate that.

I'm not supporting this Rom anymore,I don't own that phone anymore.
If you're right about that app, it must be an issue with the base Rom.

Hi, My tab is ubislate 7c+ Edge. and as you said completed the img to memory card. and i inserted the memory card into tab slot then started . but tab is not starting with out memory card it is working. pls. help.

Seems like problem with the firmware burn process, try burning the img again!

I just used a different approach.
Download the Rom Img File.
Download Live Suit:
Search on Goolge for Link, XDA wont let me post links
Run Live Suit, if it closes with Driver message, please install the same from the Live Suit Folder for your os.
Follow On Screen instructions for Live suit or use the instructions at (remove xx with tt, and remove spaces):

BUT REMEMBER TO USE THE ROM FILE PROVIDED BY OP.

I would like to say that people take You Guys' help for granted....and it should not be like that...if I could, I'd support this page with everything in my powers, but lol...I'm a noob at programming AND pretty much new to android too. ^_^
Anyway, my sgs4 value edition (GT-I9515) running on Lollipop 5.0.1 LOVED YOUR SOLUTION!
I am proud to state that the RAM works on 1-1,2 Gb free space constantly! (of course not when I have loads of apps open, but it DOES COME BACK TO THAT VALUE)

I was wondering if this fix has been integrated with CynanogenMod 12 nightlies? I'm currently running cm-12.1-20150718-NIGHTLY-mako (released July 18) but I can't get past 'starting apps' screen. Sometimes the phone won't go past the boot animation screen either.
I've been trying to remove bootanimation myself but I'm having issues with getting my device detected on my computer.

EDIT:I don't have issues with bootloops from xposed,only when trying to use custom anis longer than about 30 frames.

Hello guys
I have an HP 10 tablet(similair to slate 7) running 4.4.2. It is rooted, but it hasn't updated due to the ota not recognizing the root scripts. I wanted to update to lollipop(Android 5), but couldn't find specific roms for may model. I saw some HP touch stuff though, but not sure if that would work. This tablet is a quad core 1.2ghz, ARM v7 processor rev 3 (v71). Since rooting, it no longer keeps its state, and if it goes dead, is turned off, or reboots, it defaults back to factory settings, and I have to start all over with installing my back up (via titanium). It is time to update and make it more stable. any help?
