G Pad 10.1 LTE case differences? - G Pad 10.1 Accessories

Just wondering if anyone has tried a WiFi case on the LTE version of the 10.1 g pad. A few specs I looked at online gave exact same measurements. I know the g pad 8.3 had diffences with thickness and sensor placements. Thanks for your help!

OK the WiFi cases fit the LTE model. Just tried it myself.

Just curious. What case did you buy? I got a fintie magnetic case that triggers the screen on and off and it's nice but I want one that the tablet snaps into instead of slides into and velcrows it in.

This is the case I bought. Works great and snaps on. I dont have any issues with it. The stand that rolls into itself is a magnet so its awesome and has enough angle to hold the tablet and not fall over.

Has anyone tried the "360 Rotary caso Tablet couro PU for LG G Pad 10.1 V700 Flio " case, wich I found on AliExpress (cant post the link because I'm still a new user) and have any feedback to give about it?
Thanks

I honestly don't have a clue. I don't remember posting that.

Well, unfortunately that eBay link is no longer valid. I dunno if the case would be the right fit for mine, to be honest. It's a newer one....

thinnest case so far?

ive been looking around here and amazon trying to find a thin(and i mean as thin as possible) case for my TF. I see these roocase and same ones from a different name but they still seem too bulky for my taste. Curious if anyone else has seen something.
Not worried about material used or drop protection.
I use the sikai case since 2 weeks and I am very happy! It 's thin , but I don 't know if their are thinner cases!
The ASUS one is the thinnest I have been using. I think its basically the same or only a MM thinner than the sikai but its more money and I dont know if it can be built much better.

Its from eBay and posted in other links. I have it myself and I can confirm that its very very good. No docking while its on though.

I'm on a quest for something of the same design as the sikai or the official asus case, but allows for docking....
The strange thing is that the official Acer iconia case is pretty much the same design, but is open at the bottom, but it stays in the case fine because it's such a tight fit. Hilariously enough, the Transformer, which actually has a keyboard dock, is closed at the bottom and so doesn't allow for docking.
Surely it's not that hard to do this?
Thinnest: Asus official.
Sexiest: Roocase Slim-Fit.

I agree.
Asus Official cast is crazy expensive for what it is.
The Roocase Slim-Fit can be found under different maker is even less money. I just ordered one under the brand poetic (I think) for a about 20 bucks.

thanks for the link. that does look right up my alley. Kind of wished it had a pouch for a cleaning cloth too but meh. Had to order a new bag for work so ill see how it fits and base my choice off that.
looks magnetic. i see no straps or "snaps". Compass interference is important too.
Hoepfully the compass thing will be a non-issue in the next update. I am currently on the ASUS case with velcro but I previously had a magnetic case that my girlfriend is now using and it never caused a compass issue until the 3.2 update. And its obviously the case because the moment I take it out it works fine.
Something changed to really increase the sensitivity of the compass, hopefully they dial it back it bit in the next update. Honestly though, its amazing they have a compass that sensitive in it, Ive got some higher end equipment for camping that doesn't detect that small amount of magnetic interference.

[Q] Good case for Tablet and Dock

Hi Everyone,
I have looked but I do not see any updated reviews of cases for the TF300 with dock. I have been looking at both the Moko and Poetic lines but Im not sure which one would be best. If there is anything better out there could someone please let me know? Price isnt as important as quality. Leather is always nice as it usually holds up well. TIA

It is excellent value for money.

Hey guys,
Im also looking for a dock friendly case for My Asus TF300T. I want to be able to close the case with the dock still on. Dont care too much for the tri-fold snap ones. I dont want it to be too bulky because I do play games undocked, but use the dock to surf and work. Does anyone have these?

i bought this one on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Poetic-Transformer-Keyboard-Portfolio-Manufacturer/dp/B007ZE257U
i like it, it's bulky but good, i want it to be bulky for protection in case i drop the thing
i mean that's what a case if for right, protection?
it also has slots for two full size SD cards
and a slot for your business card,
some people are saying the elastic band (holding the keyboard in place at the top) blocks the charging port
the strap is not blocking my charging port......yet
when the leather holders at the bottom loosen up in a few months the keyboard may want to slide further down, and that would cause the strap at the top to block the port, like i have read people complaining about
but RIGHT NOW everything is perfect
i give this case 2 thumbs up, and i recommend it
i added some pics below so you can check it out
i saw those too. it does look nice, but youre right its kinda bulky. i would like to be able to quickly dock/undock too. Thanks for the info.

Always seemed to me that the cards would damage the screen.
It's hard to find a decent one, most have magnetic closures which suck.. Spigen did the Valentinus for the note 2 which had a snap closure and was a nice case as well. Hopefully they will remake it for the note 3 in time.

I can't send links. I am a newbee
I bought this Cellto Wallet Case when it was $1.99, just got it last night. The screen protector included with it was complete garbage. The quality of the case appears decent but after careful inspection I've decided that it will not hold up very long unless it is used gently. The only thing I place in the billfold is a micro-fiber cloth, no cards... That wouldn't be a good idea without a sufficient screen protector.
If I get one, I want it to be a nice leather finish with no clasp (looks like a woman's purse).

I got the brown version last night, used it today for the first time, it's nice for $14, I did cut out the top of the plastic shell that holds the phone to the case that covers the buttons, I couldn't reliably trigger the volume and power buttons, trimming the plastic worked perfectly to allow reliable access to the buttons.
Am hoping the case ages well, and looks good as it breaks in, it looks great now, supposedly they're made out of lambskin leather.
I like it...I don't mind paying $59 for it. definitely the style that I like, BUT I prefer a black color

I decided to try the above case. It was cheap and I really wanted to try a rotating case. I will let you guys know what I think after I get it.
So I got the case yesterday overall pretty nice the tablet snaps in and is held by friction I am not sure the tablet would be protected from a fall or not as I think the tablet would pop out and I am not ready to test that theory so I will just try not to drop it for now. The rotation is nice it holds the tablet for me when I am eating lunch makes reading and watching movies a little nicer. I would recommend this case for the price it is pretty good.

So the cases meant for the v700 will fit the LTE VK700 version? I have been looking everywhere for differences but I cant find them. The measurements are the same but could be sensor placement differences. I know the G Pad 8.3 wifi and LTE cases do not fit due to sensors and thickness.

Looking for a "book cover" case with stand

Hey all. I'm looking for a case for my new Shield K1 and I'm trying to find one similar to the Moko case I bought for my Nook HD+ years ago (http://www.amazon.com/MoKo-Slim-Fit...1453869778&sr=8-1&keywords=nook+HD++moko+case). Has anyone found a case like this? If not, what kind of case would you recommend for someone who carries his tablet around like it was a book that also acts as a stand?
I would like to find something that is a cross between what you linked (minus the hand strap) and the fintie smartshell case. Fintie case is great but the design for self standing position is limited and not the sturdiest.
