Detail changelog.
See attach file below.

Been using this since the last 1.1 version and it's amazing! Thank you so much for compiling this for deb!! Using ElementalX (AOSP) btw and everything is smooooth. Radio working fine, as well.

Yes!!! I was gonna ask you if you could bring this to the N7LTE!!!

Hi,
anyway to have the recovery restart?
Nice rom by the way...

I like this ROM. Very smooth and stable to use as daily driver on my deb. Only 1 bug to report. The Battery when charging doesn't reach 100% Full. Only 92% and doesn't go up anymore. Even after reboot. Almost charging for 5 hours now.
Thank you for sharing this ROM on our Deb. Great job! [emoji1]

Oh.
Sorry for no anouncement.
This is not a bug.
This is battery life extender function. It is kernel builtin.
If you do not need this function, modify /system/etc/init.d/99elementalx file like this.
Code:
echo 4200 > /sys/devices/i2c-0/0-006a/float_voltage
to
Code:
echo 4300 > /sys/devices/i2c-0/0-006a/float_voltage
If you want to change other kernel builtin functions like DT2W etc., modify this userinit script and reboot.

Oops. Sorry. I didn't know that it was a Kernel Feature. I can see that option in Aroma Installer of some Custom Kernel I've used on my Deb and M7 but I never tried that.
Thank you for your prompt response. Hope you continue to update your Rom on our Deb as you do on Flo. Please. ??

Nice ROM
Installed and works smoothly. Has about all of the features I want, but not cluttered with other stuff. Appreciate the work

Awesome Rom. Thanks!

Mobil data seems to be very slow on att.

Just noticed there's an unofficial build 051415 on AFH. Gonna test now. Is that on new 5.1 binaries? Just asking, because Glitch kernel for example has updated to 5.1.
Edit:
Just tried using Glitch 344 with the unofficial build -> doesn't get past "Starting Apps" just like the previous build.

Latest update (30052015) having charging problems. My device gets very hot when I plug it in to charge but does not charge. I have to turn it off and charge it.

gonna look into that..

Great! At least I know someone else is also using this ROM. Lol

I'm using 20150530 and no problems with charging or really anything. LTE didn't work for a bit - turn off/turn on and fixed. I am using the Elemental X kernel. the ROM is fast and stable, Thanks

I always full wipe even when there are updates. I just tried it again this morning. Charging still has a problem. My device gets very hot and does not charge. Back on previous version again.

Disclaimer
I'm not responsible for any damages on your device.
The rom and the kernel are tested by me first before I make it available online. I could have overseen something during testing, please understand. In summary, the ROM is still SlimKat, with some additional features (see below), but is also compiled with SaberMod toolchain. You can consider this build as a "nightly" and the build from the official thread is stable and weekly.
!!! Please don't discuss these unofficial builds in the official thread. Users can get confused easily!!!
What makes different from the official SlimRoms
Compiled with a custom toolchain UBERTC for more performance and better battery life
Compiled with the GCC optimization level -O3
Compiled with strict-aliasing compiler optimization
Added patches to fix GCC strict-aliasing violation rules
Added ARMv7 optimized string handling routines for more smoothness and more memory optimization
Disabled SQLite fsync to increase I/O performance
Cherry-picked some AOSP bug and memory leak fixes
Cherry-picked some KitKat bug and memory leak fixes
Installation instructions
Coming from stock or another ROM:
Full wipe: system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
Flash the SlimSaber build.
Flash gapps from here
Flash latest SuperSU from here
Coming from previous SlimSaber build:
Flash the SlimSaber build.
No need to wipe dalvik-cache. The system will do it anyway if it needs to.
No need to re-flash gapps. Gapps will be restored back automatically by backup tool during flashing.
Known Issues
Skype call not working.
Use Skype version 4.9.0.45564
Lens blur photos will crash while processing
This is caused by using a toolchain version number greater than 4.7.
"Prevent accidental wake up" display option causes black screen when incoming call comes in
Disable it for the time being, until the bug is fixed

Additional features included!
The main features are the compilation of the ROM with -03 flags, strict aliasing and Sabermod, along with the rest of the optimisations listed in the OP. These are all to increase performance and battery life. But of course, there are some additional features included:
Gesture unlock for lockscreen
Network speeds in status bar
Configure double tap status bar to sleep
Custom system animations
Integrated performance options in ROM
Soft reboot option
Mobile data disabled by default. This is to avoid extra carrier charges during ROM setup
SuperSU root management
Lockscreen Notifications
Advanced calculator with floating mode
Battery saving network mode: Automatic switch to 2G when screen is off.
Smooth scrolling (disable scrolling cache)
Confirm to reboot to bootloader/recovery
For a more comprehensive list, please see this post by Harsha Raj in the i9100 thread.
Mobile data isn't working!!
Once the ROM is booted, go to Settings -> Toggle 'Mobile networks' for data to be enabled.
It's disabled on purpose, by default. This is so when you first flash the ROM, no data is used, as some carriers charge heavily for even small data transfers.
What about theme chooser?
Next post down, look in the "Goodies" post to find flashable themes
Root doesn't work!
Enable 'Developer options'
Go to Settings -> About Phone
Tap on the Build Number 7 times
Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Root access
Choose 'Apps' or 'Apps and ADB'
How to change DPI?
Currently, this feature hasn't been ported... so you'll need to install Texdroider DPI from the playstore... or edit /system/build.prop and change ro.sf.lcd_density to the desired value
What is the Toolchain?

What is SaberMod?
The term "SaberMod" is coming from:

Is CAF his preference or is that the direction of the Slim Team now?
I'll probably give this one a shot this weekend regardless. Thanks for the build.

Caf source is used to compile to bacon, is the main branch for it, as bacon is maintained directly from CAF, and not from google, so it dont have pure aosp as ours do. But i prefer to use caf too, caf is much more optimized now, i could get easily 4h SOT with default kernel settings, no tweaking, no undervoltage on my first private builds. so i would say you to give a shot to caf
How come all CAF i try i end of with failed update binary when i flash? Im on factory 5.1 do i need to factory image 5.02? im on 2.8.5.2

I was just looking at lolistats, YouTube adaway, and snapprefs, but installing that zip recovery is what seems to break everything. I know it's early, but I figured it should still work as it does with both CM and AOSP 5.0 roms.

Yes it should, but caf roms, and specially slimsaber, have tons of different things of aosp and cm, in a near future u maybe could get xposed working on caf roms, i am sure that xposed dev, wont give up. Btw, i think u can get similar apps that dont use xposed
xposed doesn't work on slimsaber. some ART optimizations (or perhaps others) that i used make it incompatible with xposed.

Important note:
Starting from 17.09.2015 build the installer of chrono kernel is decoupled from a ROM installer, so e.g. no support for f2fs or dual boot with a default ROM kernel. In order to have all features of the universal kernel package you need proceed standalone chrono kernel installation.
Conversion EXT4 -> F2FS:
TWRP:
1) back up the system
2) find backup folder and rename system.ext4.win to system.f2fs.win, data.ext4.win -> data.f2fs.win etc.
3) restore backup of selected partitions
4) flash zip from attachment (chrono kernel is supposed to be installed)
CWM/Philz:
1) back up the system
2) format selected partitions to F2FS
3) restore backup of selected partitions
4) flash zip from attachment

C'mon, you should recover...re-co-ver, mate.
Btw - f2fs is WRONG, allright?

Yep Is there anything wrong? Just found some spare time to return to android development.
UPD. while I'm on the treatment, there is almost nothing anything to do for me... Just wanted to bring this ROM up before I go to another city because of treatment.
For f2fs i have to convert first the rom with the script or i can install it as it is?

I caught myself that I haven't tested f2fs with this ROM(of course I've tested f2fs update itself). There installation with f2fs will be a little tricky, because /ramdisk/fstab needs to be changed(it can be updated after reflashing ROM, but this is not the best solution IMO). I will test it and report later.
UPD. Btw, kernel version line messed up a bit, just don't pay attention on this
UPD2. added info about f2fs to 3rd post.
With flufli's script f2fs installation was fine but i had system fc the first time, launcher's fc, camera as you have said and the rom was laggy for me even without installing any other app.
I went back to liquid so that's the only feedback i can provide

Well, updater_script of this ROM is quite different from CM11, and it was never guarantied(AFAIK) that it will work with another ROMs. For me mentioned in 3rd post way is working, and there are no FCing apps(besides of aforementioned camera).
and the rom was laggy for me even without installing any other app.

Note that for first 10 minutes media scanner is running in background, so there's nothing unusual that phone may lag in this time.
Well, after reading janice vanir topic I've found that GAPPS(GPS) FC bug will also appear there. This is related to -O3 optimization applied to binaries which are compiled in thumb mode. I haven't messed with optimizations yet(and Linaro GCC 4.8 is used here), but unfortunately for us, -O3 was already applied. Known fix for lollilop won't work on kitkat - it simply doesn't apply well, actually it can be applied, will try it later.
Then compile with -O2 and apply some non problematic -O3 flags manually

This isn't such simply. AFAIK, anything except -Os being applied to thumb code will fail. It's interesting to force ARM mode to check if it as well fixes issue, but first I'll try out removing forced alighment code. I have too slow internet to upload(or rather - download) new build in near time, when applying just one fix probably can fit in few blobs.
Test fix to GAPPS FC bug. To apply reboot to recovery and copy files to /system/lib(make sure you have backup of original files!). Please test it and report if it's working.

Well done! This works for your CM11 05.05.2015 (Running Google Play services 7.5.74 (1997312-034))
The idea to use other/older libjavacore.so was known but not to change libjavacrypto.so also. Which is obviouly if I think about it once more
As you know me I made an installer zip of this. It is not my work actually - I only changed files, added codina and CM11 checking and added deinstall routine for my old init.d fix.
You can use it also (of course) if the init.d fix was not used...
This will do the following:
Deletes init.d 50gmscache (if installed)
Deletes cache folder of gms (will be build new automaticly)
Makes backup (*.so.bak) of original libs
Copy working libs over the original ones.
Okay, good to know that fix is working. Now I can publish patch which is backport of well known fix for lollipop https://github.com/ChronoMonochrome...mmit/a2d116008d15c3db373ad372ab37548058926bfc .
Good work, Chrono
I saw that in rom preinstalled r3 kernel
Is there an update already or it special version for Vanir?

There is an update(read changelog in 2nd post), but I haven't pushed it because I need to deal with some changes in kernel installer(and in build script, in particular) and make sure that they works properly.
Thank you
:good::good::good:
upd: kernel used with this rom is the best.
I made fatal mistakes by flashing nonrelated chrono's ones.
I was SO WRONG flashing latest one instead of testing included one.
Definitely, kernel used there is really fit for this rom.
Awesome(some tweaks are still needed, but, damn, it is really, really awesome)!
Kernel we have there still can use latest chronokernelsettings(MANY customization are needed to get totally great results, but CKS + perfctrl used together are capable to push a2 to the max, imho).
This is awesome rom.
Small advice - add these to init.d with 755 permission, reboot:
http://speedy.sh/FVaw2/init.d.7z
Then you can optimize your system even more with chronokernelsettings + perfctrl(do NOT overwrite init's settings there).
Then - apkopt - list of apk's to being optimized - soon(check fuc.kin dialer gain)...
Then - media.scanner, any wrong id tag may result in batt drain(imagine >500 mp3 files with wrong id tags, then imagine 1500 files with wrong tags on extcard and media.scanner working)...
Yup, it can DRAIN your battery without reason...
F'ed up tags of your music/vid files may break your nice, flatline batt usage, too.
Another story - ex-ter-nal music player/vid player...
And so on, so on...rom itself, or kernel will NOT help you, if you are not aware how andorind is working.
Anyway, good luck....feel free to ask.
But maybe tomorrow, now i am drunk, allright.
Chrono, thank you.
Not enough space on /system
It seems apps that require to write some data on /system (like AdAway or Mount2SD) are not working correctly after f2fs conversion. Error message says "there is not enough space on /system". I wonder if anyone experienced the same or is it just me messing up at a step?

How are going works, @Epirex?
How is the Dialer working in this ROM? Because it is horribly slow in hasta's CM12.1.

Sorry for delay guys, I was hoping to AOSPA Team update to android_5.1.1_r24
I'm build now
@Epirex you had hinted about Marshmallow, are you still developing 6.0 for Janice?
Best lollipop ROM for s advance in my opinion. I was using build 28/09 for few days. Cache/data in f2fs. So smooth and fast. WiFi failed to start for the first time after a reboot but if you turn it on/off once then it works fine. Sadly i had to roll back to CM11 cause of the low incoming call volume bug which was really annoying. I couldn't hear anything outdoors. Is this fixed in the latest build?
PS: Low incoming call volume bug isn't mentioned in the bug list. Anyone else having this bug or it is just me?

Well i had issue's and was really pissed off but now that i know that it was a mistake by you and you're even acknowledging it,there's no problem at all,in fact nice work making it official and i already have a lot of ROM's to update anyway,i even wanted for someone to do it,I hadn't updated tipsy after it's initial release due to focussing on other ROM's,i was just upset that you didn't ask knowing that i already had it done before. But no problem now and again Nice work done. :good:
BTW tip for next time, know all the ROM's for our device before you start to work on it.

Well most of the custom ROMs have this, it will not be an issue unless you want to use 4g on second sim, shift to Sim1 otherwise.
For other parts, you can flash it as daily driver and no major issues.
Report I will add to the post. Thanks.
@premaca I have just flashed latest build I experienced random reboots during initial setup and then at startup. For now it looks stable.
Yas sensor doesn't get detected,on aosp caf thread it is being reported that ubertc toolchain up and above 4.8 creates problem for detection of yas sensor.
I'm using 2014818 redmi 2 prime,2gb ram variant.
Is there an update for Tesla
@premaca I think there is something wrong with the latest kumajaya source's,the phone reboots when there is an incoming call, happened in my AICP rom too,can you confirm this on TIPSY,if that is the case then i'll be sure it has something to do with the kumajaya's source's.

Oo. Okay. Do not use the Icons on the Nova Launcher, they come default with the launcher and do not point to the actual implemented apps. Replace those icons with the actual ones in the drawer.

Shortly testing this afternoon, stability and smoothness seems great and same battery life that original final ste version.
Update: No more random force close, no more random not working back key to exit from app menu, stability is rock solid.

Hey,
I can't install xposed, even tried the 2.6 smth version by SolarWarez which worked prior to the update, but now it's stuck at bootloop, fresh installed and everything done by the book.
Sorry, got nothing to do with you, it's the security patch, everything running great!
mod
hey man , nice work .
would you mind telling me how i can add some of sony's original kk featuers to this rom ?? like small apps and UI , and sony's app like wallkman ...
and how can i swap my sd-card with internal in this rom ??
tnx:good:
gapps force close
hi again , i'm using this rom for a day and it's great , espesially when you tweek the thing a little !
but i founded a problem which is force closeing error on every gapps ! how should i fix it ??:crying:
Sorry to say that 20161214 version that I flashed at december (dalvik and cache wiped) goes to my mobile in two sporadic problems: some random reset and some force closed, nothing serious except random reset.
Two days ago I rollback to 20161004 version which is perfectly stable in my opinion and everything went back to normal.
Sorry for not contribute with crash log.
Anyway, THANKS HardLight for you interest in update this KK rom.
