[Q] Switching ROMS?

Hi,
I am going to flash the litening rom tonight as I love the blue theme but I am also interested in the Villian rom so if I want to switch, would I flash the backup cwm I have made and then flash the villian rom or can I just flash from one rom to the other?

When you flash villainrom via odin, it will automatically clear your data ie full wipe, so you can simply odin flash it to the device, boot, and flash cf-root on top if desired

[Q]

Is it possible to extract the ROM from the stock firmware? In particular..
I9100PBVLP6_I9100PORALP7_ORA.zip
or has anybody already done this?

No, I want to be able to flash the ROM as you would a custom ROM from CWM
I am currently trying the dual boot function in Siyah and wanted to use the stock ROM as a primary ROM. I have cloned my primary ROM (Dragon ICS 2.4) to secondary and wanted to have the stock Orange ROM as primary.

It is more convenient to have a fresh install of firmware then flash a kernel with root like Advance Stock Kernel, to avoid conflicts/errors.

Getting OTAs after you root/unlock?

So according to this thread, a custom recovery makes it so you can't get an OTA.
Does that mean i have to flash a stock recovery? and because i removed some stock apps, i have to flash a stock rom too?
