Anyone Know where I can get the Stand /Cover for the Otterbox case? I cant even find out what the Part number is for just the Stand.
I was just reading a post by someone expressing high praise for Otterbox's customer service. Not to point out the obvious, but did you contact them directly?

I got tired of waiting for Seidio to come out with a Super Slim Hybrid case similar to the one for the apple iPhone ... you know the case that is crystal on the front side and rubberized on the back found here Seidio Online so I started searching on eBay of course and found this Rubber Crystal Case here on ebay.
Anyone tried it or wants to be the guinea pig?
In addition, what I found really cool was the retractable USB car charger found on eBay as well found here. It's really brilliant since I hate chords and what's an added bonus is that it's a USB charger so my other devices can be charged as well. Hope the quality is there since I've found cheaply made retractable's sometimes have bad spring mechanism's so that it doesn't retract any longer.
Anyone want to try this out too? I might not wait but thought I'd put it out there.
Seidio appears to sell accessories only for phones that have US carriers. Just in case though, I sent them an email and here's their response:

I have posted a suggestion on Casemates product forum. Casemate allow customers to suggest new ideas and if they get enough votes, they will produce it.
My suggestion is for a hard-case with a clip for the pen. If you would like to see these produced, vote it up here:

I know it sucks, but theyre human, and made a mistake. They are still the best company around when it comes to customer service in my opinion. Cant be too mad at them for making a mistake when it isnt costing you a dime. They are the ones sending out free cases AND paying for shipping.
I just got the Otterbox Impact, new in box with screen protector instead of my Commuter replacement today. I'm actually happy about it because I'm sure theyll apologize, tell me to keep it, and send me out my Commuter replacement. Plus I havent been using a screen protector, but I think I will put this one on. Sweet deal for me. I already have the Defender so now I have all 3 Otterbox cases for the 3D
Call them up (Contact Us page on their site), and they'll send you a whole Commuter for free. They're a small company with awesome customer service. Trust me on this. When I called them to tell them the Commuter I got was too long, the guy was like "I'll send you another one for free, 2 day shipping. Keep the old one". Took like 5 minutes.

^They did that to my brother too, but it was probably because people are telling them that they have a bad case, and don't really have one.....
I would have sent the broken one back, so I don't know what their problem is.
I've decided to make my own car dock to fit with a seidio. Problem is I don't have my case yet and the kydex is ordered so I need to get started on making the wooden mold. To do this I need the measurements from someone with a Seidio case. Nothing fancy, just top to bottom, side to side, and of course thickness. I really appriciate any help anyone is willing to give me on this project.
C'mon now, I know someone out there has this case and is willing to measure the thing for me. Maybe I need to contact Seidio.
I don't know what forum to post this in, but since I got the S8 Plus and spend most of my time here I decided to post the question here.
Anyway, I was thinking about opening up a small retail shop or kiosk that sells stuff such as phone cases (not cheap china crap malls, ebay carry) chargers, tablet cases etc. and I was wondering if anyone knew who good distributors are and how much the minimal orders from them have to be.
I emailed a few of the case manufacturers directly such as Spigen and a couple others but they wouldn't give me any info except canned reply to fill out the dealer form. I want to know to see how much it cost and if the business idea is feasible or not.
I know many stores buy their stuff from distributors that carry the same brands such as Otterbox, Speck instead of being a direct dealer from the manufacturer so I was wondering if contacting them might be a better help.
