After so many days fighting with OxygenOs2 SystemUI finally i got some success.
Introduction:
O2 system UI is hard coded by oneplus developer with unknown source. latest apktool is not able to compile it . error is already raised at
https://github.com/iBotPeaches/Apktool/issues/1091
So i Used H2 system UI in this ROM.
Status Bar and quick setting panel is taken from H20.
SystemUi is fixed
Please Note:
dont try to flash any OTA directly or by editing script ..otherwise it will hard brick the system
Only Download OTA from Online Folder (Mega.co.nz)
For FAQ
1. Some user saying ROM not flashing in TWRP- Do not download mega-co-nz online folder as zip, select file you want to download then right click to see download option
Only use TWRP 2.8.6.0 to flash ROM, TWRP 2.8.7.X is not flashing modem, firmware & radio images..
If you want to set security PIN just set for 4 Digit otherwise your device will be locked.
Working:
Almost everything

Interesting, will be giving this one a go. However, a question if I may.
You stated that you finally had some luck with OxygenOS 2's SystemUI but then later in the post you said you have to use H2OS's SystemUI instead of OxygenOS 2's. Which one is it?

Such a shame. Well, I'll give this a go anyway since H2OS's quick settings bar is pretty neat. Not to mention it looks good.

Screen shot please!

First impressions, holy guacamole. It's liquid smooth. The boot animation was the first thing that me totally "wowed". You can see the animation at solid 60FPS. It's that smooth.
But here comes my worst encounter. I decided to set PIN lock on my device. And guess what? I got locked out of my own phone. This is the thing with using H2OS's SystemUI. The PIN is set according to Android's usual N-key PIN, but the SytemUI gives you thr 4-key PIN layout. So I had to start all over again but this time with no PIN set. So dangerous. This is just one incompatibility that I found. There could be more that might be a lot more worse than this.
Other than these, I still have a lot to go through. Great job so far, by the way. Looking forward to a fully functional Oxygen SystemUI soon.

Thanks for this review...will add this point in OP that only use 4 digit password pin...

Downloaded and installed
Nice work m8! its liquid smooth but seemed a little laggy at first. Then i reduced the animations to 0.25 and it was normal then. I need to check the battery. I will post ss after testing battery. The thing is that i received a notification for OTA after installation. I know you told me not to flash and I didn't. I mentioned OTA so that you can download the file and get working on the update. Please try to fix out the system ui. That's it for now.

Only 1 reason i might move
is maxx audio from the op2 present ??
opx doesnt has maxx audio.
opo has audiofx style maxx audio
op2 has otg maxx audio

Make a full wipe and flash straight! No need to flash other firmware. Firmware is included in the ROM
@pradeepsmehra buttons remapping in the settings doesn't work as of yet.
And notifications icon don't appear on the status bar(due to HydrogenOS's SystemUI)

Use TWRP recovery 2.8.6.0 .
2.8.7.0 + recovery is not flashing modem, radio and firmware..
Or you can install firmware file inside zip by fastboot...

yes, notification icons are not appearing..just number of notification pending can be seen in status bar.
for hard buttons settings i know..its also because of system ui.
for system ui of OPT...it will not work buddy..i already tried..
if you see OPT is working with just framwork-res.apk
but OPX is working with additional framwork oxygen-framwork-res.apk
this additional framework is built with unknown source..

It's their device and they're not required to open-source out their ROM anyway. Have you thought of compiling CM's SystemUI and framework-res.apk for the ROM to replace the current HydrogenOS SystemUI? But a lot of stuff needs to be done for on your side to get CM to work.
Did you notice when d2w is being use, the phone vibrates?
Maybe @CraZY_BoY^ is willing to chip in to help?

Can't wait till this is 100% love how smooth and fast, and the dark look. Loved it on the one plus x.

Flash the ROM at your own risk.
I accept NO responsibility for what you do (or can't do) with your own device. I am not responsible for bootloops, fruitloops or frickazees.
I DO accept responsibility for: Thermonuclear detonation & Zombie Apocalypse.
1) Backup & Factory reset then flash in recovery:
TWRP 3.0.0-0 (if anyone flashes with a higher version, please report)
2) Flash Gapps (recommend micro) - http://opengapps.org/
3) Screen will blank after a few minutes on the initial startup after flashing, the first boot may take several minutes (be patient, it will boot)
I started compiling this ROM as Unofficial because I have been using AICP exclusively for 2 years (on M7 & now Bacon) and figure if no one objects I can share some of the work. This is my HOBBY.
With that I say THANK YOU AICP (LorD ClockaN, n3ocort3x & semdoc along with their entire dev team) for bringing such terrific work to our devices. Special thanks to LorD ClockaN (motivation, encouragement, help & backbone of Official AICP), Pranav Cherukupalli & the legwork for the sources & kernels by Amaradeep Arora.
I make no claim to doing any more than compiling and making minor changes to what I want from the build. I own this device and enjoy making some minor modifications & tinkerings - I hope you will also. PEACE.
Basic Changes from "Official" AICP Rom:
OTA is NOT enabled on my build
(dirty flashing an "Official" over my build & vice versa does work, most changes I made are cosmetic with some cherri-picks)
I don't recommend "backwards" flashing dirty - so check the build dates
Custom Boot Animation
Unofficial AICP Logos [WIP]
Custom App for Unofficial Wallpapers (Thank you Jason Townley for the awesome Game or ROMs screen)

Please do not use issues with these builds to ask for help on the official thread. If you get an error, random reboot, etc. attach a logcat to any requests for help if possible. - Thank you
Recommended Gapps:
MUST flash 7.1 Gapps on the latest build. Tested with Slim's Revisited & opengapps / both boot fine.
Sim Revisited Gapps
TWRP 3.0 - Read this entire page first! If you flash with a higher version, please comment and let us know if it is successful.
- Nandroid / Backup your device!
- Standard factory reset wipe (recommended unless dirty flashing over THIS build)
- Flash Rom
- Flash Gapps 7.1
- Reboot

New build 12/14 - new (WIP) TWRP Flashable boot-animation
The 12/12 build was constantly freezing up on me. I was using open gapps and I had a calendar has stopped working report. I was forced to stop using it because of the crashes were happening too often so I didn't get to notice more bugs.
I am downloading the 12/14 build and hope to test it tomorrow. Thanks
---------- Post added at 05:13 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:40 AM ----------
So spent a little time with it. I turned Google now on tap on and it said Google has crashed. Did that twice and then it stopped trelling me it wasn't working.
Also, when I tried to delete some quick settings buttons, the system ui would crash
That all I noticed but very nice Rom man. Buttery smooth.
Oh, BTW, I noticed I can't customize what the back button does but I can the menu and home button. Is that like that for all mm roms? I've been trying to find one but haven't seen one yet.
I haven't tried gravity box but on other mm roms, gravity box wasn't working. They may have updated it now but at least about a week ago it wasn't working.

Are you using opengapps? I don't use Google Now because of the battery drain, but I tried on the latest build and didn't get any crash with "Ok Google" from voice activated or from the search bar.
I had issues with editing quick settings buttons on 12/12 build (actually reboot), 12/14 was more stable I think too. My 12/12 build was compiled early in the AM (05:22AM), later that day there were some merges for settings tiles that may have not made it into that build. There have been some more changes according to gerritt - I will re-sync and compile again this afternoon.

Yes. Exactly, except the newest build I can not change quick setting buttons. Also, Google now on tap doesn't work. I have not used it yet because no mm roms I've used works with it yet... Haven't tried a lot of mm roms.
Dev for this, will you please add customizable back button. I've got way to used to it on roms now. I don't like doing xposed cause its one more thing to screw up for me. Regardless, I will prolly just set the menu button up if the back key isn't added.

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

You tell...
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy MM. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.
If you want to contribute to the AICP or wanna see what is being worked on/merge feel free to visit our gerrit, link is at the bottom!!!

Here's what I did to get it to boot:
1) Wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik cache. (If you're coming from CM12.1 or OOS, I would also advise wiping internal storage. In this case, you'd have to adb push the files over after doing the full wipe.)
2) Flash ROM.
3) Flash OpenGapps. (I used nano for 6.0 ARM.)
4) Flash SuperSU zip. (I used v2.67.)
5) Wipe cache + dalvik cache.
6) Reboot.
---------- Post added at 08:50 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:34 PM ----------
Some good things I noticed while testing this ROM:
- Fast and fluid, I love it.
- Lots more options available over stock CM13.
- First boot didn't take that long.
Some strange things I noticed, but not deal-breakers:
ROM does not have a custom boot animation, so the default "android" boot animation is shown. FIX: Flash a custom boot animation.
ROM might get stuck at "preparing contacts storage" upon first boot. FIX: Force a reboot.
ROM gets stuck at the AICP wallpaper with progress bar at the bottom (after setup). FIX: Pull down the notification bar, go into settings, then hit the back button.
ROM does not come with a built-in Messaging app. FIX: Install any Messaging app from the Play Store.
ROM comes with no APNs. FIX: Look up the right APNs for your carrier and add them manually.
Hotspot/Flashlight toggle does not show up in Quick Settings. FIX: Toggle Hotspot once manually in the settings. Not sure about how to make the Flashlight stick.
When switching between SIMs, I couldn't get LTE on the SIM I switched to. Stuck on Edge. FIX: Reboot.
When switching to 2G in Preferred Networks, it gets stuck there forever. (i.e. you cannot switch to 3G or LTE.) FIX: No idea, lol.
Camera does not save photos when taking a picture. However, videos work with the Google Camera app. FIX: None that I know of yet.
Will find out more as I test. Great work so far, OP!

1, The bootanimation you can easily change with cm themes
2, stuck at "preparing contacts storage" upon first boot. it's actually not stuck, it's just really long. I waited for awhile but only on the 1st boot.
3, I didn't get stuck on that part. after the wallpaper and progress bar, it goes straight to main.
4, did the same. haha
5, Mine comes with APN tho. weird..

Np , you can pm me if you need any help
I think this is the best MM ROM I've used so far. Its near perfect. Just a few things though:
1. It would be great if the CM Terminal was used
2. I can't map the capacitive keys. I'm getting used to it though. Its really awkward for left handed use though
Thabkd for the ROM. Now all we need is MultiROM so that I can seamlessly run this and Sailfish haha

HTC REMIX Ver 3.5

Greetings to all proud owners of Redmi 2/Redmi 2 prime
HTC REMIX based upon Android Marshmallow SDK 23
This project has already evolved to 4th stage
Phase 1 started as just a way to spice the pure Aosp experience with htc apps and caf asop was used
after the huge response from phase 1 ,goals slightly changed
Phase 2 was released on 30-jan-2016 this was mostly bug fixes of 1st release and the goal changed to making it best looking marshmallow rom
but both phase 1 and 2 lacked customization as in cm
Phase 3 or what i like to call version 3 released on 21-Feb-2016 Remix v3 is finally what i always wanted it to be,V3 is created with the motive of providing a complete package to the users with latest android version, smooth and lag-free performance combined with Good battery backup and ofcourse stable experience with HTC magic also making it the best looking marshmallow rom available for Redmi
Phase 4The latest version of Htc Remix is 3.5,many of you have might already used it in beta version as it was uploded long ago but now the Beta Bugs are fixed now and am releasing it as stable

I write this with sailfish os, and as I tested, its a smooth rom, but I don't know, how I can install apks, because it's failing. So I think it's not supported. There are not much apps preinstalled so you can not use this app as an daily driver but I know, it's an alpha
Thanks, @taaeem

Thanks taaeem for the hard work. I've been a baker for the Jolla Phone but screen was so poor than I didn't keep it.
But SailfishOS is a very good OS and I hope it will not be dropped off by Jolla.
So, seeing this awesome OS on the good OnePlus X is a very good news
Thanks bro for alpha release... Rom is very smooth. However, there are not much apps installed on the system.
Tried installing apps from the instructions and successfully installed ware house app. From ware house I have installed music player and files apps, but unable to install whatsapp, skype, FB messenger. After installation, the default apps terminal, settings and some more disappeared and unable to find what happened on the system. But Thanks bro....
Hoping for the future releases.

WHOA, are you just going to drop this rom just like that? you are awesome, downloading now. I am on N910V, the bootloader and modem is for N910F, I don't suppose you want me to flash N910FXXS1DQFA bootloader and modem on N910V? right?
@psycho_13 Hmm, 30mins booting and not going no where, phoine is hot, I have the N910V, I did not flash the mentioned bootloader and modem, using latest vzw 6.0.1 bootloader and modem instead, trying to get an answer if I need to flash N910FXXS1DQFA on N910V.
Some pics ? Thx

DO NOT flash the bootloader and modem for another device on your Verizon phone. You most likely need a compatible kernel to work with the ROM, which is why it won't boot up. Do a search for @kevintm78 and his Flashpoint Kernel for ports. That should point you in the right direction. I have yet to try it myself, but will be doing so over the weekend.
Update: Well I'm a flashing fool for a new N7 port. I tried it this morning rather than waiting. I installed the new Kernel, but after a 30 minute boot, it was stuck and extremely hot. I've pulled the battery and letting it boot up again, however I don't think it's going to go. The ROM doesn't appear to like the Verizon hardware. Even after 10 minutes in the freezer, it's still stuck. This ROM doesn't appear to be for us Verizon users.
i flash the bootloader and modem but not booting
it doesn't boot up on n910f ..
The same here, on 910f it doesn't boot.
Thanks for the Rom Sir, used to run your previous romms..will check this one out.

No boot for 910T.
Sent from my SM-N910T using XDA-Developers Legacy app
Tried running this ROM with other outdated kernels in the VZW forums yesterday and none work, didn't expect them to, but worth a shot. @kevintm78 released flashpoint v2 kernel for N7 port lastnight , have not tried that one yet to run this N7 Port, will give it a shot when i get home tonight. I am running 6.0.1 Modest X with Flaspoint v2 Kernel and it is a rocket, love it.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/no...nt/kernel-modest-kernel-6-0-1-passes-t3587488
Update: No Go for using flaspoint v2 N7 port kernel, still no boot for n910v. ugh, back to modest X Rom, hoping the @psycho_13 can update us on these no boot issues.
Did you guys followed the flash instructions exactly?
Doesn't work on w8 either.

The flash instructions state to flash the listed bootloader, but the bootloader is for n910F, Rom also supports N910V, but what do I flash for N910V to make this rom work?
N910F users also reported that the bootloader listed, does not boot.
Thread cleaned.
There is no need for name-calling and disrespect.
@ [OP] If the rom isn't booting, it might be a good idea to close the thread until fixed, or at least post a warning not to flash until you have fixed it. Please report this post if you want to temporarily close it.

B-Dog ROM v7 Rivisited <--- this is the link ... and it's been fixed.
Even though there is no fanfare for the updated fix, I just downloaded the fixed version and it DOES boot with a proper kernel. On my VZW device, I did not get data, but the Aurora Datafix v5 got me connected. Nice looking ROM. I probably need a different data fix because it's stuck at 3G, not 4G.
