Please help me fix it or suggest me a ROM - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
My friend sold a TeXet 9768HD to a someone.
Now the customer returned it with a wired problem.
When the tablet boots up and loads OS (Jellybean.rus.texet 4.2.2), "unfortunately fingerprint unlock has stopped working". It show this error nonstop, every time i click on "OK" it comes back in a blink, with lots of pain! i went to Settings then Apps and saw this "FingerPrint Unlock" there, But like system apps it doesn't have "Remove/Uninstall" option. I can't install anything on it, because this error message is on the screen all the time.
So i tried to use both "Force Stop" and "Disable" options, but regardless of that the error still comes up.
I've no idea what to do. My friend asked me to flash it, but since (obviously) TeXet no longer is active, there's no support.
"Wipe/factory reset" and "Clear cache" in recovery didn't solve the problem too.
When i pluged it to PC, it can't be recognized. But after installing "Rockchip Tool" not Flashing tools seems to show it.
Now the question is:
1st What is that problem and is there any way to solve it without flashing?
2nd if not what ROM would you suggest me to flash on it?
Thanks

No Solutions have workd yet: unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped

I hope this is the best place to post this. If not, I am very sorry. I have found a few posts with same message BUT all of them I found were when this happens after installing a rom or updating, etc...
I have a Virgin s2. I just have original stock rom, Ive done nothing at all to it. I changed out my batteries, turned it on, then after it got loaded I got a popup saying "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped"! I restarted then as soon as i tried to do something, i received it again. I restarted again & didnt get message til I had opened google & was waiting for search results to come up when I got message saying something about couldnt find a mobile network (or something like that), then got the "unfortunately the process....." popup. It started popping up over & over, including when I got a phone call (which made it impossible to answer, however I was able to call them back okay). I have already tried:
taking out the sdcard;
booting into recovery then wiping the cache partition;
booting into safe mode.
The popup &problem still continued. Oddly, after my husband ran "CM Security" though it found no problems, it was a little bit before it did it again and even now it doesnt popup quite as often as it had been but it still is enough to probably make the day at work very aggravating lol.
Please say theres still some hope! I'm not able to buy another phone right now. I am capable of doing anything possible to save it if you just tell me what would be best to do. I saw somewhere when I searched Google say that installing a custom recovery would probably fix it. If so, please point me to where I can find all the necessary things &instructions I need. Or if it would be better to do a factory reset, please tell me how to do it on this phone (or if I just need to go to recovery & simply do it).
ALSO I do have an identical s2 except it is Sprint & I havent came across a detailed guide for flashing the s2 from Sprint to Virgin that doesnt require the newest paid version of cdma workship, which i cannot currently afford.
Thank you for your time & assistance.
FIXED (at least so far)!
SOLVED!!! (I hope:fingers-crossed
Went ahead & just backed up contacts to sd card, then did a Reset through Recovery. So far no "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" message. :highfive:

Great to hear you fixed (or partially fixed) your problem. The problem with updating stock roms using OTA or kies is that sometimes a factory reset or clearing the cache is required to remove some left over apps or unneeded files that might potentially make your phone give errors (like the ones you were experiencing). It is highly unlikely it is a software issue, unless it was a dodgy download, moreover unfinished file deletion or unneeded files would have caused this to happen.

[Lenovo A808T] Security problem, and ROM Problem

Hello, immediately sorry for my english I hope you understand me
Well... When I wanted to upload ROM into my Lenovo ive loaded TWRP, displays the recovery. After removing wipe, date, it turned out that I can not upload MIUI rom V6. So I reset the phone, switched to the main screen without a problem. Now, however, he does not see the recovery. When I click "update recovery" in the MTK Tools and click on to recovery, the phone resets twice and returns to the main screen. This is the first problem. The second problem is that when I made the root my phone and removed some applications the system appears in the bottom corner, "security problem" and pops up all the time to install Antivirus advertising. I'd most like to upload ROM if someone could help me I was grateful. Regards.

Force-stopping, disabling and even factory reset failed to stop recurring app crash

Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 Encryption Unsuccessful

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
My device is Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 (MT6589)
So here's my story:
I was texting while a message saying "Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped". I rebooted my device and what greeted me is a long message about Encryption Unsuccessful and a button for resetting my phone. I've never enabled encryption on my device. I tried tapping the button but nothing happens. I booted into recovery mode to factory reset but when I try, an error saying "Mount /data error" is all I get.
I tried searching online for a possible fix but I couldn't find anything! I'm trying to flash the stock rom on my device (I was running on stock rom when this happened. Yes, I'm rooted) but the pc doesn't seem to recognize my phone. I have a preload driver but it still won't recognize my device!
It still boots up until the encryption unsuccessful message and it still charges.
At this point, I'm already pretty desperate. :crying: I hope anyone could help or give suggestions! Oh, and if anyone could give me an idea on how could this have had happen to my device it would be very helpful. (I might have deleted some files on the internal storage and might be the cause but I did that maybe 3-4 days after this happened.)
Thanks!

Install Custom Rom with SP Flash tool.

Hi,
So here's my problem. (Sorry, it's a long story)
I purchased a phone from a french company ("Archos") three months ago. The Android phone was working fine until lately when I've been getting random freezes. When I would scroll on an app (Twitter's Feed, Reddit Homepage), the phone would freeze. The only way to solve this problem was by rebooting entirely the phone. Sometimes, the phone would also freeze at random moments (on the Lock Screen, the Homepage, etc...) with the only issue being to restart the phone.
I tried to factory reset the phone but it kept on freezing, even freezing on the first page of the Android Setup Wizard (The one with the "Welcome" label and the "Get Started" button) preventing me from touching the "Get Started" button. After multiple reboots and factory resets the phone was still freezing randomnly.
One thing to know is that the phone was apparently running Cyanogenmod since it's primary launcher was Trebuchet. So, I tried to install a stock copy of Android Nougat (7.0) hoping it would fix the problem. The thing is, there's no TWRP image available for my device (Archos Sense 55S). Instead, I used an tool name "SP Flash Tool" to flash directly a copy of Android onto my phone (I managed to find one online).
But the problem did not get solved. Now, it's worse. Before, even though the phone kept on freezing on the first page of the Android Setup Wizard, 1/12 of the time, it would let me touch the "Get Started" button and proceed with the rest. Now, it won't let me touch the button at all, it seems like the application is not receiving any input at all. I know the screen isn't broken because the "Enter SIM Card password" prompt works perfectly fine and when I want to turn off the phone, I can easily select "Power Off", "Reboot", confirms "OK" on the "The Phone will restart" dialog box, adjust the volume levels, the screens responds! But on the Android Setup Wizard: nothing's happening.
I am desperate. It feels like I have tried everything. I cannot install anything else (through ADB & Fastboot) since I can't unlock the bootloader because I can't allow OEM and/or USB debugging (I can't access the settings without completing the Android Setup Wizard). My question is there a way to install a custom rom with SP Flash tool? If so, is it recommend? Won't that brick the phone? Or is it too late now, and it's over?
Thank you for your time.
