After KingRoot you should install the XZDR (use the rooted with SuperSU method)
Now that you have a working recovery and root, UNINSTALL KING ROOT
Reboot to recovery and install SuperSU, restart and open SuperSU. If it says something about updatng the binaries follow the instructions. Alternatively you can reinstall the same installer .zip

Im new to all this so forgive me if i ask for some explanation
1- what is the xzdr
2- if i uninstall kingroot the device will be unrooted
3- how ti reboot in recovery

XZDR is Xperia Z Dual Recovery, its basically Philz recovery and TWRP recovery flashed together. You enter philz holding vol up and twrp holding vol down when powering up your xperia. Search for NUT dual recovery install instructions.
King root app is basically chinese super su. So you dont need super su per se. Now install XZDR while you only have Kingroot, no need for super su me. Then when you have twrp you can unroot and install super su by flashing it from TWRP.

i downloaded XZRecovery-1.0.apk
and try to install recovery after i rooted with kingroot
but i get this error Remount system failed

Download the recovery from here:
http://nut.xperia-files.com/path/XZDualRecovery
Download the zip to your PC (or a computer), and run the install.bat if you're on a Win PC. Ofcourse connect your phone via USB beforehand and enable USB debugging on your xperia. It will flash the recovery automatically after you grant permissions on your phone, just follow the onscreen instructions.

Yes, just choose the first option, type 1 and follow the instructions, keep an eye on your phone, it will pop up a couple of yes - no dialogs. Allow the access and ADB access and wait, it will be fast. When you reboot you will see a green LES light up, this is when you hold up or down for the recovery.

Download superSU from here:
https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/
When you boot to recovery for the first time just reboot to system to let it clean up install files. Then unroot your phone trough Kingroot app (general settings) and then reboot to recovery again and flash the file from this link, you will get super su app and super su binaries and this way you're fully rooted and will have dual recovery for flshing whatever you want.

thanks a lot
i did it
thanks for all your effort and support

Yes it does
Edit: I can't update SU binary with Supersu. :/
It not works with the 2.254 firmware and it gives you phone restarts when try to do any root thing for example delete a system file.
SuperSu does not work either. I can update the binary but gives you unlimited phone restarts right after boot. So bootloop.
I deleted it in safe mode.
Waiting for the new version. :\
I have now installed supersu and updated binairy.
also i have tried superuser from chainsdd ant had no bootloop anymore but lost root when removing the chinese version.
how do i delete the chinese superuser app without losing root?
EDIT:
Somehow i managed to root my phone while the chinese superuser was removed and it didn't come back after root using Vroot
so now i am using supersu and it's working perfect.
EDIT:
Phone force reboot when removing system app or changing /system to r/w.

Kernel ROOT in 5.1.1 - Selinux Permissive - FOR N910F

THIS kernel is for N910F
here's a kernel, compiled from N910F sources XXU1COI3, with XXU1COI3 Ramdisk
It has a single modification, in order to boot the 910F with root, in new firmware 5.1.1.
Everything else is a stock kernel.
Fixed the warning "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" on boot
my advice is, flash this kernel, and next, root your phone with your preferred method

The auto root option doesn`t work on 5.1.1
Best thing to do seems to be flashing latest TWRP, flash the kernel within TWRP and use the root option that TWRP offers.

Hello,
First enable Developer options by touching many times on build number..
Secondly enable 'Enable OEM unlock' option under Developer options, otherwise you can't unlock bootloader..
Unlock your bootloader following official way to unlock it..
Then Flash TWRP via Fastboot.. You can find latest TWRP recovery on forum..
Download SuperSU from it's own website and put it on your microsd card..
Enter Recovery and install SuperSU update zip..
You will have rooted M4 Aqua..

How to root the Homtom HT16

Hi there,
I recently got the Homtom HT16 for just 50 bucks. I've always rooted my phones with a one-click rooting app(kingoroot etc.), but it seems not to work. I did some reading and saw you need TWRP to root the device. Now there is no TWRP for the device, saw on xda there was for the HOMTOM HT7.
Anyone knows if I can use the TWRP for the HT7 or is there any other way to root my phone?
Sorry for late response. On Russian forum you may find way to install recovery with Flash tool, however that didn't worked for me. Their TWRP recovery is useful for rooting. This is 100% tested, I own HOMTOM HT 16.
1. Install adb-setup-1.4.3 to enable adb, fastboot and Google USB driver on computer..
https://www.dropbox.com/s/wvsyab1iakpsswu/adb-setup-1.4.3.exe?dl=0
2.Settings-Developer optons Enable USB Debugging and Allow OEM unlocking
3.Put on sd card SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115 (this version worked for me).
https://www.dropbox.com/s/84xm1m7rxerg6kt/SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115.zip?dl=0
4. Turn off the phone, press Power and Volume up. You'll see new menu. Move with Volume up, choose Fastboot and press Volume down. Connect computer and phone with USB cable.
5. Find the directory where adb and fastboot are installed and position itself there . Hold Shift, right-click and choose Open command window here. ( If you are not the administrator, Windows 10 Start, Command Prompt (Admin) and position yourself in directory where fastboot is installed with cd command).
Copy TWRP recovery (recovery.img) in that folder.
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/t26oax8n96izp60/AACq00Cgo1iMFOWPAT8leRXZa?dl=0
5.Type and execute commands:
fastboot devices (check if device if recognized, you'll see the serial number)
fastboot oem unlock (press Volume up to unlock bootloader)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (install new recovery on phone)
6.Pull out battery, push it back . Hold Power and Volume up. You'll see new menu. Move with Volume up, select Recovery and press Volume down.
7. Don't make attention to blinking and bad performance of Recovery. Select Install, find SuperSu on sd card and install. If everything is ok, you will see notification that superuser is successfully installed.
8. Reboot phone and check with Root checker application root rights.
(optional) If you need restore factory recovery and remove Superuser, to keep warranty valid.

Hi, for me the SuperSU from holocen (see above):
togeter with the TWRP image, flashtools v5 and the description from needrom worked for me (not every emailprovider can be used to create an account):
needrom.com/download/homtom-ht16-4/
Greetings Rikski
Solution found in here!!
Use TWRP for cyanogen after installing it with sp tools v5.
Put SuperSU v2.82 or above in the phone or sd memory card go to custom recovery and install the SuperSU v2.82.zip file. Reboot and that's it. It works like a charm. :good:
7. Don't make attention to blinking and bad performance of Recovery. Select Install, find SuperSu on sd card and install. If everything is ok, you will see notification that superuser is successfully installed.
How long does blinking take usually? It blinks all the time, I can't select Install ?!
This phone has now nearly 30 ROMs on needrom.com
Plus a non blinking custom TWRP recovery, go check it out:
needrom.com->Doogee->Homtom->ht16
I tryed to follow the guide of holocen (also used much of external information) but right now i'm stuck in a bootloop.
First of all i needed hours of reading and troubleshooting to get my adb "cmd" working proberly with the "bootloader mode" (cause of a driver problem).
After i was successful ("fastboot devices. fastboot oem bootloader) , i tryed serveral twrp recovery *.img's (officials first, holocen's later on), but i can't get the ht16 out of bootloop. Recovery flashing seems to be successfull though.
If i try "volume up + power" and start up the recovery manually, i got the twrp splashscreen, followed by a huge chunk of red "unable to mount xyz..." with a following bootloop (there are only seconds to see whats happening, an then the "HomTom" splashscreen reappears). I tryed "fastboot erase userdata" with no help. Was insecure about the "fastboot erase system" command though.
Maybe some of you guys are eager to help. I really tryed to read up as much information i could about this topic. I thank you in advance.
Target was to root the phone and to install some kind of lightwight custom rom (just to get rid of those frikk'n "trojans, bloatware-viruses, marketing horrors" which are messing with the stock rom. Hopefully everybodys know right now what i'm talking about).
I try to respond quickly, but i can't garuentee.
Thank you very much for reading.

Fixed problem of not working touch!
Thanks to the efforts of mauronofrio , yuri-2016 and and my humble contribution, the TWRP 3.3.1 was made from scratch and a new method of Root was tested.
This is a universal method that will fit all modifications of Motorola One Zoom.
READ OBLIGATORY !!!
Warning! You are responsible for your own actions with the phone.
100% guaranteed operation of this method is tested on clean firmware installed in standard way via fastboot (system in Slot A).
The phone should have USB debugging enabled and bootloader unlocked!
All your user data will be deleted during TWRP installation process!
Instructions
1. Download the following files:
- Download current version of twrp-3.3.1-6-parker-mauronofrio.img (copy to C:\adb\ folder) and archive twrp-3.3.1-6-parker-installer-mauronofrio.zip (copy to external SD Card) ;
- archive for Magisk installation (copy to external SD Card) https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk (latest version for today Magisk v20.4);
- archive to disable dm-verity and forceencrypt Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt (copy to external SD Card) https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/universal-dm-verity-forceencrypt-t3817389 (latest version for today Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_03.04.2020 https://zackptg5.com/downloads/Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_03.04.2020.zip );
2. Boot the phone in fastboot mode, connect it to a PC and perform the following commands:
Code:
fastboot boot C:\adb\twrp-3.3.1-6-parker-mauronofrio.img
3. After rebooting in the TWRP give permission by doing Swipe to Allow Modifications.
4. Go to the "Install" section. Click on "Select Storage" button, select Micro SD card, OK. Choose twrp-3.3.1-6-parker-installer-mauronofrio.zip and "Swipe to confirm Flash".
5. Go to "Wipe" section and press "Format data" for decryption. Type "Yes" on request. Go to the TWRP Main Menu and reboot again in the Recovery. Give permission by doing Swipe to Allow Modifications.
6. Go to the "Install" section. Click on "Select Storage" button, select Micro SD card, OK. Choose and install sequentially: archive for installation Magisk, archive Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt.
7. Reboot into the System.
8. Fully go through the initial settings, enable Developer Mode and USB debugging.
9. Reboot into the bootloader and again in TWRP.
10. Make settings TWRP - adjust time, a time zone, brightness of the display, language.
11. Reboot into the system.
Congratulation! Your device now has a TWRP and Root!
Attention, it's important! If you have problems with a broken WiFi and mobile network after install TWRP, install directly in TWRP boot.img the same stock firmware version that is currently installed on phone and then install TWRP-installer.

did you got it to work again? I got the exact same problem
Just bought a US version XT2010-1. Stock ROM Android 9 with newest security updates (just downloaded all of them). Build PPHS29.59-49-8. I unlocked the bootloader already
Can anyone confirm this process works and all phone functions will work (cell and WiFi) if I follow all the instructions as written?
To clarify, this is a brand new phone with stock firmware. The only changes I made were updating security patches and unlocking the bootloader. Haven't even set up Google account on phone yet.
Thanks

Did you get your phone to work with this method? I have a brand new phone want to root it but don't want to F it up.
If you have problems with WiFi and mobile network after downloading to TWRP, install boot.img of stock firmware and then install TWRP-installer.
But there shouldn't actually be any such problems.
TWRP should fit all models.
TWRP isn't installed, it's loaded.

Thanks. I'm going to give it a shot.
Sort of a noob. I've rooted 2 phones before but used a pre-made script on one and used TWRP on my Moto G4 with a custom ROM.
Where do I get stock boot.img if I need i?. I saw multiple posts on different forums about "extract the boot.img" but I don't know where to extract it from. Sorry to bother you. Thanks for your work on this.

From the archive of the stock firmware. The same firmware version that is currently installed on your phone.
Worked!
Followed all the instructions as written and BAM! I have TWRP recovery and rooted phone.
You da man. Thanks!!!
Finally the TWRP website has an official Recovery Page for Motorola One Zoom! https://twrp.me/motorola/motorolaonezoom.html
Hopefully soon we will see TWRP itself.
There is an official TWRP !!!
