Anyone accidentally scratched a Moto 360 2nd edition (2015) gold bezel or case? - Moto 360 2015

I would like to know, if the gold bezel or case are scratched, will the scratch show silver colored metal or is it gold all the way through? With some wearables, the outside color is just painted or a top coating, that shows a different color metal when scratched. Does anyone know the situation with the Moto 360 2nd Gen gold bezel and casing?

BEST/CHEAPEST Screen protector film ever? $1.50 for 2! =O

Daiso stores in the USA and Japan sell the KO-11-P10/D-139 No. 31 LCD Protection Film A4 size for $1.50. Cut it yourself and you can make 2 screen protectors. Applies very easily, sticks perfectly, no bubbling at all, barely a color or tint shift, and thin. (Just don't crease it or you'll get a bubble after applying. Use removable Scotch tape to take off a dust particle on your screen if it lands as you're applying. Make sure the screen is perfectly clean beforehand - use removable Scotch tape across the entire screen after it's been microfiber wiped.)
It's glossy, not matte, but it's much like the original screen - doesn't turn it into a mirror, and the Nook still looks great indoors and out.
Rocks on my new Nook Tablet 8GB here! Been using it two weeks and it's already saved my screen from scratches! Definitely nothing about it that distracts from the touch or viewing experience thus far, and my Highly Recommended screen protector for the Nook (Price doesn't hurt either).

Are the sides of the black XZU aluminium?

As the title asks...
I know it's definitely aluminium with the white variant, just want to confirm it's the same with the black
Its not all aluminum BTW. At first I thought so too until my 1year old son dropped my phone and it got a scuff on the top corner. I can now see that its painted. The left and right sides are aluminum but the top and bottom bezel is PC plastic, something that is rarely ever mentioned. And I assume the black version is the same only it will be less obvious because the plastic underneath would also be black.

Ah that's interesting to know, thanks.
Anyone have a black one can confirm that both the sides are aluminium and not just painted plastic?
theyre painted plastic with some aluminum panels on the side probably for the antennas.
you can tell which panels are aluminum or plastic by the lighting and reflection the panels give off.
i have a white one and noticed it a while back, i think the frame inside is aluminum though.
The Google Play description for the device says it's made of glass fibre polyamide, not metal.

Does the rose gold casing look and feel like it easily chips? And glass type?

With some Android Wear watches, if hit against a wall, the casing may lose paint or chip. Which does not look nice. Is the Fossil Q rose gold casing paint or is the metal that color all the way through? If hit to chip, would the ding show due to discoloration underneath?
And what type of glass is on the watch face?
I found the glass is Gorilla Glass 3.

Is there any way to remove scratch from the silver chamfer bezel?

Hi guys, as the title say, is there any way to remove scratch from the silver chamfer bezel on moto 360v2? I got a deep scratch on it, luckily screen was saved. I've seen a video that someone removed scratches from his apple watch with this polish:

Example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8lFeEICfkU
I'm wonder is it work on moto 360 v2's bezel too or is there any other way?

Catman Gold Oneplus 5 laser plating soft ultra thin back cover case

Catman Gold trim transparent case
Ordered on Jun 20th, shipped Jun 21st and delivered on Jul 11th
I was looking for a cheap transparent bumper protective case. I liked the idea that this case had a gold trim that would standout with most skins or the naked midnight black phone itself. I was suspicious that the gold trim would not look nearly as shiny metallic as in their advert pictures but I was dead wrong. Only time will tell if the gold trim cracks or peels. During my initial inspection it doesn't look like there is any way the gold can peal as it's completely embedded into the plastic.
The case was applied over a dBrand Mahogany skin but I suspect it would look even better with the midnight black naked OP5 or any black skin as it would help make the gold trim stand out even more. As can be seen in the attached pictures only the power and volume rocker buttons are covered by the case. That is where the case is thinnest and may wear out over time.
There appears to be plenty of room for the Orzly tempered glass screen protector that I've ordered as the lip of the case doesn't cover the 3D curved screen edge or the OnePlus factory applied screen protector. I'll add a comment about the Orzly tpsp when it's delivered. In general the cover is thin so hardly adds any bulk to the phone unlike the usual bumper cases I've used. In fact it looks so good I'm going to leave it on all the time, rather than just occasionally as I'd originally planned. Only time will tell if that will change.
The case doesn't interfere with any of the bottom ports (speaker, charger, headphone jack ... etc). The cover is every so slightly skewed around the back camera and flash holes but is only noticeable on close inspection rather than being an obstruction. The covers on the power and volume rockers are pleasantly non-intrusive. That is compared to my much more expensive Spigen bumper case on my previous phone.
This case also included a plastic screen protector that is tinted blue I assume to be anti-glare. I'll not be using that screen protector in lieu of the Orzly tpsp.

Wouldn't the transparent part of the case yellow over time?
I don't know, only time will tell. Any way it's only $8 USD so no big loss. Have you had yellowing with a clear case before?
looks cool,
i ordered the black version. should arive soon
