based on CM or Stock ?

@GnehWnos just choose the first Suggestion at aroma ,it is stock 5.0.2 based

I installed the rom and I have f2fs cache.
After rom installation i rebooted to recovery to install dorimanx kernel. unfortunately twrp doesn't load. I only see the twrp logo and then my phone reboots.
The rom stucks at a screen "encryption" or something. What can I do?

@Alex93917 it is stock based 5.0.2 see original thread

@lollipo I think your data was encrypted back to stock tot

Can please someone upload somewhere?
The download is totally slow.

Too much bloatware.

This ROM will reflash BOOT,RECOVERY....etc.
You must first replace zen-recovery.img within the ZIP archive, or flash the newest RECOVERY again. Otherwise the RECOVERY is downgraded and can not be accessed.
Installed in all ext4 format, and then backup and restore converted to F2FS(data,cache). Flash Dorimanx 12.0 Kernel is working very good and fast.
Unfortunately, many Xperia APP can't use.

All these roms existed back on 4.1.2...They were based on a 4.3 kernel..Now that we have a 4.3 kernel we don't need to change kernel so anyone can rebuild the roms based on the stock kernel.Unlocking the bootloader enables you to change kernels but now we have a 4.3 rom and if we rebuild it based on a 4.3 stock kernel there is no need of having unlocked bootloader.... KitKat roms require a change of kernel(4.4 kernel) which you can't change unless you have unlocked bootloader
Woooot.
And another one! ^^
TBH, the only one that's missing me is slim.... ^^

Thanks very much, can you make a function to lock apps? xD if not please
try to made a kernel to 4.4.2 for locked bootloader if possible?
You are awesome!

I LOVE U
Well, KitKat is totally possible on locked BL. We don't need to change kernels for it, we "just" need to compile a module for every change in the kk kernel, and then insmod the modules before hijacking ramdisk. So, it's possible, but really time-consuming.
The best solution is to get kexec working on locked BL's.
There's a thread on xda about it, where delewer, dh.harald and others tried to make it work. Maybe you, @bagyusz, should try? You showed us that you have great skills.
And, just to clarify, with kexec we will be prepared for Android 4.5, 4.6... and we won't need to make separate ROMs for locked and unlocked BLs. Also, MultiROM solutions would be possible.
Complete freedom and equality!
Sorry for my English!

[TOOL] FIRMWARE BASE SWITCHER for A6000 PLUS

Its really annoying and time consuming when we have to flash KITKAT ROM over LOLLIPOP / MARSHMALLOW / NOUGAT or vice versa. Some time ago, another xda member @rahulsnair, made the small sized (~1MB) zips, after flashing which you can directly flash L/M/N ROMs over KK or KK ROMs over L/M/N. What these ZiPs contained were essentially the updated modem files from the different firmwares. Unfortunately that was for A6000 1GB RAM version only. So, I replaced the files in that zip and modified it for A6000 plus. Using these would save you from the trouble of downloading over 1GB of stock ROM and flashing it first and ofcourse will save your precious time too.
All the credits goes to @rahulsnair only. I just replaced the files.
●●●HOW TO USE●●●
1) First boot into TWRP or any other recovery you have and wipe system, data, cache, dalvik.
2) Now flash the required zip. (e.g. if you want to move from Kitkat to Lollipop or Marshmallow or Nougat, flash KK2L zip)
3) Then flash the ROM you wanted.

Well, technically, the L2KK zip should work for you. First wipe system, data, dalvik, cache and then flash this zip. Later, you can flash the KK ROM.
Are you talking about stock lollipop to kitkat or cyanogen mod. Coz there is a cm file inside that zip

Yeah....that made me think too....its weird right..!!??
But, the same has earlier worked for Lenovo A6000 (check the tagged post in OP). So, I just replaced the .mbn files (of which I have no idea what they are for) with the ones from Lenovo A6000 plus. So, it should work for A6000 plus users. But, since I didn't tried that on my own, so I'm not 100% sure. Well, I'll really appreciate if you'll provide a feedback later.
And, "L" here represents all the Lollipop based ROMs (and Marshmallow too), MIUI, CM, MOKEE and others; and not just stock Lollipop.
Waiting for your feedback...

I've personally checked both the L2KK and KK2L zips. Both of them works.
Steps to How To Use:-
1) First wipe cache, dalvik, data, system and then flash the L2KK zip.
2) Then reboot to recovery again.
3) Now again wipe the cache, dalvik, data, system
4) Now, flash the KitKat based ROM zip of your choice.

Yeah you can flash any kitkat based rom (stock too) after that.
But, to flash stock, you don't actually need to flash this L2KK zip. The files in the zip are actually taken from the stock ROM only.
So, you should directly flash the stock KitKat without flashing this mod.

Hey guys,
I've been reading on forums (reading comments here and there) and getting some infos, that I need to flash a custom boot.img and xposed apk for xPosed to work on Honor 7.
Can someone get me the exact info and links where I can get the files? I've read that with Honor 7 we can get bootloop, is it fixed yet?
Also, why is the custom boot.img needed for this?
I currently have Stock ROM B380 (Android 6.0, EMUI 4) with Root and TWRP.

With stock firmware you will face problems. I have tried everything to make it work including custom boot and Xposed, supersu and systemless Xposed, magisk and Xposed and other stuff. It always has some problem.
Only solution as stated by @DigiGoon in his modded rom thread and verified by @HonorCasper is to use Pure Rom by DogiGoon. (I only came across this solution, may be there are others)

Nope, you can dirty flash it over your existing firmware, remember to choose DigiKernel over stock kernel as that is the main thing.

Custom boot.img like the one in DigiKernel, is patched for rooting and Xposed framework, in short it is made unsecure to get to work with SuperSU flashable zip, unlike the stock boot.img, so it is required to use the patched boot.img, you can also use patched stock's boot.img.

Thank you for the replies. So I gotta use patched boot.img, alright.
What do I need to flash first? Modded rom or custom boot?
1) I still get official OTA updates with modded rom? (I know if I got TWRP, I gotta flash stock recovery to install updates. is it the same with custom rom?)
2) Do I need to re-flash again SuperSU after flashing yhe new rom, or does that rom come with SU by default?
Thank you both

Rom Miui8 All variants (tested on G2-D802)

Hi, I found Miui8 for G2 it's from XDAVN I think. I have tested on my G2-D802 it's ok but I have not check everything just overall it's working. It's from this youtube link, credit go to them and the original developer of the rom:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTrYVpSQdG4
Instruction to install use TWRP to flash, note this is test for G2-D802, other variants may need different KK Bootloader/modem/kernel. Flash it at your own risk, make sure to backup your current rom/system.
How to flash:
Flash rom + kkbootlader + lambdakernel + supersu + modem (for sound):
Miui 8 ROM;

KK Bootloader; for D802, other variants may need its own Bootloader;

Lambda Kernel; for D802, other variants may need its own kernel for it to work.

Dear Moon,
May you share us the status of the Battery? Is there any Battery drain in this ROM?!!
Thanks.
Xposed working?
Wysłane z mojego LG-D802 przy użyciu Tapatalka
vs980 variant extracts ls980 variant patch (you can see it in the installer), just delete the ls980 folder in variant>ls980, rename vs980 to ls980 and flash lambda kernel.
This rom is beautiful and butter smooth. outstanding. just beautiful.
flash miui 8 on ls980. so far the rom is perfect for daily use. the two bug i notice is
1- the wallpaper crousal is still missing.
2- Pattern lock and Applock is not working.
I hope developer will solve out this issue .
worked fine on LG G2 VS980..
here is the link to learn HOW TO PORT MIUI TO ANY DEVICE http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/guide-build-port-miui-rom-to-device-t3250984

you don't have any issue like pattern lock???
From my experience Miui8 is very efficient for battery life. I mean it's quite good I ran it for my Htc M8 battery is excellent and this one G2 should be not far off but my G2 is almost 3 years old. May be others can check it if anyone have doubt on that matter.
Whay kernel lambda is nugat, i tought it is mm rom ??
instaled with nugat kernel strange, on question how to properly root this rom, without secure boot error ?

The kernel from the link provided is work for the rom. For root/install Supersu I use method from the link below it works:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/bump-supersu-t3273251
No boot error for me, when install Supersu flash script first then Supersu as from the link, I use supersu v2.76 it's ok.
Be very careful with this rom, after I flashed SU, I got bootlock.

i flashed the https://mega.nz/#!ppZUjBga!7B_mNsIlz...4YPsxokYKv7BoA which mentioned in KK Miui thread before SU. It worked.
Flashed: rom + kernel + bootloader + SU fix + SU + modem. It booted on d802. Before miui8 i was on cm14.1. Only GPS is not accurate.
For those above download link for rom isn't working try this one

[ROM] [f320] [7.1] ** Nougat ROMs for Korean LG G2 F320

For once, a F320-only Rom thread.
I bet you did not expect that, huh?
Brought to you from depths of the somewhat isolated Korean Android scene, two Nougat ROMs for Lg G2 f320 (L, S, K)
Pick the Nougat d802 rom you want:
AICP
crDroid
Resurrection Remix (or search for latest links here)
AospExtended
How to flash:
Full Wipe
Flash selected ROM
Flash f320 kernel: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/kernel-lambda-kernel-t3270424

Flash Gapps: http://opengapps.org/
Test and report back here with feedback to inform others what works and what doesn't work on the ROM you chose.
Potential bugs:

If it helped you click "Thanks" or "Donate me".

Full Wipe
Flash G2 Hybrid Bootstacks
Flash ROM cm-14.1-20161102-UNOFFICIAL-f320.zip
Flash Gapps OpenGapps
Flash Kernel Lambda Infinito BETA 9 for the LG G2 (Nougat)
Wipe data and cache
Reboot to system & make other thing in setting (SDCard not working)
Reboot to TWRP
Flash POLYMORPH to make SDCard working
Reboot to System
Done.
Bugs:
?
CM 13 with Lambda Infinito BETA 10 i got 49k antutu score. But CM14.1 with Lambda Infinito BETA 9 got around 41k antutu score.
Sorry for bad english.
Can't download from kimcloud
I am having a problem which I did not have before.
I used ROMs from the first post to flash my f320 and they worked fine.
However, now every time I flash ANY 7.1 rom, regardless of the procedure, I end up with rom booting, asking for WiFi password, then throwing out an error of Google Play Services and going back to WiFi selection screen. There is no way of getting past it.
I tried wiping cache and data, I tried flashing stock KK rom form KDZ, then CAF bootstack, and flashing 7.1 again. I tried without changing original bootstack. I tried without flashing open gapps. I tried different kernels.
Nothing helps.
Every time the rom boots and gets stuck on this error.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong here?
