I recently purchased a screen and digitizer assembly its from a sm g928c, I have a sm g928v I just have to know if the charge port on sm g928c is compatible with sm g928v. I would appreciate any info.

The phones are physically the same, just the firmware is different.

my friend have a samsung s3 clone from korea...all function are 98% same with the original version of samsung s3...so i was wondering if a clone device can be rooted or not..

First of all, I want to apologize for my bad English...
I have an S3 with a broken screen. My phone gets on, make noises, but I have no picture.
My wife has an old S2, it is possible to connect my S3 motherboard to the display of the S2? The connectors look the same, but does it works?
I know that the resolutions of the S2 and S3 are different, but all I need to the is to make a backup. (USB port is also broken )

Pretty sure that would just fry the display of the s2, because it is different hardware than the s3.

Sorry I can not help you the way I had in mind.
With your original problem I would of sent you an old s3 complete screen assembly I have to either use to copy data or use permanently.
I swapped it out because of a bad glass replacement done by a local shop but it still works and functions...most of the time. Sometimes the touch doesn't work for a few seconds but the Netherlands is to far away.

I think this won't work pretty well. I know that it is the same type of display: Super AMOLED capacitive TOUCHSCREEN, 16M colors, but the site and resolution is different. And the next question is, if the connectors really fit in!
So the screen is shattered unresponsive I was going to order a new screen from Ebay...but I noticed some of them say *Important: This Assembly Won't work with Android 4.4!!* and the screen and digitizer are for the same model...is there a way i can check via usb on my computer to check my OS? thanks in advance everyone.

same i dont know what all the hate is about this phone mabye they probably got the really crappy pixi alcatels and said all alcatels and all mediatek chipsets are crap its so much better compared to my galaxy s4. It lagged on first boot but once i restarted it it worked fine

I asked a forum and they told me to ask someone with the same phone to dump the firmware with wwr so could you do it if it's a 5099y. Thanks as I just got this and I need to get it working

i got a new alcatel 3v but it would be useful if the whole firmware could be dumped then if a gsi flash messes up you could flash the stock firmware.

just bought one not bad for 99 euro the keyboard can lag though which is annoying i got the 3GB ram 32gb memory besides the lag on the keyboard its not a bad phone at all
