Hi everyone, got a message from update app, complete in chinese, can't read but symbol (icon) is from update app. If I start the app, it tells me only, I'm up to date. Anyone else got this message and knows what it is?
I'm on 14s original firmware...

Yes, had this for the second time Today. First one was a week ago. I think its just a bug. May be it Is just telling us
"Hey, I checked for updates But you are up to date!" once a week or so...
And since this message comes from the update app, it starts when you click it...
My theory...
If the message comes again, please send me a Screenshot. I will try to translate this.
Today I got another message from update app. Made a screenshot, may be one could translate it. I think it´s a hint for an update of a chinese tool "weibo" or so...

Since updating to 2.1 yesterday I regularly get "Unable to send message" when replying to text messages recieved, I have full signal and try over and over again and it still fails
Creating a new message seems to work but this is a real pain!
Anyone else have this happen? Any solutions?

Been getting these more frequent and I am on the official unbranded ROM.
Same thing with me after update to nordic. Hoping for a solution...

That refers to sending long text messages, not a problem replying to a message received.

I've just received a notification (I didn't catch the size) that seemed to come through Galaxy Apps.
It's description says 'enhanced features'.
What is it? There doesn't seem to be anything different after installing it.

I just received that today but unfortunately I touched the back button and the update was not installed, I can't replicate what I did to see the notification
It's to the edge contacts. You have a new option 'oncircle' for me is not working but it can be working for you guys ??? keep me update please

I got this update too, no idea what it's for. It's not for OnCircle. I've had the OnCircle option since updating to OI9, it must be for something else.
Like what the title says, I double click on the LG smartworld logo, it asked to update, during the update nothing is happening, just keeps updating.
Has anyone encounter this problem, I have the H961N, and it was preinstalled, during the update if you click on it, the app just goes away.

Whatever country I say I am it says it is not supported
I think there is something wrong with the app, after it goes away, I reinstall it, it updates and works once, the next time I use it again, it ask for a update, then disappears again.
too bad you can't access it, there is some pretty good, themes and wallpapers.

i had same problem, you have to force close and then reopen and it will update and work fine.. every update always like this for me.
Constantly buggy for me also
I updated to today's OTA and now I only get headlines in Google now.
When I swipe left I see all the articles with only the headline and a photo. No short summary.
The "more articles" section it's not affected.a refresh or system restart does not change
anything.

It seems I should refer to it as "Google feed" now. No-one else has this issue?
The S9+ is not rooted. Some things were removed after I bought it using ADB, but that has been some time ago. I had at least 2 OTA's since. This happened after I accepted the last OTA (of this weekend).

Are you talking about OS OTAs or updates to the Google app? Your original and follow up post weren't clear enough for anyone to offer help. It does seem like there may be an issue with Google Feed with an easy fix though. Changing the wallpaper. Seems silly, but might help you.

Hi... I was referring to the OS OTA of last weekend.

The new problem I'm facing now is that I'm now somehow tangled in a Samsung account which I refuse to make.
Maybe i need to remove that wallpaper manager to get one that is not linked to Samsung.
If I can't find that I'll be back.

I install Messenger 192.0.0.25.101, but i don't have new design..
Some devices have it, other don't have it.
Some of my friends received this update, but after a few hours the update disappeared. But not everyone.
What to do ?
Changing build.prop to fake my device model will help me or something other can i do ?
I had received the new update also it happened accidently by facebook servers... As they were testing the app the new update should officially drop after Christmas

as far as I know this is actually server-side so you have to wait until you are "unlocked" by the server

In the newer Messenger versions, the "Save Photos" option was removed.
Even when installing an older messenger version where had it this option, it is missing.
But with a modified APK, this option has not yet been removed to me.
Maybe it's not fully server-side or ?!

If you uninstall a messenger and then install it again, have you got the new design again?
Whether or not you get the re-design is entirely server-side on Facebooks end. They have stated you won't need to update the app at all, it'll just be enabled for your account in the background and then you will have it.
There's no way to get the re-design through an updated app as of yet. They do roll back some people who get it when they shouldn't.
You just have to wait. It's rolling out in waves.
