and I want to root it

Dear friends I need your help.I wish to port a cm 12.1 based ROM from Samsung s2 to galaxy grand..So my doubts are
1)Is it possible to port a s2 ROM to galaxy grand duos rom?
2)How to port a cm12.1 based rom?(I only know copy pasting method)
Additional info:
Galaxy grand duos and s2 have almost same spec like
Both are 480×800,8 mp cam,dual core,1.2 GHz,1 GB ram
But s2 is 218 ppi,internal 32 GB,and battery is1650 MHz and grand duos is 187 PPI,internal 8 GB,battery is 2100mhz....
Any good tuts for porting cm12 based ROM?

Hi Guys. I m new here. i have a samsung s dous 3 mobile with cm12.1 running. i need omni-6.0 rom. actually i found source code of this rom on github. but i dont have high speed internet connection and a powerfull pc for compling the rom. so i request u guys. if somebody have free time can compile this rom for me. and one more question. can samsung s dous 2 and samsung galaxy v roms ported to samsung s dous 3. thank you
