MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application; with this, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

The build is pretty good ,with the short time I have it the only notable thing is that the preferred network type configuration is not working well ,( the same goes for the experimental Lineage 14.1) having only WCDMA configured the device also connects to the networks Lte and 2G.¡¡Thank you very much for your work @dianlujitao and @Blefish !!
Edit : With more test time ,if you set the preferred network to "LTE" if it works correctly and only connects to LTE networks ,with " only WCDMA " is when it connects to all types of networks ( 2G / LTE )
device G620S-l01

Thanks OP for hard work!

The phone hangs for a minute whenever i click quick setting tiles EDIT icon. I cannot edit the quick settings panel!!!

I do not have that problem ,I can edit quick setting tiles without problems.

Problems with the network connectivity when using the preffered network type to SCDMA/LTE/GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO. SIM one catches and releases the network signal very too often. I guess the signal is varying and android is changing the signal too often. It is as good as the SIM is not working. But setting the sim to use GSM works totally fine. Great work @dianlujitao.
Using Che1_L04.

@dianlujitao @Blefish
It seems that the problem of the network configuration was something of the sources not of the device ,I think this commit will solve the bug.:good:

@dianlujitao
There is a bug with camera, i have to press capture button few times to take one picture. Same problem is with lineageos.

Are there the same problems of battery drain, which is present in android 6 ROMs?

Friend @dianlujitao and the rom is compatible with the G620S-L03 ??

I sometimes get random reboots on G620S-L01 when I'm listening to music and multitask. Could it be that my phone runs out of RAM and it reboots because of that?

This latest update will serve for the g620s-L03 ??

CM12 from surdu_petru was probably the most stable one I've used, but 5.1.1 just doesn't cut it in 2017. Hope they fix the reboots, but I'm keeping MoKee 7.1.1.

Great to see that this ROM is multi variant

Does anybody have a problem with GPS? Mine is not working with any rom i have tried, so i think it's a hardware problem...

64 bit builds require 64 bit blobs which we don't have atm. all other lollipop roms are too old now with no fresh development. if the op can get a stable working lollipop then thats good for me untill official rom (which btw is nowhere in sight)

Dual Sim doesn't work.. Only single sim for now.. And camera is a WIP.. Will try to fix it this weekend..
And the download links are up.. Test it and leave your reviews..
Any updates on this ROM? Considering most of the things are working in this ROM,this is the closest we have to getting 5.0+ on our devices. Also, I don't want to OTA 64 bit bootloader as there might not be development for that so I have my hopes pinned on this.
Review
Okay, so first of all, thanks to zeetherocker for his work on cm12.
So, this rom is ultra smooth...Better than any rom I have used.
Camera doesnt work as mentioned in the first post.
Wasnt able to register my Sim card. says your sim doesnt allow to connect to the network.
Wifi works like a charm.
Battery life is decent.
and no problem with sound too.
played asphalt 8...the gaming experience was better than stock cm11 and cm11 based roms.
so the only issue i have is with sim card...I want to use this rom for the longest time if this could be taken care of.
also, the screen flickers sometimes.
Yureka plus flashing problem
Sir,I have heating problem with my yureka plus so I consulted YU support. They mentioned few solution's but none worked,finally they said to flash ROM with CyanogenMod 5.0.2 tomato so I have done that but at the end when clicked reboot now,my phone is again and again restarting with banded stripes repeatingly.....what to do?? ......I hope you people will help me please.

CAF-6.0.1 [Alpha] [Surnia]

Hi All,
I've been working on a CAF version for osprey. This is started from kernel and device tree made by Alberto97 and Squid2, so thanks a lot to them for the bringup.
This version is very early and should only be flashed by people who know what they are doing. Flash this at your own risk.
Code:

For now only a few things are working:

@scritch007 we need this commit for gapps to work on CAF/AOSP...its already upstream in CM13...
https://github.com/TeamExodus/frameworks_base/commit/9c36be651e83fb039a262682839bd920b033007a
I tested on a XT1527, and it works incredibly good only there's two issues:
1)When switching from wifi to Mobile Network (i think after a data connection, i don't know exactly) the phone freezes up, and after it shutdown to bootlogo. (i will try to provide you a logcat)
2)The mobile network doesn't work, i think so, the google search didn't response
Anyways, it's an incredible work, and keep it going! Thanks for porting Android 6.0 to our device
Wow, just tested, & everything pretty much works. The only bugs are gapps, SD Card, & the occasional random reboot. Everything else, including 4G, worked. I tested all the apps, & sideloaded chrome to test browsing/video. Once we get the gapps & SD Card fixed, it's pretty much daily driver material. Thanks, @scritch007!

But thanks for looking into it .
@all look at the Moto G 2015 thread, some of the errors/solutions are already posted there.
RIL seems to be broken in my X1521...sim card isn't getting detected
Just tried this on my XT1521... no RIL because this is dual SIM, and no microSD, but nonetheless, great work! The ROM was extremely fluid in the few moments I used it, and fixing those issues, I would have no issues in using it as a daily driver.

It seems that the issue is actually WebView. When opengapps installs, it installs Google Webview, and since this ROM is still configured to use AOSP WebView, it doesn't work. @scritch007 you actually need this commit.

Change Language doesn't crash anymore when accessing to phone config (if I missed some languages please tell me I'll fix them too)
@NSDCars5 thanks updated the change log. It was taken from osprey, which didn't get previous version
@scritch007
Video recording worked fine in the last build too, I just couldn't see the recorded video in Marshmallow (in Lollipop I could see what I'd recorded in Marshmallow). So does this mean we can see recorded video in the ROM itself?
Question

When you say SD doesn't work, you mean it doesn't recognize it at all? Or is it only a minor issue? Just wondering.
Sorry for the question but on XT1524 works this?

The goal of Omni is to experiment with Android development because we enjoy it. Omni isn’t better, just different. It’s another option for the billion Android users out there. Android (vs. iOS and every other mobile OS) has thrived on options as well as the gigantic, talented development community that has emerged to build those options. That’s the beauty of Android – that you can pick and choose from a smorgasbord of devices with varying features and functionality.
Code:
#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
Works:
Android system (it's very smooth and no fc)
Audio.
Boot.img .
Deep Sleep.
GPS.
Gralloc.
NFC.
Ramdisk: I make a mixed of stock emui 4.0 C432B589 and HiKey to get booted.
Sensors.
Not Work:
Bluetooth.
Calls (RIL): a fix is in progress.
Camera: fix is in progress.
Storage: will provide a fix very soon becuase it's related to ramdisk.
Wifi: a fix in progress.

Note:
Pinning apps isn't work, I think it's an issue with overlays, so to unlock the phone you need to reboot, so I don't recommend this feature for now.
Deep Sleep: the patch is work, if the display isn't turned from first time don't be afraid you have to power many time the power button, it's a problem related to keyalyout.
Compatible devices:
G Play Mini
Honor 4c.
Huawei P8 Lite.
If the rom isn't flashed by giving error 7 just write your codename variant to add it in my device tree try to flash my own twrp on your variant https://basketbuild.com/devs/haky86/HuaweiP8Lite/Recoveries/TWRP.

SUBSTRATUM OMS - Custom AOSP ROMs 6.0 & 7.0 with OMS3 commits.
Substratum does NOT work with ROMs using the CM theme engine.
So i think yes, OmniROM it's based on pure android..

Hehe,I actually saw that you've pulled some commits about wifi a sec ago. You're resolving bugs like a machine gun against soldiers! Haha,very nice!!
Anyway,how much time are you going to need for fixing the RIL? Have you already managed to get it work or...?
Damn, we've come a long way the last couple of months.. my gut tells me there's a stable enough ROM around the corner. Good work devs! :cyclops:
@haky 86 Great work man. honestly u r awesome. never ever before i was this much happy to open this p8 lite forum. hats off to u guys. Excellent work.
Man, I appreciate this work, but why you did this? Lineage 14.1 is much better, now you have 2 projects instead of 1 (i think tuat more people wanna have l14. 1 installed than this, we already have android 6...)

I have asked haky 86 the same question in Whatsapp group, and this is his answer:
"because it's very stable rom, in fact consider the bugs there is no fc like on cyanogen and lineage.."
Sent from my HUAWEI CHM-TL00H using XDA Labs
Amazing work @haky
I will wait till wifi,ril fixed so I can use it daily.
Am I the only one who his phone can be more than 1 min before automatically reboot?
Thank you
Looking good, but what about AOSP Nougat? We have so many roms at the moment and none of them is finished and good enough for daily usage...

Good to know

[ROM][8.1.0][SM-G360H/HU] LineageOS 15.1 for Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
*
*/
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. Lineage does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
We'll not support users and answer questions from users which:
are running a custom kernel
have flashed mods
modified system files
didn't follow our intructions word by word
are unfriendly
And most important: DON'T READ THE OP
What's working:
RIL [partially]
WiFi
Bluetooth
HW video codecs
Almost any other hardware stuffs are working properly
BUGS/Not working :
Offline charging doesn't work
Camera [nearly unusable at all]
RIL [crashes while choosing network provider on 3G signal]
[Using STK makes RIL crash also]
WiFi Direct/hotspot doesn't work
First time installing LineageOS 15.1 to your Galaxy Core Prime, or coming from another ROM:
Install TWRP Recovery MUST USE VERSION 3.2.1-0 OR ASSERT ERROR OCCURS
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery
Optionally install the Google Apps ( get it here: https://opengapps.org ) (pico GAPPS recommended) (*)
NOTE: First boot might take long time, due to deodexed build, so don't consider bootloop!!
Upgrading from an older build of this ROM
Wipe system partition, wipe dalvik-cache but not data partition
Optionally install Google Apps (GAPPS) (link above)
[NOTE]:
If you're about going to install GAPPS with ROM, install it right after you've installed the ROM, else you have to do a factory reset if you've booted the ROM first
This is Android Go build, which is "optimized" for devices with lower than 1GB RAM, so don't expect full features like older Android versions [should we need ordinary build also?]

Remember: asking doesn't make things possible
There will be fixes, but not soon. Probably 69 years later then
