Thanks, hard to beat a tuned up stock ROM. I haven't flashed the K firmware but I'm guessing it will work with other carriers. I'm on AT&T. May give it a try tonight.

How is the rom rooted? SuperSU or Magisk?

Prior to flashing I extracted the stock full image and ripped the radio and bootloader,....fastboot flashed both of them them....then wiped data,system,dalvic....then flashed rom and kernal. just bootloops into recovery...any suggestions?

If you were on 7.1.1 you need to update your device with the full firmware package. This is 7.1.2. You can do this without deleting your data if you remove the -w from the flash-all.bat.

Roger that...Thanks bro!

I did a dirty flash over stock 7.1.2 and it just boots to recovery. Have the correct vendor image. Guess I will have to do a clean flash.

Yea try wiping system and dalvik. Make sure your on the nhg47k firmware. Let me know the results.

Mine is not Verizon. Is it possible this only works on verizon model?

So I did a full wipe and flash-all to the latest NHG47K update..
Added back twrp, wiped dalv/system/data and flashed..
I get this when flashing:
--------
Formatting system ...
mount: failed to mount /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name
/system at /system: block device required
mount: failed to mount /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name
/vendor at /vendor: block device required
Extracting system...
Extracting vendor...
Creating symlinks...
Setting permissions...
ParsePermArgs: invalid selabel ""
ParsePermArgs: invalid selabel ""
Extracting Kernel...
NHG47K Installed.
script suceeded: result was [NHG47K installed]
Updating partition details...
...done
---------
Trying to boot it just results in endless bootloop... Also had the ram dump screen for the first time on this phone...

[ROM] [MBO30H] Optimized Stock Rom (Debloated, Odex, Aroma Installer!)

Welcome to my new thread!
I have just created a new custom rom which is based of stock android. The rom is Debloated, Odexed and has Layers support! I use this rom as my daily driver. The battery life and the performance is brilliant!
I´ve also added Layers support. Because of some problems with SuperSU you have to flash it manually.
Features
> Debloated
> Odex
> Busybox
> Layers support
> Permissive stock kernel

Got it to work earlier than I thought
Using right now, it's running nicely
Just a sugestion, to be "100% debloated" I think it would be better to remove from this rom Cabinet, Jair Player and AdAway, the two firsts can be downloaded from the PlayStore and it's not hard to find the apk of AdAway
I will remove this apps and I make them optional in the new release as flashable zip

Latest Beta 1.61 but it is not build-in because I had some problems with root but you can download it from the link in the description and it works fine
Will this work in MultiRom?
I don't know I think you need to test it :/

I was able to install the ROM and a custom kernel. Tried to root and it will not boot. Just hangs at the Marshmallow screen. I installed as secondary in MultiROM. Tried Super SU 2.61, and the install hangs at boot.img Also tried SuperSU 2.52, which installed, but then hangs at the Marshmallow screen.
If you install SuperSU 2.61 in the recovery it says you that your device is not rooted but you need to ignore this and do not install SuperSU in the recovery because that bricks your device maybe that was the fault. I will test this tommorow on my own and give you information about that
Strange, I loaded your rom and the root zip but a few of my apps still say my phone isn't rooted. Quick reboot, rom manager, and trimmer. The rest of my “root " apps work fine. SD Maid, titanium backup, volume boost pro, all seem to work.

I have an FC while setting any kind of lock screen
now i have the same problem i try to fix that
Finally I found a solution for the fc in the settings app. You have to install the root.zip in the description and it works. I have no idea why but now it works for me...
Hope I could help you
OTA update?
Hi there, I just got a notification to download and install the Android 6.0.1 system update. The notification won't go away. Should I proceed?
Is anyone else having issues with "half rooting" like I am? Where some apps seem to see that my phone is rooted but others don't?

Its not a flashable zip. You need to extract it before flashing. Flash as an image file in TWRP and select boot
^^^ yes, and/or try using flashify or rashr after unzipping

the boot.img does not control root. The only thing that would effect this for would maybe be the SR build as that hooks into the kernal. traditional dosent hook into the kernal. He is reverting to traditional soon.

If the boot partition isn't flashed as rooted you will bootloop if superSU is installed. When I first took OTA I had to flash a rooted boot.img to get root without bootlooping. I can remember off hand who created the image, but this is why I ask.

I wasn't 100% if twrp could now do radio images and bl's like it can vendor images now. And I'm not sure what that bit of numbers stands for after you typed know
The point of my question was to answer his question as to why the op says to boot into the bootloader in the op, he offers the BL and radio in IMG form, not flashible..
My stating obviously, was to your stating you can get flashables for twrp for the radio.

Nope didn't misunderstand you, I answered why it specifically states in the op to go into the BL. Its under the assumption that you need to update all IMG files.
If you don't need to update your BL or radio using the files he provided. Then yes, you can flash just the vendor image however you want.

I am not sure that if this rom can work well with this recovery.
If not, would you please port it for Mi5X?

Have allready installed latest SONY FW with Flashtool or Emma for latest bootloader
Backup all your Data before wipe
Installation:
1) Copy Deodexed ROM zip into a memory card or internal phone storage

Like on Stock FW, the ROMs have not any modification, so battery life is the same as on stock. You can mod it by yourself.
can u make one for f5122 from. 266 7.0
why is it not installing on my F5122? I am trying to install .85 FW but while flashing its showing Error 7, this zip is for SUZU DSDS device but this is a SUZU device.
I am using TWRP 3.2.2

Added ROM for F5122
Question - why whole rom? Are there other things modified besides /system/ (app, priv-app, framework, vendor)? I'm asking because of my problems with deodexing XC, as I mentioned to you. What files or folders are changed besides /system? Thanks

I have not had any problems deodexing or making patches or zips. I've been doing it since LP, and haven't had any problems. TOAD worked fine to deodex the whole 118 system (/app, /priv-app, /framework, and /vendor/framework), and flash it, but there's some problem. I flash clean stock rom, flash deodex with wipe, and no other mods, and it boots fine and all apps work, but it's slow and laggy (sticky, stuttering). That's why I wondered if maybe something else in / might need to be modified. The error in locating is 'can't create image space from image file system/framework/boot.art... Only Zygote can create global boot image'.
