Magnetic Charger doesnt fit?!

I bought a brand new ZU and really wanted to use the magnetic port to charge it up daily.
I bought:
Sony Magnetic Charging Dock for Xperia Z Ultra - Black DK30
[Magnector X-202] High Performance Sony Xperia Z1 / Z2 / Z3 Charging Cable
Patuoxun Black Magnetic Charger Dock Cradle for Sony XL39H Xperia Z1 L39H
And the cables do not connect right into the port on the device.
Yes, i have got them the right way around.
If i force the cable into the port then the device starts to charge but as soon as i let go, it stops charging.
I even took the cable out of the DK30 and it wont fit right into the ZU port...:crying::crying:

Regarding magnetic charging of Xperia Z3

I wanted to buy a magnetic charging adapter. Could anyone please let us know about the performance of magnetic charger adapter? Is it charge fast or slow compared to micro USB charger cable? It would be great if you could share your experiences on using the respective brands of magnetic charging adapter so that I can choose the best one.
If you use the cable and the adaptater given with the phone...
Then for me it's the same thing with the DK48 and the live view case

Umi Z charger

Hello all,
My Umi z charger cable has broken. Tried charging with One plus 3T charger but it doesn't work.
Anybody can recommend what charger cable shall work and where it shall be available?
I have no problem charging with any mix if cable and charger ..even standard USB chargers with adaptor to c fitting
Any decent USB A to USB C cable should work.
Use Nexus's usb cable
I have a Nexus 6P and I use the tiny cable they gave with the phone to charge Z pro with my laptop.
It charges pretty quickly with that cable on my laptop. But yea any decent cable would do. You can also order chargers on Umi's website.
I use this cable...
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01MY27YKY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
In principle, however, every cable should be suitable.
Make sure it is suitable for data transfer and loading.
Some cables have too much resistance, and then the charging time increases.

Female USB-C to Micro USB adapter

Hi,
I can't seems to find a Female USB-C to Micro USB adapter anywhere.
Can someone share a link to a place that do sell them.
Do you mean an adapter that converts a female USB-C to a female microUSB or one that has a female USB-C on the one end and a microUSB on the other?
What we need is an adapter which we can use to charge our legacy devices with the dash charger. So female usb-c to male microUSB. All i could find is with some ****ty cheap adapter which is falling apart on aliexpress, which I don't trust.

Why don't you pull out the Dash cable from the Dash charger and plug in a normal USB-A to micro-USB cable?

Because it's between the wall and the desk. I have to pull the desk first. Also i don't have an another free socket for a secondary charger.

Ah okey. I see. Workaround could be to use an extension cable, so the dash-charger will not sit behind your desk anymore.

Would this do "USB Type-C to MicroUSB Female Adapter"? I'd previously bought their old OTG mSD adapter and just a few days ago ordered their Dash Micro G3 Type-C (OTG mSD reader) for my OP5.
Their products are on Amazon but at least in Canada their more expensive than buying directly from the Meenova web site. Shipping is not as fast as Amazon usually is but the products are less expensive than on Amazon. At least I didn't have to pay any customs fees or local sales tax in Canada. I found their products simply work and are durable as my original micro-USB OTG card reader still works perfectly. If it wasn't for the OP5's Type C connector I'd not even be buying another OTG mSD reader.
Lets try to make it clearer i want to take a cable which is male end is USB-C and plug it to an adapter and I would like that the male end of the adapter will be micro usb.

I'm guessing you need it for a dock like I do, just ordered this today.
That product doesn't have good reviews... Can't find it nd one that does haha
i use this in my oneplus 5, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018S827GU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
works with: oppo ha-2se, olds OTG usb adapters, dualshock 4, transfer data from pc, works with everything I tested so far!

USB-C to USB-C when connecting XZP to computer ?

Hi there !
I was wondering what is the benefit of a USBC-USBC vs USBC-USB3 when connecring to a PC ?
Will it charge faster ? Will it transfer faster ?
Thank you my friends good evening !
the data transfer works with my type-c laptop and xzp but don't know about the charging speed and voltage.
It would work on USB 3.0
XZP supports USB3.1 gen1, so you will get 5Gbps connection speed if you use a USB3.0 cable, no matter it is USB-A or USB-C. And if you have PD charger, you can use USB-C to USB-C for charging, XZP supports PD.
