Yes it does. I have the QL3 but upgraded to the ARC1 software, but works perfectly either way. Just don't downgrade from ARC1 to QL3, the otherwise you will break the WiFi and 4G data connections modem.

does this work with samsung j327a?

I accidently installed [WIFI] only firmware, can i revert back to stock 3g somehow?
Yes you can simply follow the steps:
1) download this file http://www.multiupload.com/4HLB7HL28X and unzip it so you can see tar file
2) flash it with Odin3 select tar file in PDA file select box, everything is unchecked/default, Tab in download mode
3) when odin finishes you will be stucked at boot making endless loops, then you should put your Samsung Tab in recovery mode go to stock recovery wipe data(factory reset) and then reboot your Tab it should load now normally
4) you will see then start-up guide in italian but you can change it simply by clicking on it language list will show ( for exm. i changed in Serbian just to make sure it works) and follow the setup to the end.
5) you just restored 3g Wifi version with all features , now you can check OTA but for now there is no updates

First thing I do recommend just after flashing ROM
-Register to samsung A/C and enable Remote control
Here is detail guide.
How to Root N7105
Map for this post
How to root N7100
Advantages and disadvantages of each method of root.
Method 1:Root with stock Recovery
Method 2: Root with CWM recovery
Method 3 : Root with simple APK
EFS Backup
Unroot N7100
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
How to Root N7105
Big Thanx to Chainfire and Chenglu for great work.
You can get root access by A.Rooting your existing and desired ROM or B.Flashing prerooted ROM.
Select your choice from one of this
1. Root with Stock Recovery - It will give full root access but have stock recovery. You can set your flash counter '0' and so ready to claim warranty. If you want device full stock + root this is choice for you.
2. Root + Advanced CWM - This will give Root access as well advanced CWM - Here you can reset counter, but once reboot to recovery, it will raise flash counter, Find option to reset counter on every boot (only play store version).
3.Root with ExynosAbuse apk - simply install apk to gain root access.
So which one I should select? OR Which one is better?
Both Methods are given by elite developer and both are good, but both having its cons and pros. e.g.
Method 1:
Disadvantage : Here you will get full root access, but here recovery will remain stock, so you won't have option to flash zip files (still you can flash zip with Mobile Odin), but you won't have any option for Nandroid backup/Restore.
Advantage : You have to reset flash counter once only, then whenever you need to reset to unroot/ready to claim warranty, just you need to go to superSU - setting - unroot.
So If you are Flash counter conscious and really don't have need for nandroid backup, This one is for You.
Method 2:
Disadvantage : Note2 having auto check sum boot loader and it will check for custom things on every boot. So rooting with this method your counter will remain 1, even if you have reset it with triangle away. Though one possibility is there to reset counter, you have to use market version of Triangle Away with option 'Reset counter on every boot'. But keep in mind this option only available if your kernel support this, stock kernel won't support it. Again before claiming warranty you need to flash stock recovery.
Advantage : You will have feature rich recovery like flashing zip from recovery and Nandroid backup/Restore.
So If you are not much worrying about flash counter or warranty and you really need Nandroid backup, This one is for you.
Method 3:
Advantage :Simply install apk to root device, No flashing/Resetting counter needed.
Disadvantage : Read below mentioned thread for security issue.

2. Root with Advanced CWM - By Phil3759
Big Thanx and credit goes to Chenglu & Phil3759
Download :
1.
Download Phills touch enhanced recovery - This recovery using SDS patched kernel code
[ Here you can find detail fuction of recovery as well support related to recovery] again big thanx and credit goes to Phil3759
2. download SuperSu and busybox and copy zip file to Sd card of device
Procedure :
Step 1
Make sure you have installed Kies OR Samsung USB driver
1.Open Odin and select PDA tab (see image below)
2.Point to recovery file you have downloaded philz_touch_* -n7105.tar.md5

5.Hit ‘Start’ to flash
6.Once it flashed successfully, you can see 'PASS' in table above the ID :COM, you can disconnect device from PC
Note :
normally, phone should auto-reboot into recovery.
If it reboots into android and your recovery remains stock, repeat above steps and untick "autoreboot" in odin. Once flash is done, keep pressing power button until it reboots (normally will go to recovery)
when in recovery, if you choose option "reboot system now" and you get "yes - disable flash recovery", select that option to avoid stock recovery overwriting cwm

Step 2 :
Now reboot to recovery and flash superSu and busy box file from recovery, which you have copied to Sd card
3.Root with apk No counter reset needs, Easiest - Credit goes to Chainfire, alephzain
1.Download latest from chainfire's original thread
2.Install application as routine apk installation and open it.
3.Open Exynos Abuse application from App drawer
4.Select Root device (see image)
5.It will ask SuperSU permission, Grant it See image)
6.Now your device is rooted, for security purpose you can disable Exploit.(see image)
Note : This may break camera, but unchecking disable exploit make it working again
7.Open SuperSU from app drawer and update binary (see image)
How to Unroot and make status Normal
Open Exynos Abuse app, uncheck disable explot and select Unroot device (see image)
Restart device and wait for 10 min. and then you can check status.
Reseting Counter
Above method will raise flash counter and you will need to reset counter to reclaim warranty, Read next post for it (post#3)
First thing I do recommend after rooting device
EFS Backup
Why so?
EFS folder contains some important and some basic info related to our device identity like Wi-Fi address, Bluetooth MAC address and the very main IMEI address (nv_data.bin).
Now if this EFS partition accidently corrupted then your phone’s IMEI no. will erased and you can not make voice call further. This kind of damage is often not accepted by the service center of your respected handset’s company.
Here your backup can only be savior for you.
How to Unroot :
- This is commonly needed before sending it to service station and reclaim warranty.
1.As discussed in post #3 if you have any custom recovery/Kernel first you need to replace it with stock one. If you have custom ROM, then you will have to flash stock ROM.(you can use mobie odin to keep root intact to reset counter)
2.You need to use Triangle away if your binnary count is non zero (read post #3)
3.Once your flash counter is 'No' then you can simply unroot from superSU setting
if your device status is -Modified, you can do this trick to reset to normal
setting - appl manager - All - clear data for SysScope as well Enterprise SysScope
This should change system setting to Normal
If still you have modified status, you can wipe cache and data from recovery.
If still it doesn't change status, try removing Ext SD card
4. This is optional but full proof method to unroot and won't leave any footprint of previous root.(provided you flash counter is 'No')
-Flash Stock ROM with PC Odin
-Wipe cache and data.
All credits goes to
Chainfire and Chenglu
Apart from described above, you can get root access without raising counter by flashing pre rooted ROM, for further detail read this
Reset Flash Counter
There is great tool from elite developer Chainfire known as Triangle Away
From CF -
When you run TriangleAway, if your device and firmware are supported, it will show you the detected state of the binary (custom or official) and flash counter value, and the option to Reset flash counter. Please confirm that the information shown is correct before resetting the values.
On a number of devices, TriangleAway can work, but your firmware may not be supported directly. In that case, the app will tell you it needs to reboot into a special boot mode, which will be happen if you select Reset flash counter. The device will reboot into a special mode which will allow you to review the current status and reset the binary and flash counter values (or abort and do nothing.)
using Triangle Away may unmount your SD card. Reboot or manually remount it from Android settings.

Source and full thread by Chainfire
Get Triangle Away to support CF
Steps to reset counter
-Download Triangle away and install
-Open Triangle away from appl drawer, grant SU permission
-Depends on your recovery/kernel, it may ask to download add on about 7.4MB file, dwnload it.
-After downloading select reset counter from application menu
-This will reboot device in special recovery, and you will see some colored text menu with big yellow, with round circle exclamation mark.
-Read available option, confirm your flash counter showing on this page and select appropriate menu(vol up) to reset counter.
-Your device will reboot and you will have counter '0'
In case if you are using CWM it may raise again on reboot, read below.
NoteII having new bootloader with auto checksum of recovery, so If you are using custom recovery flash counter may raise again on rebooting to recovery
So if you are using stock recovery, reseting count to '0' with triangle away is enough. In case you are using custom recovery, even after reseting counter again it will raise to 1 if you reboot device to recovery. For this you have to use option 'Reset at every boot' in triangle away. This option is available on Play version, and only you can see if you have custpm recovery and your kernel support it. (Redpill kernel reprted to support this feature of TA)
Common question about reseting counter
I have reset counter but system status still 'custom'
You should have stock recovery (Method A in post#2)
If you already have stock recovery(CF Auto root) then reset counter first
then wipe cache + wipe data(factory reset) + re wipe cache
You should now have system status 'official'
I have rest counter but after reboot again it goes to 1
This happen if you have rooted with chenglu's recovery(method 2 in post#2)
This is neither error of recovery nor triangle away. This happens due to new bootloader which have auto checksum for recovery, when you reboot to custom recovery count will raise.
To prevent this you need to have play version of Triangle away, and you should check (enable) 'Auto reset at boot'. Again this feature depends on kernel/recovery is supported or not, Redpill kernel reported to support this.
A.Tools
1.Odin 3.07 - Requires to flash ROM/Kernel/Modem.Using this to flash custom stuff will raise flash counter.
2.Samsung USB Driver 1.5.6 - Requires to connect your device to PC
3.Unzip Tool - Unzip tools to extract files
4.Pit file : Not for normal flashing, and shud be use under expert advise only.
5.Opera Portable Browser (supports resume download)
6.Check fus downloader - To download ROM which is currently available on Kies
7.Stock Kernels -
8.bootloader
9.N7100 Service manual + Quick start guide + User Guide of Galaxy Note2.
10.Screen lock password recovery - If you forget your pasword of screen, this can be saver for you, pro version also available. read on play store for detail
11.EFS backup tool - Very very important tool, If your device is rooted, first thing you need to do is EFS backup.
12.Call Recording - Read Xposed framework
13.Samsung Kies
14.Network unlock
15.Busybox
16.Triangle Away - Utility to reset counter and remove exclamation mark.
17.Transfer Data - Wireless transferring contacts/SMS (via Bluetooth) from your old device to Note.
18.SMS Backup & Restore- Simple SMS backup utility, useful before wiping data.
19.Undelete Files This application useful to recover data, if you have accidently deleted file from SD card/USB storage. This required Root.
20.ROM Cleaner - Remove bloatware, backup application and more
21.Directory bind - Useful to move data to Ext SD card, this helps in making free space on internal memory, as well it help to keep data on factory reset (Note 2 erases data on internal memory while factory reset.) If you bind such folder to Ext SD card then you won't need to backup those data.
22. Exfat support for XP - This is small window tool for XP machine, you can get support for exfat on XP. install 32/64 bit according your OS.
23.Quiet balance : if you are pissed off from carrier popup msgs after each call and data connection, here you can block it.
24..EFS repair Though EFS backup is best to have, but unfortunately you don't have, then worth to try with this.
25.Language enabler : This application will allow you to enable all those hidden languages which may be blocked by carriers
26. APN database - when you are unable to connect to network and missing correct APN setting, this may helpful to you.

Old ROMs
i flashed N7105 4.1.2 deodex by mobile odin, after that, i triangle away, full wipe, and my counter still shows 1 and status as custom, i need reset on every boot, is it normal?
Which recovery you are using?
CWM long time ago, but flashed back to stock before i flash the 4.1.2
You just confirm you have stock recovery, If it is CWM you need to reset at every boot.

Hi,

Thank you
You can flash it but your LIK is likely newer then LIJ
am on LK7, decide to roll back to 4.1.1 LIJ, realised that the phone cannot boot pass the Samsung logo, blue LED didn't light up during the boot process. waited for almost 15mins. reflash back LK7, boot up fine. anybody knows what could be the problem?
wiped cache. don't really want to wipe phone.
This(wipe) is only way when you have bootloop

Hi, tried to flash the Swedish ROM and it has failed! First time it has ever happened to me. I have tried again but it fails at the same point. I used ODIN desktop. Any ideas?
I have the Note2Core kernel on, is it that?

Did i brick it? Stuck in CM10 loop

i just rooted for the 1st time with cwm then i was able to switch it to twrp. then i made a backup, then installed CM10. but i failed badly...i never deleted the 2 caches.
nor did i wipe it / reset it, for fear i would lose all my settings/apps/contacts/etc... i know i have the backup but i still didn't think it was necessary.
can anyone tell me where i go from here?
i tried holding down all 3 buttons, it just vibrates, then reboots and starts the loop again. i went into recovery mode with vol down & power buttons. since i don't have a tar file for twrp, i had to go with the tar file from odin. then it rebooted but it went back to the loop.
i just pulled the battery out and let it sit for a minute. turned it on and it is still CM10 looping.
thanks in advance for any advice!

thanks! being a noob, when i goto the teamwin link i download the only 2 downloads they have there...1 is the goo zip the other says it's the twrp zip. i put them in a twrp folder i made and unzip them both there (since i am not sure which is neededwith 7zip. when i go into odin mode, i click pda and when it goes to open the needed file in that twrp folder i made it only sees an MD5 file and when i click that, odin freezes (Not Responding) and i have to force it closed. am i missing something?
thankx in advance for any assistance :cyclops:

I see more than 2 options for downloads in twrp. The one you should be using with odin is this one http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/sgh-i717/openrecovery-twrp-2.5.0.0-quincyatt.img.tar
don't unzip, open, or do anything with it. Just place it in the PDA section of odin and hit start.
If that fails use kies.
that file i cant find on the link, but thanks 440!!! Odin would get stuck at "Setup connection," so it wasn't working. tried it again and it said it did work, "passed," but still no changes from tthe CM10 loop.
i was desperate not to use Kies and lose everything. so i started messing around with different buttons. i pressed and held both volume buttons and power button again...it powered off and nothing. tried it again and this time i saw the teamwin logo!! i was able to then click restore on the Gnote's screen and now it is restoring my twrp back up from yesterday. i guess that last attempt on Odin paid off.
just rebooted it and voila, all is perfect again.
thanks for your quick assistance 440!!! :good::good::good:
so now if i try CM10 again, when i "wipe" it (i think that is the wording) will that wipe all my txt's, call history, photos, contacts, S memo's, etc...???

Before you wipe make sure to do a complete back up, download sms backup or super backup to back up contacts, texts etc... Download app2zip or Titanium to back up your apps.
Here's the process I go through each time. Each time you will lose everything but is safer and have a better chance of not failing:
In TWRP
Factory reset
Wipe System
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Install your rom and the gapps
Wipe cache and dalvik again
reboot and let the phone sit for about 10mins, then reboot again and all should be good.
Once phone is up and running, if you did app2zip to back up your apps, you have to go back into recovery and flash that zip and install the backups from sms backup or super backup for your contacts, texts etc....
Hope that helped some.

1. Get TWRP recovery for your device. Flash it using Odin. If you can't flash it using Odin, use ADB and flash TWRP.
2. Here on, if you can successfully flash the stock ROM to your device using TWRP, you will have the device with stock Android running.
3. If you can't flash, enter TWRP recovery and mount all the drives and wipe them. Now flash stock ROM. You will have your device back.:good:
hi guys i found an artical
https://ge0n0sis.github.io/posts/20...-mode-using-an-undocumented-feature-of-aboot/
if anyone can use this documentation to bypass mdm mode it will be great
Very good. Very interesting.
But is for developers ...
Code is missing ....
as long as you can get into download mode it is pretty simple Ive done quite a few. Download stock firmware and in odin click on the options tab select nand erase all checkbox and flash the stock files in and it removed the mdm while flashing.
Worked for me
Thanks buddy
FAIL

For me this worked pretty much, but I only needed step 1. Once inside TWRP recovery, I just needed to wipe to factory reset and reboot. These were the steps for my Eat 24 tablet SM-T280:
1. Install the drivers if necessary
2. Go to Download mode by using Volume Down + Home + Power
3. Download and Extract TWRP compatible with SM-T280 here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...covery-samsung-galaxy-tab-a6-sm-t280-t3475381. TWRP is a custom recovery image for Android.
4. Download and Install Odin (this works only on Samsung devices)
5. Use Odin by running as administrator, uncheck Auto Reboot, select AP and point to the extracted TWRP .tar file, then click on start.
6. Once successful, hold home + volume down + power to shut off tablet.
7. Go to TWRP recovery by holding home + volume up + power.
8. Select "Wipe", and "swipe to factory reset"
9. Reboot
This worked for my SM-T280

I'm writing this reply in hopes that it will help anyone else in a similar situation.
Before finding this thread i had zero, ZERO experience rooting/flashing twrp'ing, whatever you call it.
I still don't understand fully what i did by following the instructions in this thread.
I just know it worked.
By using the instructions here and from another thread on this website, i was able to successfully flash twrp [whatever you call it] my Samsung A6 that was in mdm mode.
Prior to following the instructions in this thread, i could only go online with my tablet. It wouldn't let me open any settings, change anything, it wouldn't let me do a factory reset.
Now, i am able to use the tablet as if i had just purchased it.
After following the instructions, and after rebooting, i saw the screens you normally see when you turn on your tablet for the first time. All of the setup, agree to terms, Samsung account setup, available WiFi connections; everything; it was all there just like it's supposed to be.
I was so excited to see the setup screens.
After agreeing and going through setup I was able to use my tablet 100% like normal.
Thank you and thank you to the other users who posted directions on how to do this.
I will soon post my own new thread that will have each step laid out so that anyone in the same situation can easily follow it from beginning to end.
i have 5 device T280 bloked by MDM how can you help me please?
i have 10 device T561 bloked by MDM how can you help me please?
Hi, I was able to unlock a Samsung Galaxy Tab A that was locked in MDM mode by postmates.
MDM blocked any recovery wiping or download mode flashing, so I couldn't flash TWRP.
I was able to set a screen lock (pattern) and turn on "wipe after 15 attempts." After 15 attempts it rebooted and was stuck on the logo screen for hours so I figured it didn't do anything. I was able to reboot into download mode and successfully flash TWRP at this point (I forgot to select NAND erase). I also was able to flash the stock rom, though unable to wipe in recovery first. I wasn't able to get into TWRP.
It rebooted and seemed like before, with the postmates kiosk mode and MDM lock in recovery wipe and download mode flashing. I went back into download mode and tried to flash TWRP again with nand selected. It didn't work, neither did flashing a ROM.
Anyways, it rebooted into the setup screen as if it was wiped.
