-No stuttering in camera viewfinder

Installation instructions (for first-time installation):
First, perform a backup of your existing setup, and then perform a clean install (wipe /data and /system; TWRP is recommended).
Then, flash the ROM, flash a Google apps package, Magisk if you want root access, and then reboot.
Installation instructions (for updating to a newer release):
If you are already running my RR 6.1 ROM, then you can update to a newer version of the ROM by simply dirty-flashing the new ROM build without wiping anything.

What's the difference between this ROM and ResurrectionRemix?
They're almost the same thing, however I've added the following things:
I've fixed the Running Services Button's position on QS footer
Classic GPS Toggle
It acts like the GPS toggle in pre-KitKat versions. Basically if you have Network Location Enabled (Battery Saving) it will toggle Location between Battery Saving and High Accuracy, otherwise it will toggle between Off and Device Only.
Double tap to sleep on Lock screen (this was cherry picked from RR gerrit)
Option to hide Edit QS tiles button from QS footer (ported from Havoc-OS)
Alert Slider Customization (Notification modes, Flashlight, Brightness, Rotation and Ringer)
[*]Custom kernel? OSS camera?
Since this ROM is based on YumeMichi's LOS 15.1 device tree (and Sultan's cm-13.0), custom kernels are not compatible and I won't add OSS camera.

If you use los 15.1 and previous RR nougat rom then you won't be disappointed... Sultan kernel and RR customization... More than enough for me..

I use this as my daily driver, tested 2 days before uploaded (just rebuild yesterday for latest RR changes). I will upload screenshots soon.
The device tree and the kernel is the same as YumeMichi's LineageOS 15.1 so battery performance and stability is probably the same (I didn't use that ROM so I don't have exact stats).

Enable navbar in settings on navigation tab, and set its mode to smartbar. The default after turning it on is aosp.
Or if you meant the hardware buttons, as far as I can see it's not available yet, I will check this, maybe it's not available in current RR builds.

Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. This ROM is scheduled to build every Thursday at 8 AM GMT. The download becomes available 1 to 5 hours later. If the build fails then you have to wait until the week after.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels?
A. No. You can still use them but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter using them.
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports while using it as Xposed can cause a lot of bugs.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. Xposed is not yet available for nougat, however when it is ready you will need to use the version arm sdk 25.

Thanks for working on CM 14. You will make it compatible with LP Bootloader or you are still on KK Bootloader? Because with the LP and M AOSP roms we had to stay on KK Bootloader to avoid sound, spen and reboot issues.

It currently works on top of the CM13 device specific code so it's probably best to use KK bootloader. Making it compatible with LP bootloader is difficult and not a top priority at the moment
The Rom is working in lp Bootloader, unfortunately not so well. Where can I get the kitkat Bootloader?

Wow, the Rom is now very smooth, only with the standard gapps there are many fc and you cant sign in a google account.
Great work so far, excited for the stable build! No crash on gapps for me , everything felt pretty quick for an early build.

The new Note 10.1 is completly different from the Old one, so you are in the wrong thread. Don't expect too much, the n8000 is a very Old device.

Hi everyone, freshgiammi here. Some of you may know me from my previous work on maguro (Galaxy Nexus), while some others may not. Here I am, presenting you an AOSP build of Nougat for our Oneplus One.
What does it differ from other ROMs?
Simple. It's philosophy is staying close to stock. Even closer that OmniROM. Closer to AOSP than AOSP itself.
Jokes apart, AOSP is the true philosophy, with a few tweaks to make it feel snappier but not too much intrusive changes.
HOW STABLE IT IS
Rock steady.
This ROM is designed with two things in mind: Security and Stability.
Everything is tested for multiple days (both from me, and from private testers) to be sure nothing lets the final user with instabilities. This makes the ROM stable and reliable, not making it go into full retard when you need it most.
And since this is AOSP based, with an AOSP philosophy in mind, remember that any feature that is not included in the official source code won't be added.
Beware. Since we have no N official builds, issues are to be expected. Devs are working hard to fix them as they get spotted, but some bugs only appear to certain users or under certain conditions. Because of that, if you encounter an issue please let me know.

No. Just no. If it isn't in AOSP, it won't be added. Please stop asking. If you want themes there's substratum, for anything else XDA is full of mods and stuff. Just use the search button.

Please do not report bugs and issues this way. Attach to your message a log (dmesg or logcat, last_kmsg if it reboots) and if you can, the steps to replicate the issue. This way you help the dev track down bugs quicker.

Haven't tested yet, as I don't have MultiROM. But it should work just fine, if you apply the same modifications as the ones on Updateing's post.

Shouldn't be needed, but I'd recommend a clean install. Make a backup first if you're going for a dirty flash.
And new Nougat for opo. I think this device is not gonna die for 2 years you guys are awesome. Thanks..

Currently setting it up..Pico TTS crashed once (and only once, so veeeerrry minor). I'll edit the post if i find more bugs
Edit 1: Whenever I tried to setup whatsapp without profile picture, it got into a endless loop. However, adding a picture and then removing it via settings worked just fine. (This is probably just a whatsapp-thing as I am also whatsapp-beta-tester)

Pico TTS crashes on my side too. Gapps issue I guess.
WhatsApp works fine here. (Stable, not beta)

The GPS issue is solved then? Have been using the OPO as my primary driver, and it was near impossible to use ride hailing services and google maps with the last few builds.

OK, its pretty simple so I'm not gonna fill up the page with useless junk, its AOSP for LG G3 D855 (D855 only for now) with settings untouched (will stay this way) and base code only modified with some optimizations(caf)/device support/substratum commits.
The Aim is to keep it as close to AOSP as possible, if you want any features added go to the plenty of other ROMs available, this is for folks like me who want a clean rom as close to pure google pixel as possible.

Its a great feature that allows you to block wakelocks sucking our precious battery without the need for root or exposed, I added the commit that enables it, link to xda thread with app link and description bellow, thanks to @CappyT @pioccd @TotemFallico @SimoIanni @GioBozza for developing this great feature.

These are the only features that have changed and this will stay this way for stability and easy merging of future updates.

Installation instructions (for first-time installation):
First, perform a backup of your existing setup, and then perform a clean install (wipe /data and /system; TWRP is recommended). Next, try flashing the ROM and see if it installs; if it installs without any issues then congratulations! Now just flash a Google apps package, Magisk if you want root access, and then reboot.
If you get an error when trying to install the ROM ("dumpling.verify_modem" error), then go to the Firmware link in the Downloads section and flash the firmware package. Once you flash the firmware zip file, you can install the ROM.
Installation instructions (for updating to a newer release):
If you are already running this ROM, then you can update to a newer version of the ROM via the built-in OTA updater or by simply dirty-flashing the new ROM build without wiping anything. HOWEVER, do NOT reinstall Google Apps after installing a new update.

1. Why did you underclock the CPU?
Answer: At the underclocked frequency, the amount of heat generated by the CPU is quite a bit less, so the CPU is throttled less often (leading to a better user experience), and battery life is better as well. The performance difference while underclocked is also not really noticeable unless you use a benchmark application.

Works fine for me. I can use Android Beam to transfer stuff between devices.

Oops I follow the instruction but I got forever bootanimation.
(I remember I had face this isssue with Mokee 7.1.2 ROM too.)

Just installed it, it is working so far.
But there is an odd message just after boot saying there's a problem with the phone (one of Jarlpenguin build's had the same issue for a moment).

Its not that high cost of better performance. Will take care of it when i have time
I noticed a better battery life and a possibility to dim screen on kernel settings, which is nice. Thanks for your working on it.

FYI the nontreble version sends my device in a bootloop on your lineage 16 build. The previous boot.img worked, so I assume that was build for treble.. (I was under the impression that development for treble had ceased)

The current lineage 16 builds are treble, everything else isn't (Gsi images installed on top of Lineage 16 also count as treble)
Post updated. Added new compatibile rom and GSI to list
I installed lineageos 16.0 (jarl version) with the treble kernel and everything is working perfectly, however an error message appears whenever you turn on or restart the device:
"There is an internal problem with your device. Please contact the manufacturer for more details."

Installed this with nontreble version on Havoc-os 2.9 + microg. + magisk with no issues that I've noticed.

Lineage 8.1 works fine with non-treble version.
Also, Version 3.0 has some random reboot bugs, so original developer has reverted this kernel to "EvaEAS+-1.2+-cedric.hotfix.zip" Release: 2020-05-07
Zero reboot with this kernel on my XT1794 and latest lineage build
