Post in the format with your variant and firmware number of this post so that I can add them easily. Be sure to link to the mod in the title of the mod.

And it appears to work for photos but stock camera will not work. I'll add this when I get to my computer

Yes i had it working on e2303 with selinux mode changer .... i decided to play around and tested some stuff and now driver won´t install anymore even with selinux mode permissive.
i don´t know what is going wrong... maybe the selinux mode changes to late on bootup ?
anyone with some idea how to fix that ?

hmm tried to install some sound mods, but they get stuck at 99% during boot.
It's a blue circular bar that fills up, doesn't go past 99%.
Any ideas?

Yeah it was Desire that caused that.
Some others stopped at 99%, but booted up after waiting 10-25 minutes.
Also no Sony sound mods have worked for me.
They might boot fine and add extra options, but EQ never work.
I'm guessing my FW version is the issue.

Before doing anything read everything and do it exactly like i explained.

Fantastic! - a very real and dramatic improvement and worthy of the built-in speakers!
You could try A.R.I.S.E sound system, BioHazard mod, XTREMEMusic, etc mods by extending the /system partition size by 300 mb more.
It gives you even more drastic improvement and combine it with V4A and Dolby Atmos, that's an awesome sound machine for an audiophile!

My stock ROM sounds bad and weak through headphones/headset, even Sony MDR EX 750AP sounds bad with Dolby Atmos DSP.
But today I ported a lollipop ROM named FazFap Alpha, made for sc7731 chipset by replacing some necessary files from stock to port. ROM boots fine but then I got a touch error, than replaced system/usr folder from stock one, but I get a constant "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped " error with working touch. I don't want that ROM but that ROM sounds incredibly good through headphones. Is there any way I can extract the sound processor and sound configuration files from that ROM to my stock ROM and make it sound better ? Viper sounds good on my stock ROM, but that FazFap ROM was giving me kind of such HTC desire sound feel
You can modify the audio_policy.conf if you have root
It is really easy
Just need a root browser and texteditor(920texteditor from playstore)
Just found out there is a plugin in magisk that can edit the audio_policy.conf
Just flash it and done!

As i'm a fan of using Dimple.io (a NFC customisable button sticker), aswell using other NFC compatible devices like my Sony camera. I get annoyed by the sound my phone makes with every NFC tag. On previous Android versions i alsways was able to disable the NFC sound true an Xposed installer bypass. Unfortunatly the current Xposed installer for Nougat has not been stable for me for daily use and i'm looking for other options. I already had found a solution by decompiling the system app NfcNci.apk, and replacing the sound with an silent sound. Unfortunatly the recompiled apk file somehow gets corrupted and i get FC's after rebooting.
Are there any other ways to get this fixed somehow? Been waiting to install Android Nougat on my Oneplus One for this reason only and since i heard there was an Xposed Installer available, i gave it a shot.
I'm on the latest Resurrection Remix rom

For those who loves, I found working Magisk module Viper4Android and it works on S10+ stock ROM DBT XXU9EUA4 With Thunderstorm kernel.
Just flash through Magisk and reboot.
I recommend ONLY to install on similar ROM/Kernel configuration.
Questions like "Does it work on..." will be ignored, therefore, those who installs, report here on what configurations it works.
