I see the skin ingame but when i try to get it i got error
I was able to get it... just need to coick and it authneticated thru samsung billing... and boom its there in my inventory
I get an error message " Permission to purchase in this app is denied (e100008/6050/com.epicgames.fortnite) "
I tried 4 other visas but it doesn't even go through the visa proccess and I don't get a message from my bank indicating that the payment wasn't successful. Is there any way to change the payment to paypal maybe or just a website with visa procedure?

It looks like it is only one redemption per device. I had redeemed it on my brother's account, and it doesn't show up in the store after that. I even tried reinstalling under a different Samsung account on the same phone with no success

take a lock in \windows\autostart with a file-explorer on the pocket-pc.
search for poutlock and delete this file.

Sweet find bro!!!! I have it but am getting my free version
Ok, any way to get a larger font size in contacts? I looked all through the settings and you can increase the font size for the settings screen, but nothing else. I always keep my unit on 96 dpi and contacts comes up almost too small to hit it with the stylus, or to read.
In settings, look under "meny" (I think) soft key down in the right. Here you can choose fonts

I don't see the downside of this, either. Yes, when I got the email announcing the new version just 2 days after downloading the older version my first reaction was "bait-and-switch" and I was a little angry. But that quickly went away when I started seeing things like sergiopi describes above. We got a pefectly usable piece of software for free. I'm saying "thanks" and moving on. I just wish I could make the contact font larger... (and no, its not under settings!)

I have just reinstalled Pocket informant on my X7500 because I when I used it I changed the fonts in contacts, But I can´t remember exaktly what I did.
Well here is how to do it.
1. Menu
2. Tools and settings
3. Settings
down in the right corner it says Full list, push this and you will see Basic list, fonts/colours and full list. Choose fonts/colours
Here can you changes fonts in just everything.

PS Tried to download the "free" upgrade to ver 8 but keeps saying that it cannot find the registration in their database.
Will write to them and see what they say.
Reason why I am not very happy paying for it as I already use agendus for palm and ppc and find it fantastic $60 layout and hence was only interestedin running this one for a while to see the comparison.

Hans, thank you, I finally found it with your instructions. That is so non-intuitive, especially when there is the one font adjustment in the settings section. So I expected all of them to be there. Silly me. Now I can finally use PI, yay.
mw, that page clearly says that if you got it free from one of the two freebie offers you must pay to get the next version.
If you read the owner's comments on the free give away. He did say that he was doing the free version 2007, so more people would get version 8 when it came out in a few days for half price. He was very open about the freebie and that it was a marketing thing to get more people to try pi prior to version 8 release. His comments were somewhere on his site, webis.net on the first day of the free app friday and the other site freebie.
So yea, seems like a marketing ploy and yes it was. If you don't get pi version 8 for 16.95, well you still got a good PIM for free. And as they say, not much is really free without someone having an ulterior motive.

Because they checked your registration and they discovered you haven't purchased!! Purchased means IMHO ... PAID!
If you get for free a dog food can in a market, the day after could you give it back asking for a CAT food can? or the new taste DOG food can ?

Well I bought the last touchpad in my area (after ordering from BB online and getting a backordered email) and it is the demo model which will not let me set up a webos account or anything. I read over in the pre forums about it and posted there as well but was hoping maybe someone here might know a way around this?
I am calling HP tomorrow because I read that the serial numbers are locked to a demo unit in case of theft and they can remove the lock so you can use it normally (crossing fingers) but I really do not know till they open tomorrow. I called the WebOS number included in the box and they said to exchange it for another one (I laughed) and then they said to just return it. I really want to have one of these things to play with so any help is really appreciated.
Waiting till the touchandroid thing comes out might not help since I have to return it within 14 days I believe for them to give me my money back. I would have to have a perfectly working tablet to keep it rather than spending $150 on a demo unit that wont work.

I may do this later today after seeing if HP will fix the demo units or not. Still might keep it, I don't know yet.
The activation bypass works to an extent. You can get past the webos login, and enable developer privs to add homebrewed apps thru preware, but it seems very unlikely that you can sideload the apps only available through the login app store. At least you can web browse and watch movies and such on it. If anyone knows how to get non homebrewed apps on it, i would like to know. For now, i think its worth the value, even for the demo unit, to wait for android port.

Just spoke with someone at the 1-866-477-3824 number and she told me I am basically out of luck. She is transferring me to tech support now to see if they know of a way to do it but it is looking like HP is gonna be pricks and not release the serials. She told me the serial numbers for demo units are set to not allow the webos account creation and access so if they wanted to, they could release them it seems.
Ok tech support just hung up on me - gotta love it.

OK well I was doing some thinking and can think of 2 possible ways to fix the app problem. 1 is impostah and changing everything we can to clone a non demo touchpad. This will hopefully fool them into allowing us to create or log into an account. If this doesn't work my second idea is a better app repository to put apps onto it. Since HP is discontinuing it's work on the webOS we will likely have a need for the repository eventually.
I know there is the homebrew repository but one that also has apps from the official store would be awesome. An all in one app store that is completely free and open. Would be a first to some degree on the mobile platform. I would set this up but I can't access the app store so wouldn't be able to contact Devs and such about putting their apps onto it.
This is basically PreWare. Except it wouldn't fly because of all the warez. PreWare is fine for now. Put your effort into that since it is already going strong.

I have found a way to Create a WEBOS account after going into Developer mode. Now i am using WEBOSDoctor to reinstall WebOS 3.0.2 and will try logining in with the account I Just creadted. I can log into the WEBOS site online through HP's website which it didnt allow me to do earlier. Will keep everyone posted!

Reflashed it to 3.0.2 using WEBOSDoctor and logged in with the WEBOS account I had just created! Then once up I launched the HP APP STORE and it came up with an error. I closed it out waited a few more minutes and the loaded it again and quickly tapped on the Categories tab at the bottom. Clicked on Games and Installed Angry Birds. WE HAVE ALL CRACKED THIS AND NO LONGER NEED TO FIGHT WITH HP OR RETURN OUR UNITS TO THE STORES! GREAT JOB EVERYONE INVOLVED!

Confirmed this worked!!!, but in a different manner. I didn't use Impostah to accomplish the fix.
1) Went to https://developer.palm.com/
2) Signed up for Developers Account (disregard paypal memo)
3) Fill out info (first name, last name, email), click continue.
4) Check your e-mail, and validate your WEBOS developers account.
5) From registration page, fill out e-mail address, create a pw, and choose/create a security question; Continue.
6) Fill out Contact Information; Continue.
7) Once you reach Tax Info page, just close your page (you might be able to earlier than this, but I went that far and it worked).
Your account is "kinda" created.
8) Turn on HP Touchpad (you might have to follow Mattatha's instructions above), and get to WEBOS login screen. Choose Create Profile, and type in the same Name, E-mail, password, security question as you created earlier.
Note* I tried clicking Sign In on my HP Touchpad after doing steps 1-7, but it still didn't seem to work, but step #8 got me in, and able to use the app store.
Verify your login my going to Device Info.
Enjoy your HP Touchpad Demo with full capabilities!

I had created a developer account as well but it didnt let me log in with it.... Nice job though!

RadioShark - they said if it is not in the same condition they do not have to take it as a return.
I may give this a shot, just wish I knew if the one I ordered from BB was gonna ship (won't let me cancel anymore but still says "Order Status: 1 item(s) - Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in null - null days."), if so, I would return this in a heartbeat.
If I do try it then the wife would have to let me keep both of them if the BB one ships too LOL If she doesn't kill me, then she would get to keep both

Tell them at Radio Shack they are full of ****! I am a store manager for them and there is a specific memo that went out company wide yesterday to allow returns of ALL demo's sold. It said NOTHING about condition so they CAN NOT tell you no.
Hi is there any way to get a free developer's account for the Android Market? Or will someone be willing to let me use theirs or buy one for me in exchange for a favour? I am only 16 and my family have no credit cards, and I haven't seen an option for bank accounts on our bank. I have also tried to contact Google but they completely ignored my emails.
PS I'm only going to host free apps.

Hey, I understand your trouble, but you don't need an android dev account to use/ create apps, just to publish them in the market. You can just download and install them straight to your phone.
There is no way I know of to get a free account.

I don't know in which it's necessary to pay or not, but some of them are:

This was a mess and turned into mass fraud. There were reports of people racking up to $600 worth of play store credits by constantly registering devices. There was a list of device serial numbers being spread to help propagate the fraud.
That is why the site no longer exists

This was a mess and turned into mass fraud. There were reports of people racking up to $600 worth of play store credits by constantly registering devices. There was a list of device serial numbers being spread to help propagate the fraud.
That is why the site no longer exists

You can try the link now and I corrected it. Regarding fraud, I registered yesterday with my Note 2 and S3 and got 50$ play store credit. So,its not fraud, its just that I did a lousy job of not checking the link after I posted it here. Chill.

You misunderstood me. I'm not saying you're or you were encouraging it but was saying that's why it was probably not working anymore. I figured they took it down.
I'm not linking but there was seriously a list of device serial numbers being spread around "places on the internet" and people were just running down the list registering those serial numbers and racking up $600 in credit by registering devices they didn't even own. I figured that is why the site wasn't working anymore and that they were cleaning up the backend

Because of the dishonest people the legit Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition owners (like myself) cannot claim their perks now.

Game is already out for some time but I have made some major changes to it to finally get it to a nice standard!
Castles Under Siege is an action card game that lets you fight wars against other lords. Your goal is to destroy their castle or to build your castle to great heights.
Defend or Attack, it is your choice. You can fully customize your own battle plan by creating your personal deck of cards.
Play against your friends online with the Player versus Player game. You will battle with your friends using your own deck of cards! Be the best of your friends and become the king! You can play with your friends in real-time or you can just play turn by turn whenever you feel like it, but be aware, waiting times per turn are limited by 2 days. If you do not play your turn before 2 days have passed you lose the game.

There are a few cards which are only available on the pro version but I am making new cards that will be in the free version as collectables/unlockables that will be obtainable by doing certain stuff, not yet sure what though Reason for no link anymore to the Pro edition is due to patents, linking to paid versions of your app is patented as far as I found out, since my game "company" is mostly a hobby, did not want to venture into that business
You mean the initial loggin into Google+? or the welcome message to new users?

Well you can create your own deck in the Deck Management section. The deck you select has a collection of cards which are shuffled at start and everytime you play a card the topmost of the stack is returned as the new card in hand. 29 cards can be used in your deck in the free version. If you use the Pro version you have 36 cards to use. At the moment no new cards can be unlocked, but I will add new cards that can be unlocked in the future :fingers-crossed:
