It depends.
Verizon 700MHz Block C band 13, 1200/1900 AWS band 4.
AT&T 700MHz Block B Band 17, 1700AWS Band 4.
So the answer is only in markets where 1700AWS Band 4 is deployed for AT&T otherwise you ge HSPA+ which is not truly 4G.
Yes, he is right above. Where I live and have visited, I get LTE on both ATT and T-Mobile, or Edge on T-Mobile where they haven't yet refarmed their Edge towers. H+ is fine for me though, when I do sometimes see it. I have not had my Verizon LTE sim in my VG3 for over a month.
I get ATT LTE on the G3 often in regions like the NC coast where T-Mobile is only Edge.

LTE problem

Hi need help please , I have a Galaxy S4 I545 , I can anly connect on 3G and even in the back of the device says s4 verizon 4g lte . When I change the LTE network goes without service. Let alone globally connect on 3G, I wonder if I can enable or install 4G LTE bands . Thank you
The SCH-I545 should have 4G enabled automatically. 4G is already installed on the phone unless it has been messed with (ROM,kernel etc.). Is it possible you are just not in a 4G area or have it on your Sim?
Are you located in the States?
The phone is 4G capable, only in USA. Outside, its only 3G. That is how Verizon did it, locking bands so Verizon users cannot have LTE with other providers like T-Mobile or Sprint or ATT. T-Mobile should work worldwide. For Verizon, you will need to unlock bands.
What country are you in ? Most probably, you need band 3 or band 28 which are deactivated.
I'm from Morocco

Question About H830 LTE Bands

I just ordered an "unlocked" G5 H830 on Ebay, after carefully checking the LTE bands on the FrequencyCheck. I know I need bands 2 and 17 because I used the LTE Discovery App to determine that my carrier (AT&T US) provides LTE on in my area. But I just realized that other sites show different LTE bands for the H830 model...
FrequencyCheck LTE 1/2/3/4/5/7/12/17/30 (I hope this is right because I need Band 17)
The LG Website LTE 2/4/5/12/29/30, Roaming 1/3/7/20, and CA
Autoprime's helpful G5 thread LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B12/B20
Can anyone confirm which of these is correct? Or verify that the H830 cannot use Band 17? Has anyone succeeded in adding LTE bands to the G5? Perhaps as described in this thread about phones with Qualcomm chipsets?
The moral of the story - check multiple websites when selecting a model with the right frequency bands for your carrier/area!

I know it's been a month
For att, band 12 support is equivalent to band 17 support. If you see a phone with band 12, it'll work on att's band 17
(12 is a superset of 17. Att has deployed mfbi on most of their network so that 12 phones can connect to their 17 network
Reverse is not true- 17 phones cannot connect to 12 networks since 17 phones are missing the nonoverlapping stuff in 12
That saying , I can't help with lte bands (h830 may or may not be missing 29/30 which att uses as a third lte layer. Not that important since you can rely on band 12/17/5 as first layer, band 2/4 as second layer)

Unable to Connect to 3G/4G Network [XT1528]

I have 2 Motorola Moto E (Verizon) Smartphones
I have unlocked them to work on GSM networks
The first one was able to get LTE (4G) Connection
The second one is stuck on EDGE (2G) Connection no matter what I do
*Both are connected on the same network with the same APN settings*
Please help me to make the second Moto E get LTE connection
Are you sure that the one that has LTE is really the Verizon model? Zain uses GSM 900, HSPA 2100, and LTE Band 3. The Verizon model does not have HSPA 2100 or LTE Band 3, as it only has the 3G and 4G bands used in North America. Does it have a Verizon logo on the back of the device?
If you bought it secondhand, the person you bought it from might have done this to enable LTE Band 3: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e-2015/general/guide-enable-lte-bands-surnia-t3351673
