Removing bootloader unlocked screen at startup - Motorola Edge + (2020) Questions & Answers

Would there be any way to remove the bootloader unlocked splash screen at boot? I've seen this done on other devices but i am unsure on how to do this on the edge plus.

Bumping, as I am now in this situation as well.

When you unlock, does a boot image or warning pop up every reboot?

On phones I've had in the past, when I officially unlock the bootloader, it shows some warning or boot image saying that the bootloader has been unlocked every time I boot the phone.
Does the AT&T HTC One do this? I ask because I'm concerned about buying one, unlocking it, and then needing to return/exchange it.
If you unlock the bootloader and it does show the boot image or warning, can you make it go away by simply relocking the bootloader?

[Q] Samsung Splash Screen

If the splash screen shows an open lock, does that mean the phone has an unlocked bootloader? I am trying to find a gs4 with unlocked bootloader to buy. But I want to run stock android (dont like tw). And for those asking why not just get a nexus, I also want removable battery and it seems only samsung still does this. Hell if only the moto g or x had removable batteries, I'd get one of those.

the open lock only means that the phone's software is not stock anymore. It doesn't necessary mean that you have an unlocked boot loader. I have a locked boot loader and my s4 has an open lock because I rooted the phone. If you really want an unlocked(or really its a workaround-able) bootloader, buy a MDK bootloader s4. There are apps on the play store to confirm the bootloader.

Requesting for help with unrooted Vodafone (ZTE) Smart Ultra 6 stuck at lock screen

Hi all, I have an unrooted Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 smartphone (manufactured by ZTE) running the original stock ROM (Android 5.1) and USB debugging is believed to have been disabled. The phone boots up to the lock screen as normal which uses a gesture pattern. For some reason, one of the matrix's dots that is part of the pattern to unlock the phone became "unresponsive" (part of the touchscreen is broken?) and I have not been able to complete the pattern's path, therefore the phone remains stuck at the lock screen. I have tried to use ADB to remove the "gesture.key" file but was unsuccessful because of the phone's unrooted nature.
Is there any other way to bypass the lock screen? Thanks in advance.

OnePlus doesn't void warranty with unlocked bootloader. They have nothing against it, you can send it unlocked
Great. Thanks

Any methods to acquire root and/or unlock bootloader on the K92?

I am sure if you have found this forum, you are also looking for the ability to root the LG K92. Unfornatuely, it looks like as it stands currently there is no known way to root the K92.
There was one glimmer of hope on another thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/root-aquired.4253159/ but it looks like that may have been a dead end as well.
Am I understanding, unless there is a exploit to gain root access from the Android 10 OS, the only possible way would be to get the bootloader unlocked. I have a K929AM (LG K92 from AT&T) and, as I am sure you already know, LG does not have that on the supported list for bootloader unlocking. In fact, it looks like all of the K series phones do not have bootloader unlocking supported. When you try to boot to Bootloader, it boots into the OS and if you boot to fastboot, you get fastbootd where the OEM unlock does not even appear to work.
According to https://lgk20.com/lg-k92-5g-root-bootloader-unlock-twrp-custom-rom-lmk920am/ (scroll to the bottom) we would expect to see a "bootloader unlock page" but I am not even sure if the LG K92 has one of these and, even if it does, if it would be accessible.
Does anyone have any suggestions on any unsupported methods on how to unlock the bootloader on this phone? I would be happy to test anything at this point. If we can somehow figure this out, this method may work on other K-series devices which would be a big win. So far, the only menus I can access are FASTBOOTD and Download Mode.
To add to this, it looks like it is possible to access the Bootloader (bootloader unlock page) from the LG K20. https://lgk20.com/lg-k20-plus-unlock-bootloader-metropcs-mp260-t-mobile-tp260/2/
I am wondering if it is possible to somehow force the K92 into this menu even if short circuiting something on the board.
Anyone have any ideas?
