It's sometimes that the software is just having a stroke, you should also check the battery voltage on CPU-Z as well, you can basically ignore it if you're using the Original charger and Data cable but if you're not then it might be a problem with the charger. And if you feel that your phone is getting warm or unbearably hot near the USB port area then it could also be an issues with the phone but you may wanna try another charger on it before you conclude that it's an issue with the phone.

Hi there, I recommend you use Beta version 2.0 or newer as it introduces Dual-cell battery support. The readings on the old version are going to be wrong because this device has 2 cells connected in series, which adds up the voltage from both.

Give battery guru a go, see if it's showing the same problem and also make sure dual battery is activated.

I just found a better way to root and install TWRP on the POCO F4 GT:
First you need to unlock the bootloader with the Mi Unlock Tool. You need to go to the developer tools and there to the Mi Unlock Status. There you add your current Mi Account. After that you need to wait for 7 days before you can use the Mi Unlock Tool. After waiting for 7 days and successfully unlocking the bootloader with the tool, you can begin the process of rooting the phone and installing TWRP as your Recovery for the phone.
You can get the Mi Unlock Tool here: https://miuirom.xiaomi.com/rom/u1106245679/6.5.224.28/miflash_unlock-en-6.5.224.28.zip
Unzip the zip file:
In the Mi Unlock Tool folder are all the necessary files for fastboot and installing the fastboot drivers. Reboot the phone to fastboot, run the driver installer and connect the phone to the computer, that should install the driver.
Get the latest TWRP here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14871746926876823387
Rename the file to twrp.img and move it to the Mi Unlock Tool folder.
Type in CMD in the address bar of the Mi Unlock Tool folder, that should open the fastboot terminal. Type in fastboot flash recovery twrp.img. That should properly install the TWRP to the phone. At last type in fastboot reboot to reboot the phone.
Now if you want to root the phone, get the latest release here: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases
Download the latest APK file and rename it to Magisk.zip
Reboot the phone to recovery mode and simply go to install and choose the Magisk.zip file, now the phone should successfully be rooted. After booting up the phone, the Magisk app might not be installed, simple rename the Magisk.zip file to Magisk.apk, now you should be able to use that file to install Magisk. I recommend to enabling the Zygisk because some modules don't work without it.
The latest Magisk doesn't have the Module Repo anymore but you can use this Module Manager instead to get all the modules you want: https://github.com/Fox2Code/FoxMagiskModuleManager/releases
Now that should do it, your welcome:

Bricked Coolpad F1 8297W

My Coolpad F1 8297W is bricked to the point where it will not power up.
It is recognised in SP Flash tools and I have tried to flash the ROMs below, with no success:
miui_fi_emjot_4.5.16_multi_v02_spflash
[YDSS]Coolpad_F1_8297W_wcdma_by_Soda
Both will run the download successfully, but will still not boot, and I haven't found any other ROMs with the scatter files.
Can anyone help?

Thanks - I have successfully flashed it this way many times and got the download to 100% with the green tick, the same as your screenshot, but it still will not boot or show any sign of activity with or without the battery (There is not even any sign that it is charging).
When plugged to the PC, device manager recognises that something is plugged in, but just disconnects and reconnects, without actually finding the phone.
Ran through successfully (on both download and also with format/download as per your screenshot, but the phone is still dead)

Yes to both, at least a week and a mi account and also you need mobile data because Xiaomi won't let request a BL unlock with WiFi for some reason

mi 8 lite bricked

hi everyone Sorry for my English. I have a mi 8 lite that I wanted to root to install a custom rom. And after unlocking the bootloader, I end up with a phone that has anti rollback protection. I try to install the twrp with great difficulty which I succeed but with a not clear display and the touch screen does not work. So I want to go back to a stock rom. But here I am still stuck. Cannot install a rom. That errors on miflash.
please help me

Hello, do not sorry for your English, since it's not your mother tongue.
You have to be more specific in the description of your problem. What rom was you using? What twrp did you use? Did you follow the exactly instructions on twrp topic?
I had some problems trying twrp some time ago, then I'd tried orange fox recovery and it worked perfectly on my mi 8 lite global back on miui 9. Now I'm on 12.0.3 update and it's still running fine.

Thank you for the answer. The problem is that my phone starts up with a black screen, even in fastboot. According to the tutorials, this is normal. For the twrp I took it from this page: https://tech-mizan.blogspot.com/2018/10/xiaomi-mi-8-lite-twrp-recovery.html
and followed the instructions outlined. Then I tried others. But this display problem is still present. I will try orange fox. Did you install it in fastboot or in recovery? Actually I just wanna go back to a stock
If all you need is to go back to stock, you can flash stock rom with xiaomi ADB fastboot tools. This java software can download correct rom from xiaomi for your device, and flash it in fastboot. You can download it from here:
GitHub - Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools: A simple tool for managing Xiaomi devices on desktop using ADB and Fastboot

After that, I advise you to load some custom recovery (look in dev section here on XDA) and install magisk to root your phone.

Nethunter Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) - external wifi not work?

Hi, I hope I'm in the right part of the forum. If not, I apologize. I can't help it. I've read dozens of different discussion forums.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) running on Android 10 specifically Lineage 17.1.
I can't run my external wifi. The system finds it for me (see photo) but that's it.

I have installed a custom kernel ( I have tried several versions)
1. https://github.com/Neternels/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6250/releases/tag/v3
2. https://github.com/Neternels/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6250/releases/tag/v1
3. https://tgstat.com/channel/@akamekernelchannel
But nothing happened. My wifi usb is AWUS036ACS. I have KALI installed on my laptop where it works normally under 8812au/8821au and everything works. But on nethunter it only detects the wifi with the command "lsusb". I use the Nethunter app (from the kali app store). Wifi I can use is only internal in the mobile.
What am I doing wrong?
How I acted:
1. unlocked the bootloader
2. installed TWRP
3. installed android 10 lineage 17.1
4. installed magisk
5. reboot and system settings
6. installed magisk wirelles nethunter firmware module
7. reboot
8. install all nethunter hangs from nethunter app store
9. reboot and install kernel (I tested all I could find on my joyeuse type)
10. start nethunter
11. connect wifi usb, only detects using lsub (I tried both using USBC to USBA reduction, and USBC to USBA + power reduction)
12. not work…no led blink…
Sorry I'm an "old" newbie so maybe I'm making a mistake somewhere. I also tried various "wake up" commands but no result, the device doesn't exist, etc.
Because the command "lsub" detects the wifi usb device even in case of external power supply and without external power supply.
Or the wrong drivers? I tried to install from aircrack github drivers but it ended with an error and I read somewhere that my type of wifi usb device is supported in kali / nethunter. so I don't know anymore.
Thank you very much for your time and any help
The main thing u are missing you have to just not flash a custom kernel you have to patch it first by nethunterʼs official kernel builder script in order to work wifh, hdmi and bluetooth attacks
Maybe thatʼs the issue
hello bro, Thank you for your reply. but according to everything, it's a driver error (at least I think so) in Kali (notebook), the wifi does not work after installation, but the "lusb" command detects it as rtl8812au/8821. but in reality it is not this model but the rtl8811au model and it does not contain nethunter (as well as kali). I found a working driver where the developer confirmed that it works on Android. the problem is that I can't install it (nethunter does not support "classic installations" according to the procedure on the driver developer page), so I don't know how to insert this already functional driver into the android core (or nethunter?)
Driver is here: https://github.com/morrownr/8821au-20210708
