download full firmware
install magisk app
use AP file from firmware , go to Magisk patch that file
from Odin flash full firmware but use PATCHED ap file

Actually it's not, with the latest provided recovery (elsewhere in the dev forum) you can also flash with SUTL. the viewpad will reboot into recovery first and after a few seconds switch to fastboot.
This "new" factory stock ROM should be for newer ones with ITE hardware - great for "experimenting" with custom ones - from now on, nice to have the ability to restore it for warranty exchange, etc. etc.
And, yes, I can confirm that the SUTL will quickly flash the *.nb0 file - making it as good as new again.
swype is the only diffrences i think... so far...
Interesting thought Viewsonic wont release any new official ROMs for Viewpad7 hmm wow I was wrong
Wonder what more is there opposite Swype hmm for sure there have to be something enhanced worth updating?

as i already seem to have android 2.2.2 this is what i currently have,

it just i now have my TP working how i want it, well till i can overclock it and add flash, as i dont use swipe if there is no other changes then there is no real need for me to update.

Hehe, sorry... read a bit too fast.
Another stock rom had only English and Chinese as integrated languages.
A rom with german language would be nice to have...
I ve got an HWver 106, model FM6-0001, SWver 3.16R device whose ABOUT reads:

As my language is Spanish, i will not notice the lack of other european languages.

I have tried to install from SD card under name "firmaware.nb0" but no one were accepted. I will try to do via PC .

Which one did you keep, and you flashed all nbo files with SUTL or CWM???
BTW how did you backup your apps? Titanium?

I'm trying to flash b5510 arabic from a link I found on google but the problem is there is only these 3 files -
1. DefaultCalDataWithBoot_B5510JXKJ1_REV03.tar.md5

Finally i rooted my new Grand Prime successfully
I so desparately wanted to root my new Grand Prime so I tried rooting by myself as it wasn't available by chainfire.
I haven't done much here, I just modified few files of CF-Auto-Root which was made for different device by chainfire.
Couldn't attach the file here as the size is 44MB
Download it from here: h t t p : / / d - h . s t / AWH
(remove spaces in the above link)
sad i'm not allowed to post links here yet
The zip archive contains:
Odin v3.07
2_cache_recovery_stock_mohan_sm-g530h.md5
1_cfroot_sm-g530h_mohan.tar.md5
Rooting method is simple.
Boot device into download mode and flash the first file: 2_cache_recovery_stock_mohan_sm-g530h.md5
Wait for the device to reboot and again boot into download mode and flash the second file: 1_cfroot_sm-g530h_mohan.tar.md5
Now after the device has finished reboot you can see SuperSU installed. Open it and it will ask to disable knox notification... Press Cancel.
If SuperSU asks for su binary update, just press the Normal button.

Yes, this will trigger the binary counter and your warranty will be void and there is no way to reset it. Flash this at your own risk.

You can have a stock recovery extracted from firmware by yourself.
-Install Firmware Finder from play or with on-line browsing page you can download update.zip from FullOTA.
-Unzip update.zip
-With Huawei Update Extractor open update.app
-Select file RECOVERY_RAMDIS and extract it
-Rename it to RECOVERY_RAMDISK (optional)
