What you are going to need to do to fix this is to flash the unlocked bootloader. After that your phone should boot. If it doesn't you will need to get into recovery mode and do a factory reset. Here is a link to the unlock tool.

I've been searching all night for how to recover from this. I was trying to get upgraded to Jellybean, but ended up in this soft brick state after RSDLite. Read a lot of tricks, but this batch file made it about as easy as it could ever be! Thanks!
Unfortunately my phone is still hosed. Wifi/bluetooth goes in and out and sometimes crashes the phone all together. It's the exact same thing my last one did after about a year, and it's right at a year again. No warranty this time around though. Guess I'll upgrade to the Nexus 4 or something.

Dont give up

You could try the new version...or factory reset/wipe and then try re-flashing, might want to back up apps in Ti.
I had a similar issue when I sbfed. I got to to boot by first booting in "BP HW Diag & Boot AP" mode(Which did take a few minutes). After that every time I restarted the phone came on fine normally.

True.. Right now im trying the bootstrap method, to install a theme that resembles CM, I use smart keyboard pro to make the text keyboard look stock and player pro gives me stock music player .
This has happened a couple times when trying to flash 198_7 sbf from CM7. I either get into a bootloop or it won't boot at all. RSD status was rebooting device.
I pulled and reinserted the battery, went into Android recovery. At the triangle warning pressed the vol up + vol down at the same time to go into factory recovery. That's where I do a reboot. It states clean reboot, or something like that.
I may be off on a couple of my terms because I'm doing this from memory, but I've done this twice now.

[How to]Finally, we unbrick .629 downgrade soft-brick device

Bricked after sbf on OTA .629?
Now we found the way to unbrick your d2g, the main developer is the guy who found the way to root .629.
Follow the step now
# If your device bricked after flash .29/.33,please flash full .608 sbf at first
1.Download this sbf file and flash in RSDLite
db.tt/WCJQX72O
2. Reboot recovery ,wipe and apply .629 ota update.zip (www.mediafire.com/?591t5kzfmgcm4d5)
NOTE: Step 2. is VERY important, when you finished flash sbf in step 1. ,your device working on a UNSTABLE .608 & .629 hybrid rom
Now your device work
BTW. If you have any problem when using OTA .629 and want reset your phone, just flash full .608 sbf to brick your phone and unbrick again

Is there method for this?

you can use ezSBF & Root 2.3.4/ 4.5.629 to root if that's what you want

What are the problems with this version?
depends on what you mean, by problems?
it can be rooted, bootstrapped, and flash roms
what else do you want?
I thought there were more.
Thanks

help! in dire need of assistance!!

ok,
So like an idiot, i began the S-OFF process without reverting my SuperCID. I cannot get past step 8, and i am having errors flashing my RUU.
Right now i cannot get past the bootloader. If i try to fastboot reboot, it takes me back to the bootloader. If i try a reboot, it takes me back to the bootloader.
Is there something that i can flash to get me back and running? I have tried numerous things, and i really need my phone back tonight. Grandfather is in the hospital, and i have no way to contact anyone except through facebook / email.
does anyone have some ideas, or know what i need to do? I honestly dont care about root or s-off, i can do that later. Right now i just need a bootable phone.

Probably not. Use the one provided in Andy's thread. ADB is probably not working because debugging has been turned off.
Have you tried the recovery? Check to see if that works. If not try to fastboot a recovery. The command is "Fastboot flash recovery". Try with TWRP. If that takes then try to flash a ROM with that.

[Q] Trying to reset boot loader from Revolutionary to original boot loader. Help?

Long story short (to avoid me from pulling my hair out of my head.) I have an HTC Thunderbolt which I rooted and installed a custom rom on (using the Revolutionary boot loader). It had an issue where it regularly wouldn't start up into the original rom OS and keep restarting at the HTC logo screen. After I installed the custom rom it was ok for a while but then permanently got stuck with the issue of not starting up into the rom OS and keeps restarting at the HTC logo screen.
Verizon sent me a replacement phone (outside of my warranty - for free - which they rarely do), but I need to send the old phone back. I was able to use the new phone they sent and my old SD card to get the original rom files onto it and then install the original rom via the Revolutionary boot loader but I can't get the original boot loader to install and replace the Revolutionary boot loader now. I tried lots of guides, and finally tried this guide again: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1310014&highlight=stock+ruu
I don't think I can use that guide though because it sounds like you need to be able to boot into the rom OS first for the tbolt tool to recognize the phone. I can't boot into the rom OS, I can only access the boot loader screen (which is currently Revolutionary.)
Anyone have any idea how I can load the original boot loader?
(I would have posted this as a reply to the thread I linked above, but my account is newish and doesn't have enough posts for my account to be allowed to post there. And I have til Wednesday - January 23, to send back the old phone to Verizon so they don't charge me for the replacement phone.) Any help is greatly appreciated.
Reroot it if you can and use the allinone tool to unroot.

Hi,
I'm trying to follow this video guide you sent me, but it appears I need to be able to start my phone into the OS. My phone does not start into the OS, and the only thing I can get it to start into is the boot loader screen (otherwise it just keeps restarting at the HTC logo screen.)
Is there a way I can uninstall "Revolutionary" and reinstall the original boot loader when I only have access to the boot loader screen?
Thanks.

Yes, this seems prospective. I have some high hopes right now and am going to try to do this right now. I just have to let my battery charge a little first because it seems that it's too low to let it try to install. Unfortunately my HTC logo screen restart problem is also coupled with some weird issue where it keeps trying to turn on while its charging, so it takes a long time (if it's even charging?) to charge.
If this works, I will be so grateful for your response.

It worked! I was able to get rid of Revolutionary, and install the original hboot bootloader. Yay!
/*Now one last question, and I may be mistaken, but shouldn't the top of the boot loader screen say "LOCKED" or something in similar in pink? If so, how do I reset it to say that? I want to make the phone look as genuinely unrooted as possible. */ NEVERMIND, it all worked out.
I just wonder if I missed anything and they'll still be able to tell I rooted it at one point? I loaded the original Android OS rom, and followed post 7 off that guide to restore the original hboot bootloader. Do I need to do something specifically to reset S-OFF? Or will it already be reset?
Thank you.

I have no idea off the top of my head but I know the allinonetool will revert your phone to completely factory specs. That is why I suggested it in the first place. Going back to s on is no easy task and you need to be very familiar with adb to do it.

Screen split and doubled

So I have never had this problem before I have a 76920d I have unlocked boot loader and I flashed cm10.1 I went through all the steps on fixing the wonky touch screen and stuff everything was running good for about a week then the other day I booted into recovery and I set the phone down for a minute to do something and my phone was split into two screens of the same image I've tried flashing kdz no fix and I tried restoring a previous back up didn't work now I have no idea what to do. This is a back up phone so I still have a phone to use but it's a 200 dollar phone and would like fixed thank you

This is a back up phone so I still have a phone to use but it's a 200 dollar phone and would like fixed thank you

you don't need to flash any kdz.
if lg logo is still mirrored then uxfix did not work. did you run start.bat as an administrator?
