My brother ordered his TB on Launch day and paid overnight shipping. Friday at 3pm he still did not have phone. Went to local store and the had in-stock so they called corp and my bro canceled the online order since the women said for some reason it wasn't processed yet. Now Monday morn rolls around and he get the TB from FedEx. And the charged his bank account. MY ? is should i just give him the money and activate it on my account (we have separate acct) since it was there screw up? Or will they end up charging him the $500 if he doesn't send it back? Thanks in advanced for any help!!

I was about to purchase the Prime from BB this morning, but literally 10 minutes after I deposited money to my bank, they went out of stock.
I was hoping to get one before the Late Jan./Feb. second shipment, but literally every single online store or local store has them sold out.

They actually don't have them "In stock" but are selling them as direct ship from Asus. Expect it to take about a week to get to you depending on your location.

I tried asking this in the T-mobile thread on one general but it was definitely crowded out by people who were (justifiably) excited about their devices shipping.
I just prefer to do number ports in person versus the shipping and call back method, so I held out to get it in person. I live in northern Massachusetts and have called nearly every store nearby searching for availability but nobody seems to know anything about the device.
Has anyone come across a list of which stores will actually have the phone tomorrow?

This is almost certainly not true. Anyone reading this should definitely call their store to confirm, the vast majority haven't even heard of this phone, let alone got in shipments.
In Chesapeake, VA the Greenbrier Pkwy store will have them in on May 1st, but the Military Hwy store in Norfolk, VA will have them available tomorrow morning. I didnt call anywhere else, sorry :[

That's weird I picked mine up 2 days ago. The guy did say the called it off a few times and at that time they were allowing it he actually bought his with mine
Just left tmo, they said the 7th. They even called into support and were told the same thing. They have them in stock, but can't sell until the 7th. I was trying to exchange my phone due to my speaker isue.

Followed your logic, but with the wrong carrier -- at&t.
They choose to have mine arrive later than store shipment and it arrives on the 6th while theirs arrived on the third and available for public sales on the 3rd.
Will likely flip mine for a T-Mobile due to being incredibly wary on the bootloader being locked so not likely having root/ rom access.
