How to install the rom ?
The rom is not totally deodexed (only the motorola apps are not) because they plant regularly when they are deodexed.
The rom is debloated
Copy the rom to your G5S.
Restart in recovery (squid or Sevenmaxs)
Make a wipe factory reset.
Then select the rom and install it.
Make a wipe cache.
Reboot System.

my phone is branded too
by orange
the brand is located in oem partition and oem.prop is imported in build.prop
if your operator is not kind to provide updates, you will not get it!
like me for example, i didnt get updates on any phone branded by orange
or updates will come later or never
if you dont want to lose waranty then dont unlock and keep the stok configuration

im not shure you can flash something untill you unlock the bootloader
but you can try
i unlocked the phone from first day and dont test if work to flash even a stok firmware file on a unlocked bootloader

Can I use this to switch back to the lollipop bootloader but without flashing a new rom. I got the blastagator bumped TWRP was going to flash a rom but decided to stay on stock and its been acting weird. Wondering if downgrading the bootloader is causing this.

No as the bootloader files are meant for the D802.
Guys 1.2 is also released of the Bootloader Changer.

Are you sure you're talking about bootloader and not baseband? I don't think it would boot with KK bootloader at all.
For that, they should merge this patch.

I am on a clean stock lollipop v30b with TWRP Bumped 2.8.6.1 installed and a KK bootloader.
To install official cyanogen i just need to download the file above and let install or i need to change recovery because of JB bootloader or Baseband or other?

The recovery should be fine I guess as it's an bumped one but just flash the nevax bootloader changer as it will flash the right bootloader/bootstack and also the good twrp recovery. So the only thing you have to do is flash the right baseband indeed. I am not sure or you need for cyanogenmod kitkat or jellybean bootloader as I didn't flashed official nightlies anymore for months. The reason why is the same as in your description.

Because the Loki exploit that allowed for custom firmware was patched in these bootloaders.

Thats something new with N flashing. Nothing to worry about
After flashing the rom, device couldn't recognize any sim, and stuck on network connection screen.

I can confirm that this works on the dual SIM version.
This does work with single sim phones but then your left with an additional signal icon on the top of your screen. I'll see if my signal is the same or worse as my week progresses. I travel alot thru TX, OK and LA. That's alot of distance to check my 4G LTE coverage

Thanks for the response, already 2.79 installed. Root explorer does not pop up in es file explorer and in directly root explorer. It does not prompt for the super su rights, also blackmart does not prompt, autorun manager and adaway works well with super su rights.

It has several bugs with SELinux Enforcing mode, completely breaks SafetyNet and gets your device completely marked as 'rooted' at GP.

Really?? But in SELinux Enforcing Mode, the device is supposed to be safe :S ... And yes, Google Play Store marks my device as rooted, but Bro, as the Magisk Forum says: It's the eternal fight. Two days ago, Google patched the SafetyNet and Magisk doesn't work, but yesterday the developer released a new version (v13.3) but bro :S One day Google will win and SafetyNet will be invincible :S
Also, I think that SuperSU is older, so it has more experience and it's robust (at least it has a PIN Security, Magisk does not have it)

I always ask now only because of my love for MicroG, and Tingle doesn't like to work on macOS, does it have signature spoofing at all? I'm on Tipsy still so not sure if I'll hop over just yet regardless

SafetyNet will be invincible? As if... no piece of code is invulnerable. It's just a matter of time before someone, topjohnwu in this case, figures it all out.
Also, "this program is older therefore it's more experienced" makes 0 to no sense, it's a computer program, not a person. I will admit it's more compatible though, plus it's the only root solution that actually works well with Chainfire's own apps...
Again also, as @facuarmo has previously mentioned, it breaks stuff on newer ROMs.
Whether it's more secure or not is up to someone with the know-how to find out.
