Question Has OnePlus dropped support? - OnePlus Nord N200 5G

This is strange I cannot find any accessory for N200 on OnePlus (US) site, nor I can find full ROM nor shown for bootloader unlock token (required for T-Mobile version)
What's going on?
Don't tell me OnePlus has abandoned N200
It's still a great phone for multimedia and dedicated audio player

Why would they abandon a phone that they literally just released? Just give it some time since the phone is so new, they'll have the tools up soon.

MiPad 4 Shipped With Bootloader Unlocked

Hello, I am new here, so I can only post here.
Long story short, my father bought a sealed MiPad 4 for my mother, but the thing is that when it first booted, I noticed the "Unlocked" logo at the bottom of the screen. Now, I don't know much about their tablets, but I am not so sure that their devices come already unlocked. So, is it normal or not?
Mine came unlocked too, was happy about that.
Might have to do with which version you buy. Chinese version or international version. The international version might be unlocked because they installed the international rom on it.
me too. bought 2 from aliexpress. both are unlocked
Bought from Ali Express. Apparently the International rom, what with the Play Store and all comes with bootloaders unlocked.
However will never receive future updates.

That theory has one flaw: There is no international version of the mipad4. The Mipad 4 is designed and sold for the chinese market, only - There is also no official global or international ROM for it.
What people are experiencing are third party ROMs which are pre-installed by the seller. The sellers probably re-seal the devices once the custom ROM has been flashed.

I Need To Purchase A S9+ With A Unlocked Bootloader What One Do I Choose

Hello i have owned my galaxy S9+ (SM-G965U1) for about a year now. Problem is that One UI has completely ruined my life and my entire experience with my phone. Back when it ran Oreo it was near perfect.
So i need help figuring out what the best S9+ with a unlocked bootloader is and where i might be able to buy them new that is.
My plan is to buy one with a unlocked bootloader so i will never have to deal with the piece of human excrement that is One UI
Thank you, this was the funniest post in forever. It has ruined your life. Omg, thank you!
Any Exynos model cam be rooted.

Yes believe it or not it has truly made my life miserable. I don't understand why companies try to fix stuff that isn't broken.
To answer your question the snapdragon SM-G9650 varient Is OEM unlockable it is China, Brazil etc basically international version and any of the Exynos
Are I believe.
Exynos is good for development only as long as the official android is upgraded. But it's closed source with sammy proprietary blobs.
I've got a Note4 Exynos and officially it was upgraded to MM. Only because of months and years of miraculous work of a couple of developers, it's working (with a few hiccups) with TW nougat and up to oreo Lineage.
If you want to change the phone and got the cash after 2 years (or 3? ) of major upgrades from Samsung, then Exynos is OK.
As for me the OP7 (pro maybe) can cut a better deal. Huge deving possibility. And ain't got too much money to change the phone too often.
Good luck.

But the one you linked is what I have currently.

Root & atleast flashing GSI is possible in this device?

This is really a shame. No root no custom rom for a top-class phone
Will be trying my luck to get one through flipkart flash sales this week. Else I will settle for Poco X3.
I couldn't resist the flipkart deal. I have always rooted my devices the very next day of buying. Xiaomi Mi3 > Nexuz 6P > Samsung S7> Oneplus 3 > Poco F1.
Probably first time gonna get a flagship phone with no custom rom support :/
Hope this can be rooted and I can flash gsi. Can someone confirm, if this is possible?

If I understand currently, the European version's bootloader can be unlocked.
That's the one that's sold in India I think, basis the serial number.
Is this not the case ?

I read somewhere that EU rom can be flashed on Indian varient and the bootloader can be unlocked.

No I couldn't get the phone
In my pin code phone went out of stock within 2-3 seconds
I managed to order LGg8x from flipkart. I have to use like an iphone then.
Me too. I booked it as an upgrade for my poco F1. Poco is still running as good as day one but I just couldn't resist the deal and bought g8x.
The only concern i have about the phone is the developer community support.
Poco has such good developer support, and for g8x it's quite the opposite. Hope that enough units were sold in this sale to spark some community support.
I too ordered bcoz of the good specification ,I'm from 1+6t it has a huge threads and forums ,I rooted my 1+6t the day when the phone delivered, even 1+ support warranty after bootloader unlock but lg not

My poco f1 was good, but had battery bulge. sold it and got this. i will miss custom ROMs for sure. but irresistible offer
I too bought one from Flipkart. Hope we get community support. Even if we get support for GSI installation, its good.
Is the LM-G850UM out of luck for root? Are any developments being made. I'm considering getting a new phone because not having root is really bothering me. This phone is wonderful but no root is quite the deal breaker..
During the sale 2 models are sold in india, lucky few got the ones manufactured in india which had access to fastboot and most of the others got the phones which are manufactured in vietnam, and these dont even have access ro fastboot menu, sadly i got the vietnam one, also for people who have access to fastboot mode, lg isnt providing the key to unlock the bootloader, so possibly no root or custom rom development for this device, i hope lg will open these devices once their software release cycle is completed that is after andoid 11.
I have previously used k20 pro, and on the first day i removed miui and installed PA its just too good.
My lg g8x has issues with keyboard, closes while typing so installed google keyboard, also installed expanded view, which uses both screens as one during browsing, amd had some other issues such as random shurdowns, dont know why thats happening...

Does LG has a community/Forum for its users? I am unable to find any
So how is it with this phone?
Is it possible to unlock the bootloader on LG G8X ThinQ Dual SIM EU Version?
Have any of you done this?
There is only G8s at https://developer.lge.com/resource/mobile/RetrieveBootloader.dev.
G8X is not listed.

one 5G will be a failure

One grave mistake: no unlocked version
TCL will have 10 5G with EHF support and it's $150 cheaper while OnePlus will sell unlocked N10 basically $50 cheaper
It turns out One 5G won't sell at all

It's specified to US
Not related to G 5G+
I have a Motorola One 5G Ace. How can I unlock the bootloader without PC? Can I use Sd Card And try and fastboot from there to get bootloader unlocked.
I thought there would be some kind of way

Question Does the S23 ULTRA support DUAL SIM DUAL ACTIVE (DSDA)

Hello,
The Snapdragon 8 gen 2 is supporting DUAL SIM DUAL ACTIVE (DSDA) . The question is the galaxy s23 ultra have that feature ?
if not , why ? and how to enable it .
Thank you

Thanks for the reply. Do you have link for more details ? also, if I change the firmware (CSC) TO China do you think it will work since they have have same (SOC) and 5g modem chipset ?
There are EU regions with dual-SIM enabled for the S23 series. I would suggest trying one of those first.

They are same Hardware but verry different firmware and not interchangeable by CSC and you can't just flash Chinese firmware on any other device unfortunately

Seeing how that person is in Pasadena, CA, I question if it has to be the Chinese model.
It's stupid if Samsung doesn't support DSDA but I guess at the end of the day, it doesn't really affect me, as I use one SIM for calls and text and the other for data.
Through Odin, the firmware might be interchangeable. We just don't know yet because not many of us have our devices. What made conversions more challenging in the past with Samsung devices, was the different hardware. We don't have that here for most of the world.now. The Chinese version will not have eSIM capabilities because eSIM is illegal in China. We're probably going to be waiting on a custom ROM or combination ROM to get DSDA or DSDS for pSIM's enabled on North American versions, if the pins are there. From what I have heard, they should be. My eyes aren't good enough to see in side.of.my T-Mobile version to tell though and there is no place to buy a replacement dual-SIM tray in green yet to even see what happens when a second pSIM is inserted in slot 2.
With OnePlus, converting a device to another region or firmware, like with my 8T and 7 Pro, was fairly easy. However, OnePlus/OPPO cracked down on this and removed the second set of SIM pins making dual-SIM on North American models impossible.

Interesting. This year though, no Exynos might be the game changer. EU firmware tends to be a lot more friendly for North American use from my experiences flashing OnePlus devices. This is my first Samsung since the Note 9 though. Definitely looking forward to some flashing goodness once developers start taking an interest in the S23 devices.
Edit: T-Mobile should get me my SIM unlock by launch day so I am definitely interested in trying once the SIM lock is gone on my device.
I'm glad that I was linked this article before buying an S23. Might pick up the Oneplus 11 5G instead.

It is also region dependent on one plus 11 you have to get Chinese version & unfortunately this year Chinese oneplus 11 units are region locked & cant make phone calls outside china
I want to know why DSDA is being limited to only China. Seems stupid to me.
